This company is a Scam. It's take me two and a half years for my claim . I made a claim in 2023 . It was a long time process until they compensation day are due in December 2025. But Unfortunately haven't received any penny so far! I been contacted a sky-coop a numerous of time regarding my payment, but they completely ignore my emails or after a month told that they waiting a funds from Airlines Company which an absolutely lying! I can see from my online sky-coop account that they received a money along time ago, additionally i was contacted directly my airlines company and have all proof on my hand's that they got my money. But they not willing to pay me. All emails which they provided under every reviews it's also a SCAM. They don't reply on them!!!!
As i been ignored by this Company, i will take a further legal action against this Company! After I’m wrote a review they start reacting and yes finally I’m receiving a compensation. But the whole process was far too long and stressful. Don’t think it worth!

No response to claim for compensation from a diverted flight that resulted in the connecting flight being missed.
Emails are left with no response from Skycop. They shall claim to contact you for further details which shall never happen. Afterwards, your claim shall be rejected, even with adequate evidence provided.
Do not waste your time with this company, they are of no use.

They promise this and they promise that. They received a payment from Singapore Airlines in December 2024 for £520 UK pounds.
Now it is March 2026 and I have not received a cent from them nor confirmation that Singapore Airlines paid them.

Another week passed by. No one has contacted me and I received no money. They have alreday received the many from the Fligt Company and simply keep it in their bank account!
According to information received from this scam company, the compensation was agreed upon on November 28th however, I have not received any money since that date.
From my side, all I can say is that nobody should trust this company. They are scammers and don't provide any information. They simply take our money from the airline companies and keep it!

If I could give 0 I would. After having flights cancelled with BA, I was told to claim compensation. After managing to get home, after a long flight, I looked online to make a claim. Skycop came up first and I stupidly thought they would be best to use. I provided all info. This was December. They went as far as to tell me our claim had been approved by BA. Nothing since. I have chased but no response. I went to BA direct for additional expenses and was reimbursed straight away! I asked whether they had paid Skycop and they confirmed they had paid them January 13th. I chased Skycop again and still nothing! Do not use this company. I would recommend going directly to the airline. I am going to contact Skycop once again and If no joy I will go to the ombudsman. Very disappointed...

Made a claim #e7cc063f in January 2024 and to this day I did not receive anything from Skycop. Legit scam company with 0 communication. If you try to reach out to them you just receive replies from a bot or no reply at all. They just need to be reported until they go out of business. Once (If) I am done with this claim I ll just request all my data deleted from them because I would not be surprised if they would do some shady stuff with it

My claim with Skycop has been stuck for one full year with no meaningful update. My reference number is #d302e9ce Someone Better Contact Me.
Despite repeated attempts to contact Skycop, I have received no response and no explanation for the delay.
This level of silence and lack of transparency is unacceptable for a company handling legal compensation claims. I am now giving Skycop three more days to contact me with a clear update. If I still receive no communication, I will begin preparing to escalate the matter to the High Court according to the EU Regulation 261/2004 and Montreal Convention
I expect an immediate response and a proper explanation for the one‑year delay.
I have not recuieved no sources of communication for me to be able to contact my admin or case handler. I expect a direct response to my case before I prepare to launch a legal Investigation

I submitted a very straight forward review two months ago and have heard nothing. I have emailed and messaged. The sky op messaging is basically a chat bot. Don’t be fooled into thinking anting other than self generated standard messages. I wish I had just managed this directly with Kenya airlines. Be very careful before using them. Frankly the service and responses have been appalling

It's a shame zero stars is not an option as this is what I would give. I made an enquiry in December 2025 but decided not to go ahead so I emailed them and stated that I would not be taking it further and that the issue had been resolved. They have continued to email me every two days requesting signatures or that the claim would be suspended. I've sent many requests asking them not to email me as my case was closed. I did not receive any email back from them since December 2025. Made me question the legitimacy of the company.
I unsubscribed and requested that they stop emailing me and remove any information pertaining to me. They ignored my request and continued anyway.
Just go to the airline directly and get your compensation that way, instead of paying a fee.
So now you choose to respond because I put up a truthful review about your scam. I've stated many times since December 2025 that I would not be taking it further and that I had resolved the issue with the airline myself, but you continued to send me emails looking for signatures, then you have the nerve to email me and say you can't cancel as it was past 14 days when you know damn well that my original request was months ago but you chose to ignore it so you can scam money from people.
I have sought legal advice on your constant harassment and refusal to close the case and remove my data, you are breaking the law.
Absolutely disgraceful scammers.

There's a lack of clarity about the process. I sent a request for review, and they haven't responded. It seems they sometimes complicate the process to make it take longer. The biggest problem is that the solution doesn't allow you to cancel your order so you can use other competitors who treat their customers better.
