The subscription must have been a trial…

The subscription must have been a trial period expired because I have no idea how it came to be and I have been charged for the last few months. I didn’t realize I was paying on a site i don’t use now and never did. I’m not happy about that.
My request to cancel was handled promptly and I appreciate that.
