Disappointing Product and Delivery Experience
It was quite disappointing. The shredder itself is not of good quality; it's extremely loud when in use, and the noise is unpleasant.
On top of that, the delivery experience was awful. The delivery company used was unprofessional and rude. The driver refused to bring the item to the specified office location, insisting I come outside to collect it instead. He said he couldn’t wait because he had too many other deliveries to make. Since the office building was busy and I couldn’t get down immediately, he left and told me he would try again another time. As a customer, I was left feeling angry and frustrated.
Overall, between the poor product quality and terrible delivery service, I don’t see myself ordering from this company again. It was a bad experience from start to finish.
