The first two times I ordered I received the art . The last two times I didn’t.

I purchased a print and frame in July. It is now the first of October and it hasn’t arrived. I emailed the company twice to follow up on this to no avail with them not even responding.

Avoid!

Items never turned up. No response from customer service on why what or where. Feels like the business isn’t even trading despite them taking your money off you. Tread with caution

I never received my order! This website is a scam!

We ordered and paid for products from you and despite several attempts to contact you, and several months waiting, we never received the product. We were then forced to go through the process of disputing the transaction via PayPal and are still waiting for some resolution

You are scam artists. I never received my product or even a response to my numerous email chasing you.

Terrible communication, do not buy from these people. After months of waiting we never received anything or any response. I managed to get the cost refunded through the credit card company.

Paid for a piece of art and never ever received it was for my sons birthday in May and now it’s August so not very happy and bad customer service when trying to find out where it is!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m a professional working individual and don’t post reviews lightly. I ordered a picture 14th May and payment was taken. Delivery was promised within 5-10 working days and here we are 8th July and nothing!. Despite repeated emails and generic responses and then a response re Covid in the factory so production had to be moved. (which interestingly was the same excuse the company that takes payment, ‘HYLUS.COM’ used to a client in April). I’ve called them out on this and since then no response, no refund and no goods! In summary - DO NOT USE THEM

I made a purchase on December 2nd, 2021 and my order didn't arrive yet...

I sent them 11 emails and most of the time no answers. And the few time they answered, they told me that my order will be sent shortly (4 times) but still nothing arrived...

Poor poor packing. Arrived heavily damaged. Arrived after 6 weeks of order in a dreadful shape. Don’t forget! Customs fee will be added and that’s NOT mentioned in the price! Trying to send back now and get a refund… wish me luck I guess I just lost 250€…

Ordered £280 print over 3weeks ago with no delivery to date. Emailed customer services twice for update with no response.
Very concerned weather I will actually receive my goods
