Excellent discussion, good advise and planning for the future

I came across Skybound Wealth Management by chance, and am I glad! Kieron Donovan is very professional, could answer all my questions, and clearly knows his stuff. He and Christopher Ellis have been instrumental in helping me focus on long-term growth. I could not recommend them highly enough. I will be doing additional business with them in the near future.

Mark Tucker was thorough in the process of explaining everything to me. He also guided me through the process. I can highly rate Mark in my review.

On another subject. You should really consider a bonus for individual who can successfully do referrals of other expats. Just a suggestion. Word of mouth is powerful.

Working with Ben has been a pleasure so far. He is extremely effective and responsive. Ben was able to guide us in the right direction and assist us with opening up 3 accounts as per our personal family requirements.

I am extremely grateful to Carla Smart for patiently assisting me with the process of transferring my UK pension into a SIPP. As I have been working outside of the UK for several years and am not planning to retire there, it was necessary for me to transfer to a scheme which allows me to draw down in Euros, payed into an account outside of the UK. From outset of the process through to completion I found Carla Smart to be incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and professional.

By lucky chance, I came across Skybound through LinkedIn and I am so happy that I reached out to them. Their help and assistance with my financials for exiting Switzerland was invaluable. My advisor Matthew Turnbull is very professional and knowledgeable and gave me confidence from the very first meeting. I was assisted by gentleman named Christopher Bowler. He was extremely helpful and has a remarkable ability to explain the complicated finances in layman's terms so that even I could understand it completely. Also went out of his way to accommodate me at meetings that matched my schedule even though we had a 7 hr time difference between us. Highly recommended

I wanted to share the latest developments regarding our ongoing engagement with Skybound. Unfortunately, as of November 2023, there has been no tangible progress in resolving the issues we've been facing since 2019 and beyond. The predicament revolves around a catastrophic investment advice, lack of accountability for substantial losses, and a disconcerting absence of communication from Skybound—our only updates have come via a law firm in the Isle of Wight, long after our funds were liquidated.

This ordeal, which spans several years, is complex and absurd. While Skybound continues to make promises of resolution, their actions remain absent. I've diligently followed their Complaints process for years, as instructed in their sporadic emails, yet there has been no response or action from Skybound. The situation is compounded by their lack of transparency and accountability, leaving us in a state of financial uncertainty and high frustration.

Despite sporadic interactions with Simon, who has been responsive and pleasant, it is evident that his influence does not extend to upper management or the Compliance/Complaints department—personified by the recurring frustration and lack of diligence displayed by the head of compliance (same person who was in charge back in the GWM days)

In summary, the overall experience with Skybound has been nothing short of a disaster, characterized by a glaring absence of ethical direction. The only silver lining is Simon's positive demeanor, but unfortunately, it falls short of impacting the broader issues at hand.

If you're contemplating an investment with Skybound, I urge you to reconsider. Instead, consider redirecting those funds towards a charitable cause. This not only avoids contributing to Skybound's questionable practices but also brings joy and support to those in need, steering clear of lining Skybound's pockets.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against investing with Skybound. It's time to take a step back and reassess our financial choices before committing to a path that may lead to nowhere but losses.
