I was in adru 2024-2025

I was in adru 2024-2025. This should be 0 but trustpilot won't allow. I was in the ADRU anxiety disorders residential unit for OCD, arachnophobia PTSD, I also had depersonalisation and derealisation as a result. I was assigned to Michaela lutz by Lisa Williams the head of service who was told I was previously abused by a therapist. This is common btw, therapy abuse, until England stops deifying therapists it will continue.

Micheala Lutz was disorganised, she had no plan, no clue what she was doing, she'd waste sessions going back and forth with me over 'the community and friendships' because she focuses on 'the programme' because she doesn't know what to do. She has social interaction difficulties and can't interpret emotions, she stares blankly at you, repeats herself so the conversation goes nowhere, she also was also racist and type cast me as angry black and in a bad mood so I wasn't sick like the others. She couldn't problem solve situations so I was left to deal with another racist staff member Lisa Kirkby, and another therapist Jeremy locke. I was left to suffer on my own.

Lisa Williams then did everything she could to throw me out when I was suicidal, another resident safeguarded me, they stoped doing welfare checks and I ended up calling samaritans daily which the staff were aware of and did nothing. The infamous David Veale knew nothing about PTSD and the impact on OCD, he did not understand of someone being traumatised and numbing themselves to the trauma saying 'well what do you mean it didn't happen it did happen' he went on to say have you tried writing about it as the solution to severe complex ptsd. Another resident who had paid to see him in the past said he'd said the same to him 10 years ago 'have you tried writing about it?'.

Someone reached out to me after I left and said they were going through the same thing with michaela and they were in a state, it then happened again and again and again. My admission ended up spanning a year and in that year Micheala was assigned 9 people 7 left or switched therapist. David Veale supervises Michaela and allows her to continue neglecting and psychologically impacting people to the point they become more sick in her care and this must have been going on since she first started at adru. He allows her to be a
Left alone with us, and allowing her report of therapy to be the truth despite the fact people are constantly leaving.

All of the staff are aware whats going on and they stand by like cowards and enable therapy abuse. They protect each other. These are a group of privileged out of touch middle class white people who's racism stems from extreme ignorance. Charles tweed investigated my complaint and he protected all of them. He was rude and antagonistic towards me and racist himself. He had no idea about racism, literally none and said himself he didn't remember anything from his training, which in the NHS is literally a tick box and is a joke. While he investigated Micheala 2 more people left for the same reasons. Literally in the middle of the investigation. He concluded Micheala is an experienced therapist who did everything right and gave no evidence to support this.

There are so many people who have been abused by Micheala and it's all been facilitated by Lisa Williams and David Veale. What they did to me is criminal, literally what Micheala is doing is malpractice and they sacrifice sick people to feed their egos and images. They are both sick monsters, do not go to this unit especially if you're a minority. The therapist actually only have a limited bag of tricks and they are appalling at understanding trauma. They're protected by the reputation of the clinic and David Veale while their mostly unskilled and only do what they know. I waiting for the day everything they've done is exposed to the public.

Unqualified Staff Delivering Therapy Without Consent

I had a deeply damaging and traumatic experience in one of SLaM’s Personality Disorder Services. My psychotherapy was delivered by an unqualified member of staff without my consent. I later discovered that my therapist was a trainee. Because she concealed her trainee status, I now require further therapy, and this experience has left me even less trusting of the world. As someone diagnosed with BPD, this experience was extremely harmful and has had a devastating effect on my mental health.

I never do drugs neither do I smoke any cigarettes, nor do I smoke weed. Now SLaM is holding me against my will. They are treating their wards like penitentiary correction centres to emasculate men!

Unsafe mental health service

My experience with the Lambeth mental health service and Secondary Care Psychological Therapies, SCPT for short, has at times left me suicidal. I am ok, but this service does more harm than help. I have trauma due to several traumatic events within short periods but this service does not provide trauma help. The ordeal i went through with this service and several therapists has added to my mental health decline.

I would really encourage politics to take a closer look instead of throwing more money at mental health service that does not benefit those who need trauma care.

My case went to the director level that deal with my concerns shockingly, even hostile. I am left worse of mentally and can only say to look after yourself elsewhere.

I was victim blamed, patronised, not taken seriously, and that by different therapists and up to the director and assistant director. I raised a complaint, but that also was just a game for them.

There is something really wrong with that service and I don't know if this is a general NHS mental health service issue or only in Lambeth, as we often hear horror stories of mental health clients' experiences.

