Being a first timer requesting a disable maxi taxi
Being a first timer requesting a disability taxi, I had no idea what services were out there. The staff member who took my call was very courteous and helpful. He was very patient as well as the driver who arrived and we had to knock him back as the wheelchair would not fit in the car. Reception sent another car straight away. I would like to Thank the team and drivers you were all fantastic and made my mothers day very special.

Mohammad was a careful, kind and prompt driver. No qualms on whatsoever.
The trip was so smooth that my baby was able to rode it out using the baby car seat and almost went to sleep upon our arrival at the airport.

Not helpful for airport pick up
There is a long walk to the pick up and our taxi was not waiting for us and we had to wait 10 minutes for the taxi to arrive. It would have been cheaper and quicker to just line up for a taxi.
Additionally, the driver had a flat tyre so we had to wait for a replacement.
When telling the company of the experience, the offer was not satisfactory.
We used the company for a transfer to the airport which was fine, however this experience was a rip off.

Driver good, booking system not so much. Not reliable enough for airport rides
The driver we had was actually very good. The issue was I had booked a car for 430 am with a toddler seat. At 440 am no one had turned up for pick up and when I called they seemed to be unaware of the booking. They did actually send someone with the seat but about 30 minutes late.

Great driver
Helpful, friendly and safe driver.
Quite expensive ($100 for a trip from Woolloomooloo to the domestic airport) but very convenient as we were travelling with an infant and required a car seat.
Requested a rear-facing seat but was provided a front-facing (baby is 12 months).
