This order did not get shipped for over a week, on the website they said that ship with the major couriers DHL FedEx and TNT. I received no tracking number for these companies when I requested it and said three weeks later I received a small Australian based company tracking number which still has not been delivered

Rude Customer Service Emails
Canvas arrived 3 weeks late and I was disappointed in the customer service as whilst it was the carriers fault, not Skulpta I was expected to do all the chasing directly with the carrier when the address and post code given was 100% correct. When I politely questioned could Skuplta not just kindly sort the problem for me I was told very abruptly I was being uncooperative ???
