Checked baggage caused confusion
It was easy to book tickets and compare itineraries, but they charged for a bag that the airline did not recognize and then charged again for. I’ve reached out to customer service to request a refund of the checked bag fee and can update the review based on their response.
Update: I was contacted by both Skyscanner and Trip.com and received prompt replies and great customer service that resolved the issue without incident. Updated this review to 5 stars!

There was a few dollars add on to final price for booking through affiliate websites, and car hire quotes included services that required a transfer from the airport, but this wasn't clear on the search results, filter those out. Still definitely faster and usually cheaper than trying to search everywhere myself.
