Stay away, order has not shipped in 20 days and no single reply from customer service

Order hasnt shipped after 15 days, they dont reply to mails

We received everything as expected and within the time.

See my review below. They answered and emailed offering to exchange my print. I emailed back straight away - thanked them - have had no response. I’ve emailed daily and every email ignored

Been trying to swap a canvas for 2 weeks now but no response to my many emails. Terrible customer service. Think they don’t respond so your 14 days to return runs out so they can get out of it that way

Poor Quality, It look very cheap.i receive it more then 3 weeks of my purchase. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.

I ordered 3 canvas print, 2 frame were broken, I wrote many times but always without answer
Terrible company, today I called PayPal for the insurance

No updates. No response to my email. No product received.

More than 2 weeks after my order and the item still has not shipped. There have been no updates and no responses to my queries to customer services. Very poor.

Awful customer service. Have been trying to return an item for 2 weeks and no one answers those emails...

Do not fall for their 5 days delivery ads. Jus5 avoid this website.
It's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order (order No 21067 in case someone from Skulpta is reading this), and still nothing happened. No change in status in website tracking page, no update emails or shipment confirmation. Starts looking more like a scam now. The customer service is the worst I have ever had. I have emailed them twice re my order, and still have not received any helpful reply or details.

Order placed on July 11th (21025) and have not yet received it or any reply to my numerous mails, very dissapointed.

How many times do I have to contact this company to find out where my delivery is? Yet you keep sending me emails to review your product. Yes, this is my second review and I will continue until you contact me or just return my money. YOU CANT TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING! THAT'S CALLED A SCAM!

Because you lost my print and now no one is communicating with them. You even tell me what courier company so I can try to find it myself.

Nearly 3 weeks later I have no info and no communication. Starting to think it’s a scam.

No communication from Skulpta other than asking me 4 times to review a product that I have not yet received. No answer to my request for information ! Please contact me.
