Charlie was so helpful, efficient and friendly, easing a stressful situation with a booking

Charlie was so helpful, efficient and friendly sorting out 3 tickets for depature flights booked for the wrong date. With not much time to spare we were rebooked on the next available flight, quickly and smoothly. What a fantastic person to have on your customer facing team. I would like to say a very big thank…

I would like to say a very big thank you to Rachel and Lovely the 2 customer service advisors who were so kind, patient and helpful today.
I arrived at Heathrow to check in and could not go through / get my flight to San Francisco/ Auckland going onto Queenstown NZ. I had an ESTA (*electronic system travel authority) for NZ but it was not clear that I also needed an ESTA to pass through the airport at San Francisco.
It was very stressful to find myself in this situation and Rachel and Lovely helped me to apply for an ESTA for the USA so I could fly the next day. Rachel booked a hotel for me near Heathrow and wrote down how to get there by bus.
The United Airlines help desk were helpful and have rearranged all 3 flights for the next day at no extra cost, which was a huge relief.
I would like to thank Rachel, Lovely and the United Airlines Team at the desk for all their help and patience today.
I have not seen my son and grandson in NZ for over 3 years 🙁I would have been so sad if my flight plans had not been rescued ! Thank you Jane E

Superhero agents rescued my holiday

After the horror of missing my flight, agent Minnie at Skybreak came to my rescue. Not all heroes wear capes, and Minnie not only saved the day, but my whole holiday! Firstly (after listening intently about my problem) she and Livia found me a new return flight deal to depart the very next day, at almost the same price, then Minnie booked me somewhere to stay overnight and took me (in person) to the nearest shuttle bus stop. She reassured me every step of the way and with her quick professionalism, saved my dream holiday. Thank you Skybreak for your amazing agents!

Angels of Heathrow in our memories! Thank you so much.

We arrived at Heathrow on Sunday 5/2/23 to fly to New Zealand. We did not have ETAs and had no idea they had come into effect since we last visited.
We were refused check-in and had 3 very upset children and family in New Zealand who would’ve been heartbroken for us not to make it.
Skybreak agents Minnie & Noria were absolutely wonderful in helping us acquire ETAs, fast! They went above and beyond by charging our phones while simultaneously downloading apps and photographing us, to get them processed ASAP. We affectionately remember them as the Heathrow Angels for their compassion, efficiency & competence. Thanks again for your help which allowed us to make our flight just in time and arrive safely in NZ.

Thank you Bilal and SkyBreak!

We reached Gatwick on February 2 and teceived the help and full information regarding the Oyster Visitor card from Bilal. He is just more than perfect. He met us with a very polite and great attitude and did his best to help us and he did it. We have been wrongly charged in London for not touching out the Oyster Card when leavibg one of the sessions. I talked to the customer service and they asked me for a proof of purchase. I was so hopeless because I paid for the Ouster cards by cash and could not prove it via bank card. This is while when we returned to Gatwick for our fly back to Stockholm, I went to SkyBreak office and saw Bilal there. I became so happy and asked if he could give me a receit of the tickets I bought. He kindly gave me a printed receit of the shopped tickets, and even printed it on a printer so that the numbers and information would be shown more clearly because the first printed paper did not show the details clearly, probably due to lack of complete printer ink or something. Anyway, in accordance with my request, he fixed on and I sent it to TFL (I hope they will amanage to fix the refund). We would like to thank Bilal one more time and Sky Break for the nice and kind service. The only wish is that if the normal Oyster cards would be possible to be bought in Gatwick, not just the Oyster card, because in that case we could register then online for a quicker response from TFL. Thank you! 😊

Lots of confusion when seeking guidance with a lost and found item. Referred to speak to airline when sky break are their agents for lost and found items, and they had referred them to me...

Total confusion and lacking the ability to assist with the task which they appear to responsible for!?!

Extraordinary help!!! Livia saved the day with poise, efficiency and professionalism. Fantastic!! Don’t know what I would have done without them. Went to the wrong airport and new fares were crazy. Livia calmly found and booked excellent alternatives. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this valuable service!!

Lovely Obeng at Heathrow airport.

Thank goodness for Lovely at Skybreak! My parents are in their 70s, stranded in London Heathrow with the most unhelpful Airfrance team. After being refused to board the flight as their NHS Covid passes were not accepted, they were asked to move along so other passengers could be served. Miss Obeng came to the rescue. This lady could not help enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Her patience was rewarding and an absolute breath of fresh air. She helped my parents to book a covid test in the airport. Sorted the hotel out so they had somewhere to stay and ensured that both my parents were secure and well looked after before she finished her shift. I was not at the airport but Miss Obeng stayed intouch with me. She gave my parents unlimited guidance and made an awful situation a much better experience. I will never be able to thank her enough. I hope her dedicated attitude and strong work ethics will be acknowledged by her company. Finally restoring faith in humankind! Someone who loves their job and the perfect representation of their work force. Thank you thank you. This trust pilot review really isnt enough! The biggest thanks from your Dublin crew!

Wow. Cannot thank Ryan and Stacey enough for all their help this evening. They went above and beyond to rearrange a complete new booking for us, 43 people. After a disaster with a delayed Gatwick express train they couldn’t have done more for us. Even helped us arrange accommodation as well.. honestly they went above and beyond. Cannot thank you enough.
