Only rating them a 1 because I can't…

Only rating them a 1 because I can't select anything lower! Steer clear of this company, it is absolutely shambolic from service complaint, to the executive complaints team. 7 months and no solution - no service, locked out of website. Choose literally anyone else for a better chance of having peace of mind.

I have been with sky for over 3 years…

I have been with sky for over 3 years had know problems until November when they tried to take 3 payments 1 for my mobile and 1 for tv and 1 for broadband. I only have moblie so i cancelled my direct debit but paid on time I have tried for over 20 hours to get my paper bill but can’t. How shit

will never touch sky mobile again!!!!!!

I Have never seen such a badly run customer service in my life, you get fobbed off all the time, they put you through to another department without telling you, they tell you they will sort it and just say that to get you off the phone, I have been ringing every other day for a month and no wiser, they make a swap sound so easy, will never touch sky mobile again!!!!!!!!!!

Waited two weeks for a new phone only…

My wife waited two weeks for a new phone only to be told eventually (after an extremely arduous journey navigating pointless chatbots etc.) that the phone was out of stock. Sky made no attempt to communicate this to her and would happily have just let her wait indefinitely. When she eventually got in contact with an actual person, they told her she could order the phone again in a different colour, but that she'd now have to pay some arbitrary up-front fee. So essentially asking her to pay for the privilege of a less popular colour and a fortnight wait... Asked why, they could not provide any reason for this, so it just comes off as an attempt to fleece their loyal, long-term customers for more money. Have previously rated Sky Mobile but this experience has been absolutely laughable from start to finish and we will certainly look elsewhere in future.

Sky Failed Me: No Repair, No Help, Just More Bills

I’ve been a Sky customer for nearly 18 years, but this experience has finished my loyalty.

Sky supplied me with a Google Pixel 9 which developed a screen fault after just 6 months. Sky have no engineers who can repair Google devices, and I’ve spent 3 months and 7+ hours on the phone with no resolution.

Instead of fixing the issue, Sky persuaded me to take an iPhone as a “replacement/upgrade.” I later discovered I’m now paying for both phones. Every call is the same cycle—bounced between Mobile, Loyalty, and Technical teams, forced to explain the issue again, promised call-backs that never come.

Sky have left me with two phone contracts, no repair, and no help. After 18 years, I’ve never been treated so appallingly by any company. I’ll be leaving Sky as soon as I can.
