I always use Skyscanner to find my fares. Sometimes I hear about another site, do I search but always come back to Skyscanner. The best and easiest site to use to find the right fare.

Edreams should be banned from Skyscanner.
I booked a flight with a transfer in India. Normally they mention that the transfer should be managed by the passenger him/herself, but this time they did not mention that. When I arrived to the check-in counter, they didn't allow me to fly due to I would need a visa in India in order to do the transfer. I called Edreams in order to see if they could re-route my itinerary but they couldn't do it, so they told me to contact Etihad airlines, so I did, but the price was really really expensive. Then, they advised me to cancel the flight, but once I did it, every time I have been talking to them they tell me that they could refund me a very little amount of money, the tricky thing is that every time they mention a different amount, and it is costing a lot of effort every time to work about this. I hope they could refund me the whole flight since they did not do it very well by not mentioning the important information. Any travel agency would always mention the important thing to the customer.

Booked a trip across from Australia to UK and all was really easy. In saying that, I had no need to contact them to change anything ect.

To many stops ( long wait times & expected to pay a lot for the privilege) between destinations. I can not understand why prices considerably go up when you go into your preferred flights? ( why not prices come considerably come down instead of always rising last minute?) .S
ky scanner has an array of recent bad reviews & should get back to being reliable

Nowadays, companies like WorldFare, Travel Up, My Trip on Skyscanner book the ticket and then hold it, and then when you call them, they will say the airline is holding the ticket, or the ticket is cancelled, and you have to pay extra for the flight and for the check-in bag. However, it is not a budget airline, and the airlines already allow check-in weight, so why extra? In this situation, if you are travelling for work or an emergency, you have no choice but to pay them. Found them via Skyscanner and booked the ticket. Once paid, I was waiting for my ticket to be issued, so after days wait, I called this agency. After a long wait very rude and insensitive manager known as Mark came online, he said it would be issued on Sunday. I told him I had paid on Wednesday. Why Sunday after four days? I was going to Umrah during Ramadan, and this was not nice to hold my ticket and monies, knowing the sensitivity of religious visits at that time. I informed my mother's ticket from another country, and our hotels and visas relied on my travel ticket.
He said it was Qatar Airlines' lines policy, and they were holding the ticket, which was incorrect. Besides, he kept shouting and misbehaving. I raised it with Skyscanner, again with this company, and Qatar Airlines, and then my ticket was issued asap.

I had booked flights from LHR to KUL on 19 Sep 2022 on M Airlines website after being directed to it from skyscanner. At the M
Airlines website I had clearly selected the Economy Flex ticket to ensure that I had sufficient checked baggage allowance. I paid a total of £1632.06 for flex economy tickets and selected a seat at additional costs,

for 1. I was told I had 0 luggage allowance,
and charged a further £398.00 for 15 kg at the check in. I had asked for clarification for over a month from both the Airlines and skyscannery and receipt a dubious email about 1 free checked baggage 1free in cabin bag. checked Extremely angry and upset ..I had 35 kg allowance with flex booking.The emails from skyscanner and Malaysin Airlines have been contradictory with sky scanner saying that Malaysian Airlines does not send them any details ..Since my arrival in KL, I have made a complaint to Malaysian Airlines & awaiting a full response . Since then I
have been receiving unrelated confirmation emails of my booking from Malaysuan airlines? This whole process i believe was a scam . I was charged for 2 seats also. I would like a refund of my return ticket ( basic) , payment of +seat., and baggage charge of £398.00. Don't skyscanner or their counterparts have responsibility for customer services ? One of the worst customer service ever experienced.
I have pending refund of my flight since 18 weeks+. Everytime whenever I call for refund to customer service, they said It will
processed on next 2 weeks but all of that is lie.
I am still waiting for money to come back to my account.
Please be careful with Skyscanner. It's a fraud company.

This is my first time to book with skyscanner and its a disaster.
6 people in group booked via skyscanner Corfu-milan- Dublin.The stopover in Milan is 1 hr 15 mins.Travel date Sept 22.
When it came to booking the baggage there was NO OPTION to bring 10 kg bag to the gate.
The only baggage option on the website was CHECKED BAGGAGE 15kg.This was ticked as it was the only option available and cost €90 per person.
On googling checked baggage later we realised that checked baggage means its going on the hold.
As we only have 1 hr 15 this is not an option for us.
Phoned yesterday to say the website was not clear enough and can we exchane for the carry on 10 kg to bring to the gate.
We were told no.
6 people spent neatly €600 on baggage fees because the website was not clear enough, and did not have the 10kg carry on option.
We were told the €600 is non refundable and we have to pay again for the carry on to the 2 planes.
So sorry we booked with skyscanner.
Lesson :Add a Checked bag means its going onto the hold.

There are worst, mostly their travel partner do fraud.
Recently we have booked a flight ticket with Travelup , Skyscanner partner, they have canceled our booking without infirm us. They have sold it at a higher price.
DO not use Skyscanner , go directly to the official flight website.

Terrible and misleading customer service. Each email response contains vague and contradictory information to the previous correspondence.
An outbound flight was cancelled by the airline, while my connection flight was not. The airline told me it was Skyscanner’s responsibility.
Skyscanner at first tried to shun responsibility and told me to contact airline. Eventually they acknowledged responsibility and said an alternative flight was available on the same day. And their booking team will sort this.
They then told me no flights were available, then told me a same day option was available or a option day earlier. When I confirmed which alternate option I would like they said I will receive email with my new tickets.
One week later, and after numerous follow up emails. They told me the only option was a day later which does not fit with my schedule.
They also ignored repeated requests asking if I can keep my connection flight and arrange my own to travel to the connection airport.
This issue is still ongoing, and is absolutely shocking behaviour.
I will never use the service again.

Absolutely horrendous!
I booked a flight for the 29th July, then contacted them to change to the 27th July, paid the extra fee, they changed it. Now they come and say the airline changed it back to 29th yet they are not giving me back my money. So I paid for a change that was effectively never made yet they won't refund the fee for the change.
Their customer care is terrible, they either don't reply to emails at all or it takes ages, on the phone it also takes them ages to even pick up, let alone help you.
I have asked for new tickets with the right dates 3 times now, still don't have them.
I call this fraud and nothing else!
Edit: A few hours after this review Skyscanner called me and said they will give me back the fee for the change that effectively never happened. This also now did happen after the time period they stated on the phone. After almost 2 weeks in total I also finally got my new tickets with the corrected flight dates (not to think what I'd do if the flight was in a few days though but anyway).
It's a shame though that it took me ages in email conversation without result and a negative review for them to be willing to find common ground with a paying customer.
Interestingly though, they also flagged this review as not genuine to Trustpilot even though they called me because of it so they could clearly make out my booking from this review and knew it was genuine. Trying to get rid of negative reviews, are we?
I will not be changing this review even though eventually the issue has been resolved. It took way too long, way too much effort from me and they were only willing to help once it was public and even then tried to hide my experience from others.
Do better, Skyscanner!

I booked a domestic Thai Smile Airlines flight through Skyscanner. Skyscanner lead me to the cheapest and hassle free booking website. Booked my flight in under 5 minutes in a very friendly and convenient format. My flight confirmation through the email was prompt and the billing was genuine with no hidden charges.
