I would have liked to give 0 star if it were possible. I bought some products from iherb. It was promptly shipped out, arrived in Malaysia on 30 March and the app indicated a delivery between 31 Mar and 3 Apr. Today is 5 April and still no delivery even after complaints to skynet KL itself as well as iherb.

Have very bad service they have charged money from my home country and then they text for extra money for delivery i paid and its about 9 days ago my parcel doesn't arrive to my location now they are saying that u have to self collect!!

7 days straight with Arranged for delivery remarks. Location to receiver address only 2.4km.

At last, need to arrange for pick up at Cheras Outlet. Again so sad, not a single word come out from the staff, to say sorry. Even Thank You for collecting.

Skynet.com.my is indeed the WORST…

Skynet.com.my is indeed the WORST courier service provider I've ever experienced in my life, even for a LOCAL delivery. My parcel was picked up by Skynet from my Shipper on 11 Feb 2026 and it was then stuck in their warehouse or distribution centre since 15 Feb 2026.
Today is 19/2/2026 and my parcel is still stuck at the same warehouse without update on delivery status.
It's such a useless and hopeless service provider. Nobody should use their service even if it's offered free of charge, because it's costly to your business when they delay your shipment and can't even handle local delivery efficiently and quickly (e.g. within a week).

Worst courier service provider in…

Worst courier service provider in Malaysia. I checked at the delivery details, the parcel arrived at skynet facility on 30.1.2026. I emailed to skynet on 4.2.2026 to enquire about my parcel but there's no reply. I made a phone call the following day and was told that they will deliver it tomorrow. Damned poor service.

DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND

This experience has been completely unacceptable.

To be very clear, this situation has nothing to do with someone at my apartment complex stealing my package. The issue is entirely due to SKYNET delivery driver’s actions. The driver marked my package as delivered and submitted a false delivery photo, even though the package was never actually delivered to me.

My apartment complex uses a Luxer locker system, and your driver failed to properly register the package as required. Because of this failure, there is no locker record and no way for apartment management to locate the corresponding video footage. Had the package been registered correctly, the delivery could have been easily verified. The company’s failure to follow basic delivery procedures has made that impossible.

It has now been over a month, and I still do not have my package. I spent over $200 on an order from Pedro that was meant to be a birthday gift for my mother. I have received neither the item nor a refund, and no one has taken accountability for the driver’s misconduct.

I am being expected to absorb the loss for a delivery that was mishandled and falsely marked as completed. That is outrageous and unacceptable.

I will never recommend this company as a shipping provider and strongly advise businesses to reconsider using a delivery service that cannot ensure honest deliveries, proper documentation, or accountability when things go wrong.

I regrets using this shit skynet

I regrets using this shit skynet . Over two week and half that I returned my packages to the uk . It’s still hasn’t been sent and still here in Netherlands. How do I get my money back and when you call to they tell story. I don’t recommend this shit company to any normal human being.

Horrifically bad

Avoid them at all costs, if you package was "shipped" with them just assume you won't get it. No customer service to even contact. Does not appear to even be a real company, frankly.

Please Skynet people, be honnest if you were unable to do the delivery , you could just say so, Not using a false statement on the tracking site that my address which I have been using plenty of times without faults, IS now inaccurate and incorrect .. And when I tried to get in touch with you on the phone, an endless music is playing, drying out my credits. Your whatssApp was doing any better. Just saying that All customers Agents are unvailable for the moment and use the link to track your parcel..!!! Seriously??! my phone number is correct . Could you please leave a message on which day exactly will you be coming, and I will make sure to be at home and wait for you. Thank You.

waiting for one month for them to tracking my awb , they only issue report after I call their HQ for the status . some staff seems like never alert to their own website, they seems irresponsible for handling the cases, they thought people will easily agree to their decision

Not even worth a star

Not even worth a star. Its better for the company to close down rather than make customer into hard situation.my shipment was delayed for 3 days, no answer and no reason why. On 2nd day, the driver reach my home...then just leave saying will come back..n gone MIA. Very unprofessional

Their team is not only professional but…

Their team is not only professional but also genuinely cares about their customers. They helped me strategize the best shipping options for a large order, ensuring we stayed within budget while meeting tight deadlines. The communication was excellent; I received updates at every stage, and I could easily reach someone if I had questions. Each item was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Skynet is the most incompetent courier service I have dealt with. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 30th November.
My tracking number is 710297521286. Your customer service centre takes more than 30 mins to answer or it cuts off. As of today I have no idea where my parcel is from Temu
