Extremely responsive and provided an excellent service to quickly resolve issues related to a hosting provider change.

I am using SKT Themes last 2year, it's very nice, and support team always help.

It's wonderful to have you people always available for a quick response on such a short notice!
It matters a lot when you get stuck up with some issue and it get resolved in such a quick time!

I purchased the whole wp package of templates and have used several of them in the past 6 months or so. They are pretty easy to use and customize and SKT has been responsive and helpful in support email requests. Highly recommend

Had to upgrade to PHP 8.x but the theme (Adventure) was an old one (v2.0). SKT support proposed to help me upgrade to v. 6.0 and they perfectly did it, straight forward. Very much efficient, quick and friendly. Thanks you Sonnal Sinha so much for doing this within the Support (Pro version).

Working with SKT themes been fantastic experience. Team is professional, attentive and highly creative. Best in quality, experience and customer satisfactory. Couldn't be happier with results!

If I could give this company Zero star I would. I purchase the themes and quickly realized that it was not as user friendly as i thought it would be and within 20 minutes I email to cancel. I receive an email asking me why i wanted to cancel and i explain and then their customer service stated that they did not compel me to purchase the theme. what kind of company or customer service is that. Please do not use. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I had a positive experience with SKT Themes.

After setting up my new homepage I was unable to solve two issues (background images would not dissappear and the side bar remained on the wrong side.) Since I just bought the big theme package I was testing the support team. The very friendly reply came within half an hour. Sonnal logged himself in on my webspace and solved the two problems within minutes! That's amazing! They helped me a lot, saved me a lot of time and I really appreciate that!
