As someone else here said, I had a failed order but money missing from my bank account, I reached out to both my bank and Skytech, My bank said since i used a debit card, they can't undo the transaction, and skytech said they see the failed order but did not get any funds so they cannot refund me, They told me to wait a few days but I am skeptical because of the other similar review, If I get my money back either from a refund or if it returns like they said it will, I will change my rating.

Game Code Issue Quickly Resolved
A very specific game motivated me to upgrade my rig. I bought the pc and was excited that the game in question was a bonus offer for making the purchase. Got my PC a few days after buying it but never got the code for the game.
Small detail in comparison to the money I spent on the computer but of great importance to me.
Andrei over at Skytech customer service took my call and fixed my issue right away. Immediate fix. I got the game code emailed to me and it honestly made my week.

Legacy 4 5080
Ordered a legacy 4 5080. Computer and build quality seem to be great so far. Customer service has been a different story. Computer was suppose to come with a copy of Crimson Desert, I could not find it. Sent a query into Skytech asking if I overlooked it. Andre from Skytech replies “if I want to”. I thought maybe part of the message was cut so I asked Andre if it was and he responds : I just received my legacy 4 I bought from you and was wondering if I should have a download code for the game that was suppose to come with it? That is what you said and I quote so therefore I answered it with if you want to If you wanna download the code you can download the code is there some else wrong

I’m not sure where the breakdown in communication is here but there clearly is one. I then called in and was told that they had ran out of codes which is fine even though it was advertised when I bought the pc. This over the phone interaction was much more professional. Again so far it is a great gaming pc, but a failure to remove a free game advertisement and a very poor customer service representative makes it hard for me to recommend Skytech right now. Update I did just receive a game code.

Everything has been great so far
Everything has been great so far. First time PC gamer. From the time I ordered to my door it was around 2 weeks and arrived flawlessly. Easy to setup. Plug and play with no extra programs that no one ever uses. After 2 weeks of use still going strong. Very pleased and never plan to touch my Xbox again

Stole money on a “failed order” refused a refund.
Had a few failed attempts at a purchase due to errors with the website, got in contact over the phone with a supervisor at skytech gaming and he put sent me a separate link to pay through PayPal which I did. Then I check my bank account and one of the failed orders took money from my account and I spent a week calling and emailing back and forth between skytech gaming and my bank about a refund and skytech kept telling me and my bank that they don’t owe me a refund because they never received the money that is shown on my bank statement as sent to skytech gaming and the supervisor at skytech just keeps telling me to dispute the charge from the failed order through my bank so it seems to me like someone there is scamming people into a double payment and having them get the money back through their bank dispute so they can double their money.

PC runs great
PC runs great. My only complaint is their installing Signal RGB and all its issues. The pulsing in static state give me a headache.