But for me, this service is unsafe, for me even scary, and I am left off worse mentally. I do not know what to do anymore except leave a review.

I was a maudsley slam outpatient

I was a maudsley slam outpatient asking for therapy for PTSD. The therapist insisted I was lying about one of my traumatic experiences and said I should respect the opinions of an aggressor who committed a hate crime against me. The therapist who was supposed to be helping me sided with my abusers who caused the ptsd. I became more ill as a result of this, complained and during the complaints process gathered evidence that proved my medical notes had been edited and in some instances deleted. The maudsley slam service is corrupt, anti-lgbt and needs to be investigated for criminal negligence.

Secondary Care Psychological Therapies

This is reviewed for SCPT which is appalling regarding mental health particular mental trauma. For years I tried to get therapy but have been patronised, lied to and my condition avoided.

The lack of knowledge when it comes to trauma is atrocious for mental health patients.
I am considering the legal route as their conduct has impacted my mental and physical health. There is an unwillingness to treat clients with trauma or they do not understand trauma.
They are very dishonest, calculating, scheming and try to put the blame on me for not being able to be free of trauma.

Unsafe & degrading mental health service (Lambeth)

I am diagnosed with PTSD and have been through an odyssey with this Lambeth SLaM Maudsley mental health service since years now. Doctor after doctor, therapist after therapist either downplayed my traumas (several losses in short time with one being extremely traumatic) or were creepy/inappropriate and gaslighting, for years not even uttering the term "trauma" while then diagnosing PTSD.

After years on waiting lists, their dodgy attempts to video record therapy sessions, then retaliating after I successfully raised a formal complaint, I was threatened with police and legal action after in despair I emailed several psychotherapists. I responded that police can't do anything, that I know my rights and that I welcome legal action so this can finally get public.

When I welcomed legal action, they stopped threatening me. I involved Lambeth MP Helen Hayes to make this more public and pressing and believe this SLaM mental health service needs to be investigated and funding stopped until the service improves.

I got suicidal already and this intensified under this service. The Lambeth SLaM mental health service is unsafe, and I don't want to know what's going on in mental wards behind closed doors!

Horrible, degrading and disrespectful service throughout, a systemic problem with this service. We clients with trauma deserve better than this.

Cruel Systemic Negligence

Uneducated, negligent, apathetic, cruel, investigated themselves and found no wrongdoing.
1) Employed shaming tactics against me on 2 separate occasions, in writing. What are they doing behind closed doors?
2) Refused to accept my GP and CBT therapist's referrals. Twice.
3) Suggested I go to IAPT talking therapy, which my referrals state I am already having.
4) In response to a formal complaint they lied (badly) stating they actually meant I should continue with IAPT - my continuation with a separate service was never a query we had with SLAM.
5) Didn't suggest a service for addiction, despite using impulsive substance abuse as a basis to deny me treatment/diagnosis/anything, despite addiction being comorbid with the condition I have come to them for - I have had to provide them with Amazon links to the DSM-5 and ICD-10 (core diagnostic manuals for psychological disorders)
6) Stated I should avoid manic episodes by not taking the substance which I took as a result of a manic episode. This traumatic event was clearly illustrated to them by my GP, so SLAM have employed people who cannot read.
7) Stated I must be magically free of substance abuse for 6 months prior to attempting a 3rd referral through my GP, despite GP clearly stating in my referral that symptoms pre-date any substance use by about a decade.

How can we trust illiterate people to provide complex therapies such as DBT?
How can we trust mental health professionals with the care of vulnerable people when investigations into negligence result in lies attempting to cover up clear written evidence?
Why have they told me to buzz off and treat a comorbid disorder on my own rather than provide further resources and/or treat the actual core disorder at the root of my problems?
Why are they disregarding competent professional opinions and referrals?
Why are we paying their salaries? Other medical professionals who work hard every day deserve higher wages, cut SLAM out like the tumour that it is and divert these funds to competent carers!
Why are we letting them abuse and neglect people into an early grave?
Does mistreating vulnerable people make their lives feel a bit better?
How must it feel to wake up every day knowing you’re harming your own community?
How can we trust them to provide therapy when they are unable to address their own issues with honesty and accountability?

