They are total bandits who make it very difficult to cancel. I emailed requesting to cancel my subscription. I then was charged a further 3 months before email again to be told you must email twice cancel. I do not trust any company that makes it hard to cancel and just want to make a process difficult so they keep taking what you work hard for.

Customer Service was very nice and helpful. I signed up for a 4 weeks and didn’t realize that it would turn into an automatic monthly payment of a higher price. I contacted them and explained this and they cancelled it for me. They also gave me $300 of information as a thank you for reaching out to them.

Handled my request expeditiously
In general, I dislike trial memberships for this very reason. I didn't really get to use it and I was billed for two separate things totaling over $100 a month. When contacted they cancelled it right away.

I have tried to cancel my membership with this company three times. I have received an account cancellation verification twice. They keep charging my account. They have charged my account four times this month after they have verified cancellation.

Avoid this company and the subscription and save yourself a lot of time and wasted money. You will be unknowingly charged a ridiculous monthly fee after the free trial. $55/month is insane. And there will be zero communication when the trial is up. I think I used this app for 5 minutes and paid $165 total. STAY AWAY!
