I gave them 1 star because because…

I gave them 1 star because because there wasn't oder option it was express delivery and the package has been in a destination for 2 days no update.
Today all day
On a chat with them and had no answer.
Very disappointed it was my daughter's prom dress and she didn't receive it on time

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible - warning - do not use!
My parcel from India has been stuck in Sydney customs since 14 January 2026, and SkyNet Australia cannot be contacted by phone or email. This is completely unacceptable. Australian Border Force confirmed that the courier must handle clearance, yet SkyNet has provided no updates, no contact, and no solution.

SkyNet must respond immediately, provide a working contact, and resolve this delay. Customers should not have to chase a courier that is effectively invisible.
No phone numbers, no emails, no response to chat. NOTHING.

1-Star Review – Skynet Worldwide – Absolutely Disgusting Service
Worst shipping experience of my entire life. I regret choosing Skynet Worldwide every single day.
Placed order, paid, everything looked fine at first. Then… nothing. Complete silence.
After 9 days of waiting with zero updates on the tracking, I decided to contact their "customer service".
What a joke.
The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. One person told me the shipment is "probably still in Dubai", the next one said "maybe already in Canada", and the third one literally said:
"We are not sure where your package is right now."
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
You are a shipping company and after more than a week you don't know on which continent my parcel is located??? That's not just bad service – that's criminal level of incompetence.
Tracking page is still dead. No movement, no scans, no explanation. Just pure frustration.
Never again. I advise everyone: RUN AWAY from Skynet Worldwide. Your money and your nerves will be much happier with literally any other courier.
Worst company. Worst experience. 0/10. Avoid at all costs! 😡

Shoddy delivery service

Very shoddy delivery service, my parcel was scheduled for delivery yesterday and parcel did not arrive. I checked parcel tracking and it showed could not be delivered as consignee not available. Absolute nonsense as I waited at home all day.
Sent email to SkyNet and got an automated response that my query will be dealt with.
At 11.15 this morning my parcel was delivered, when I queried why not yesterday I was told they were running late, no apology for waiting my time.
Will never recommend their services.

Their website has malware

Their website has malware, and they are doing nothing about it. I had ordered from a UK-based site, and for some reason they utilize Skynet worldwide express… I have never had to pre-pay customs to a delivery service, most places, either pre-pay at the original store’s website for customs, or payment is taken in person payment when delivering the package. Skynet worldwide express sent me a random link via text first which I ignored as it looks like a scam. Then they sent me an email and I tried to go through the process, but the first step at self had malware on their original website and from there it took me another payment gateway website that had additional viruses and malware along with a message from Chrome (browser ) saying “attackers watching your screen, as well as changing images to confuse you… “ Basically, the UK site wasn’t much help, no matter how cute the clothes, this was not worth the stress, I will definitely not be ordering from them again, and never want to deal with this delivery company ever again either. I had to drive up (Uber, spent time and money) to their location to pick up my package and pay in person, of which they didn’t even have a payment gateway there and they still had to take my card information on a website to release my package… No Customs invoice was provided, the custom charges were half the charges of my total purchase price, extremely suspicious. This was way more frustrating than it needed to be.

Worst shipping company that ever…

Worst shipping company that ever existed.

I am a small business owner and I sent an order on the 23rd of June and the estimated time of delivery was 3rd of July. I tried to contact all the phone numbers that are on the site, it's either no one's answering or the number is inexistent. I sent an e-mail as well to two of their e-mails and I still haven't received any feedback from them. I paid for an express shipping and it cost me more than 30€ for nothing. Don't entrust your parcels with this careless company. If they have a care at all, it's just about their profits and not customer satisfaction. Never again with this shipping company.

Don’t touch this company

Don’t touch this company. I missing a delivery. On investigation the tracking states they attempted at midnight on 27th July. (I don’t think that is the case somehow) and they also state on their tracking data unable to deliver( why not I do t have any problems with any other logistics or courier company that works in the U.K. on the tracking it states contact customer service but they don’t advertise the details. Once I found out it was skynet and got customer service number it just permanently rang whilst repeatedly stating please hold. Now I have seen these other bad reviews I don’t hold out much hope of ever getting my parcel. I have already been contacting the retailer who unfortunately is on Etsy and so far is not bothered at all about missing article but I will have to go down avenues to try get my money back .

Please stay away

Absolute pants of a company... Not only they will NOT help with basic information about your delivery, but they will be rude and obnoxious. It is shocking that a company can be run the way this company its run...

I would strongly recommend to never use this company if possible, they really don't have any respect for the customers nor any intention of helping. Customer service is non existent!

Complete scam of a company

Complete scam of a company. They do not have proper tracking systems and their customer service is an answering machine that says "all lines are busy" and hangs up on you. My package has been going around for 12 days and I have no idea what its situation is.

I hope at least it will be sent back to the sender.

For international shipping, go with the traditional carriers (which is what Skynet itself does!!!) and ignore this dump of a company.

Good experience

I was honestly really nervous waiting for my package to arrive after reading the reviews, but I had no need to be. Ordered two packages from motelrocks on Monday (13/01/2020) & received them today! (Friday, 17/01/2020) Only took 5 days from the UK to be delivered here to me in Australia. Was kept up to date with info on my parcel throughout its transit. I’m pretty happy with Skynet Express! This was my first experience with them and it went really well.

first they did not say they will come on thurthday
then they say they came at 9 but there were nobody at home (i was there)
then on the tracking site they speak about paris but i do not live in paris...
then they say that they did not come because they do not have my phone number...

waiting till monday!!

not express delivery

parcel landed but was stuck in transit for over a week with no updates (my parcel was an express one too, with a promised transit time of 2 days). customer service is severely lacking and barely responded to emails. I eventually received my parcel in good condition (be patient and it'll most likely come!!) but the anxiety and worry for an entire week, plus time wasted waiting around was upsetting.

I wouldn't recommend Skynet nor any online store making use of them

I ordered some parts from the U.K. on 22 May 2018, and the package has spent the last few days in Johannesburg with Skynet seemingly unable to understand that this is a private order being delivered to my work address. The responses to queries are not very helpful and there is a clear lack of understanding regarding the shipping address. I have tried many times to explain this, but to no avail. Today (04/06/2018) I've called thrice, but no answer. Unless I received proper assistance I cannot recommend Skynet to anyone, nor any online company who make use of Skynet. I have ordered from this U.K. company before using the same details as on this order and on that occasion there were no issues. Now with this order there are issues. Same U.K. company, only difference is the courier company (Skynet) that they now make use of.
