Extremely helpful and friendly staff when you find yourself in a difficult situation. We were served by Charlie, a young lady who did everything in her power to make our missed flight situation easier and get us home as quickly as possible.

Lost iPad on Aircraft

I left my iPad on an aircraft and didn't think I would see it again, the process for logging the missing item was really easy, the item was found quickly, communications was fantastic and the item was returned quickly in good condition. Thank you

Honestly shanaz was an angle

Honestly shanaz was an angle! im so glad she came and approached us, she was incredibelly patient, calm, comforting, bubble character! me and my husband had missed our flight thought our anniversary holiday was ruined. Having shanaz there assistaning and supporting us through our issue all way was amazing her positive nature had uplifted our moods and she had esloved our issue by providing s with the best alternative flight to ghana.

Excellent Service

We want to thank Minnie and Shanaz for their exceptional support!
My husband and I missed our connecting flight from Heathrow to Calgary due to delays originating in Athens. We were both quite upset and disheartened that there were no agents from the connnecting flight to help us. Fortunately, we were directed to the Skybreak desk where Minnie offered her assistace. She was calm, patient, kind and could tell that we needed help. She was empathetic and listened carefully to our story, (even offering us sweets throughout the conversation.) Minnie, then went into full action mode contacting alternative flights to get us home. Her patience was incredible. Both Minnie and her work partner, Shanaz even walked us to the terminal and helped us get our boarding tickets. They did this on their own time after their shift was done.
Skybreak is very fortunate to have these two representing them.
Minnie and Shanaz, thank you, you two are amazing!

Rachel helped us to book another flightLife Saver…

Rachel helped us to book another flight home to New Zealand. We had not been able to get our flight to San Francisco due to a visa issue problem. She patiently found other flights and helped us pick the right one for us. There was a customer complaining all the while, as she helped us and continued to ignore their ignorance. Rachel was very professional.
