Great service as always. Well packaged candles with instructions how to care for your candles and prompt delivery. Always have lots of great smelling candles....what to choose! Favourite at the moment Hebridean breeze....but I'll be back for more

Went to the flagship store for cake and a drink. Sorry to say but poor service inside. Staff with a face like a flat iron and most certainly didn’t feel welcoming. Shame some of these places have staff that can’t raise a smile nor put themselves out just that little bit for visitors. Mum / friend ourselves unlikely to be returning. Not busy, no excuses for basic service.

Wonderful quality candles with georgeous smells. My favourite is Highland Gorse. The coconut is perfect for summer. I ordered two large Pimento & Cranberry. One arrived broken and I sent a message to advise. A replacement was posted next day! Superb service - a delightful company to buy from.

Great products and excellent service. I am working through the Scottish Collection and each one is high quality. My last order was the Island Whisky which is really interesting as the initial fragrance is quite strong (nice!) and gradually mellows into a sweeter smell.
I would recommend any of the Scottish Collection.

Fairly new customer here, so far have been delighted with all purchases which have been for gifts. The quality is excellent. Not being near any of their outlets would appreciate if possible a payable sampler could become available of all scents in order to extend my choice rather than playing safe with just the three selected thus far.

Candles etc have arrived on time and are well packaged. Buying British products is of the upmost importance for me personally and endeavour to do so where possible especially if family owned therefore, receiving what feels like almost daily emails is more than a 'tad excessive for me personally to say the least.
Have no hesitation in recommending this sterling Company and their committed staff regardless due to the sublime fragrances alone. Regards, MG

Always loved Isle of Skye candles since we discovered them on our honeymoon on Skye in 2015. The candles smell amazing.

Ordered a candle for my mum's birthday but the candle arrived damaged. Clearly due to Royal Mail as box was quite badly dented.

Jen arrange a replacement really quickly with no hassle.

Highly recommend them.

I have been buying these candles for quite a few years now both for personal use and as gifts. I have never been disappointed. My latest purchase included bog myrtle and mint and Hebridean breeze the former is my fave of the two. My all time favourite is Scottish bluebell. They do seem a bit expensive but they lsst for ages so I do think they are good value for money.

Have loved their candles for years but really love Island Whisky. My daughter bought it when she was in Edinburgh a few weeks ago and we loved it so much we bought more.. We live in Canada :)

I always have a positive experience when I order from the Isle of Skye Candle Co. I had actually bought this candle for a present because it is my favourite fragrance: patchouli & sandalwood. I ordered the tin as I was taking it abroad and that made it easy to transport. The whole process of ordering and delivery was very straightforward with the candle being delivered in a very short timescale. The tin arrived in perfect condition and looks very attractive.
