Probably the worst product I have ever used
The insurance side of things seem ok, however the doorbell and other devices offered are absolute rubbish probably the worst not for purpose products and the customer support is dreadful. I have literally ripped it all out and gone for a Blink system that is 10000000% better. Please people avoid this product. The battery life of the doorbell is rubbish last 1 weeks tops and the indoor camera regularly drops service I’ve literally had to delete and reinstall every week. Come on Sky sort it out or more customers like myself will just bin your products for better services options.

Just THE WORST
Three times I've been promised delivery of a replacement phone by Sky Protect/D&G and fulfilled by AO.
Three times I've been let down.
Sent off broken phone 19 Oct.
Told to order new phone online.
First given delivery date of 28 Oct.
Then Nov 1.
Then Nov 2.
Still don't have a phone, or any faith I'll get mine replaced. Nightmare. More calls tomorrow, and no doubt more false promises.

4 weeks now without a working laptop.
Spoke to sky protect, I have to send my laptop in for repair again, meaning a further 2 weeks without a laptop, making that 6 weeks in total without a laptop as they don’t have a competent repair company
Been with Sky over 25 years
Been with Sky over 25 years. Stupidly took out this device insurance because the first 3 months were free. Thought I had cancelled it in the allotted time only for Sky to take the first d/debit payment. Cancelled within 8 hours of it going through. This Thieving bunch of Scum would not return my Premium.
They talk about Loyalty & customer service when in fact they could not care less. I have grown to hate this excuse of a company.
When my next renewal is due I’m off.
