Still waiting for my Unisa study material for almost a month. I understand it's in the hub. I reside in Pretoria. Your delivery guys showed up late at night and I was not home from there there was never an attempt to deliver again that was on the 25th August. I called on the 13th September they said they will deliver the following day, but there was no delivery. I called again on the 15th and they said it will be delivered same day. Today is the 18th no delivery has been made and I had to be home on the days they said they will deliver but there was never any delivery. Your service is very poor. I had to spend my airtime and be at home while I had things to do for nothing.

I was home, no one attempted delivery nor notified me in any way... This always happens when I get shipments with skynet.

If any sellers are reading these reviews, please start offering alternative shipping options. I always prefer to order from places that offer reputable shipping services like DHL, UPS, etc...

I think that a lot of people prefer to pay a bit more to get their orders on time. At least give us the option.

I ordered from Misguided, and it came from Skynet and overall I loved it so much I don't know about any other countries, but I recommend this if u live in Canada. My clothes came in good shape, they were amazing, they were really warm too. I truly recommend. Because of all the bad reviews I was stressed out about my package, but when it came I was shocked because of how great it was! I did express shipping and it came in 5 days which was awesome!

This shady company has tried to charge me 66$ on duty, tax, and brokerage fees on my package from misguided. The website told me it would be shipped through Canada post. They have added on an extra 11$ as their brokerage fee and will not reply to my emails or let me pay directly to Canada post. Terrible company, terrible customer service, legal loophole to a scam.

Put my order on an express it was supposed to take 3-5 days for me to receive my items 8 days later my order is still in transit, not even arrived at destination. These were also very important court documents that I need for Friday and it’s not looking likely that I will receive them. This company should just close down as the customer service is useless and so is the service.

There is no choice to put atleast 1 star otherwise i never give them any star

I've been waiting for a package well past the estimated delivery date. Repeated enquiries have met with replies that the package is "in transit" to my country where it will be handed over to the postal carrier and then will take 5-7 business days... It would have been cheaper and quicker for the package to be sent via post... When you want your package unreasonably delayed and pay more for the "privilege" go with sky net... If you value your customers avoid like the plague

Terrible! My package from Spain to Central America stopped in Miami and never moved. Sent them 2 emails to the Miami Hub and never got a reply. A months later, Packlink from Spain sent me an email with a reimbursement form. How can you loose a box in your own warehouse?

I have nothing more to say after all the beautiful reviews. How come they are still operating

bad and slow delivery service, the tracking stated that contacted to customer, but i never received any called, wasting a lot time to wait for parcel, but got nothing...worst carrier service company ever...

The most helpful and convenient courier service. My boxes were moved from PE to Richards Bay in 5 days without any hassle. Their customer service is also very great, I was very pleased!!

Shady, greedy....won't buy from any site that uses them.

Worst of all couriers out there if you know this is carrying your package your in trouble they will slap you with double the custom fee. Just got a message and i need to pay almost 40% of whats the worth of my package.

Terrible service Bad bad Not professional at all I will never use them ever!!!! The people who answer the phones very arrogant and liars They don't care about your stuff to deliver !!!!!

I ordered from Missguided on August 3, 2020 and got an email today August 7, 2020 saying I will need to pay an additional cost of literally 50% the amount of my order for them to ship it to me which is ridiculous. I immediately contacted someone from Missguided to get a refund and I will be returning the items I ordered. I am very disappointed and I will never order anywhere again as soon as I see Skynet as the shipping company.

Terrible service ....very unfair and expensive ... my order from JD sport was $35 ... shipping was $27 and Skynet charge me additional $25 . On order of $35 i paid additional $ 53 ....terrible . They do not even send me e-mail that i see what i am paying

Terrible, but the customer service folk were very nice and got the refund sorted okay, but had to go through parcel to go who eventually processed a refund.

This is what happened.

Purchased and printed postage label. Hermes acted as intermediate company, collected on time and successfully delivered to SkyNet.

Parcel was going to Russia. I checked after a couple of weeks why it was sitting in their company two weeks later. Usual thing. ‘We’re processing your order, use the tracking Number’. No kidding Sherlock 🕵️‍♂️.

Another week or so later at 7.30am parcel delivery dude braying on my door. They had returned the parcel back to me. Customer Service, to paraphrase, Ooh sorry must have been put on the returns pile by mistake. Really it isn’t that hard if you are a delivery company. Any first impressions are not good so sticking with Royal Mail in the future.

I would extremely advise against using this service, they look cheap but at the end you have to pay as much as tax as your order is worth and you have to pay it over the phone and persons are taking it there self over the phone which is not secure at all.
All my orders where double expensive at the end.
I ask everyone not to send me anything through skynet! Please dont use them if you want to safe your money!