SLaM is an NHS Foundation Trust That Employed Peadophile & Loads Of Sex Pests

SLaM is an NHS Foundation Trust historically linked to Jimmy Saville. Khabir Garg the child pornographer worked at the Ladywell Unit as did Fidel Gallo Benetez who was a drunken sex pest. Nurses from SLaM like See Moy Fernando lie to police when they let rapists who go on to kill pensioners walk out of hospital. SLaM nurses lying to you, regulatory authorities or the police is prolific look at the lies told about the death of Sean Rigg or further falsification of medical records in the death of Olaseni Lewis.

Adebayo Oladoton was recently struck off by the NMC for making sexual comments about raping a 14 year old patient.

As well as being historically linked to sex cases from the Saville days SLaM still continues to employ narcissistic predators that prey on the vulnerable and cover up the behaviour of this type of individual repeatedly or claim it is safe to release dangerous individuals like Darren Pencille or Alexander Rawson who then go on to rob people of their loved ones by brutally murdering them whilst SLaM deny, deny, deny any responsibility as well as manage to avoid corporate manslaughter charges.

Many teenagers as well as adults have thrown themselves under trains because of the care they received or did not receive from SLaM who obviously do not appear to take responsibility for the results of the actions of the abusers they regularly employ like child abuser Garg or drunken sex pest Gallo.

Corruption at Maudsley Prison

Colin is unwell. Constantly smoking weed and not sleeping at night. His diet is bad and he eats stacks of bread. He follows me into the kitchen and has stalked me down the road one time. I had to change direction. He has also tried breaking into my cupboard and has stolen my milk. He stands in one spot and mentally shakes. He is not being taken care of. As I entered the facility at 17 studholme Street I asked the question - does anyone have a mental health qualification to which the response was yes. - I beg to differ . The staff here and at underhill road white gothic house Lack the encouragement and enforcement to help people who are struggling mentally to get off of drugs and make something of themselves.

I have come up with ideas and suggestions for the mental health industry and have been ignored and patronised. I even feel I have been racially abused at times.

The first place I moved into was in camberwell a tiny 10ft by 10ft room with a bed above a night club. The person next to me was getting high on cannabis.

I replaced in the second place on alcohol and was removed and placed into the third building down copleston road next to a drug dealer who had also spent sometime in maudsley I quickly relapsed and ended up back in maudsley hospital which should be called maudsley prison. The staff at copleston road professionally looked the other way to what was going on in my room at the guys next to me . We was playing loud music and smoking weed every night throughout covid.

The third place I moved into after sorting myself out by exercising and being honest to everyone - the roomate above me played very very loud music every day and throughout the night making it impossible to sleep and live . He also had foul language banged on my door in early hours of the morning trying to get in and punched me in the head , I was also punched by a staff member at maudsley for standing still and wanting to ask a question. This made me want to commit suicide and I was the one thrown out of my accommodation and taken off PIP . I was un able to find the self esteem needed to find a decent job and keep it.

I then spent sometime at my pops house which was against the rules without a job and enough money , I was getting into arguments with random gangstas and possibly crips which made me feel very unsteady . I took a train to Grimsby because I was angry and wanted justice for my brother . My mum lacked trust in me and as soon as I arrived panicked and called the mental health team. I was threatened with a tazzer by the police who trespassed on the property ,lied to and taken away to a mental home in the back of a police van where they keep the dogs. I was then laughed and pointed at by staff there not fed and kept in a room which looked like it had a old peice of furniture in the looked like a furnace where they would burn black people alive . Admittedly my mu mind was beginning to feel the pain I was being situised in. They transported me to maudsley hospital via a car.

I entered maudsley after being told I was going to a much better place with fear that I had to overcome whilst staying there.

Whilst staying there other patients threatened me with violence and I couldn't understand the African language being used or accent. I didn't know why I was in there. There was no reason. I felt like I was getting more mentally unwell from the moment I set foot in maudsley rather than the opposite of getting better.
I left addicted to nicotine and more mentally unstable than when I arrived angry at Africans and myself for not being able to be heard or understand anything they were saying throughout my stay.

There was very little to do physically and only one exercise bike at maudsley. They activities were childish at we would be asked if we would like to colour in or answer a questionnaire. Again I couldn't understand and was not told why I had been locked in hospital. There was no further information on this and I am still bewildered. Alot of the patients felt the same way . Thankfully I had my Buddhist practice but other patients had taken there life or resorted to violence whilst staying in hospital. The word corruption springs to mind. My family do not know me much anymore. I am lonely and have no money.
I am concerned with other part takings going on in maudsley like rape and murder.

Thank-you.

Oh did I mention having to sleep on rock hard beds and having sheets that stink of wet dogs x

Experience of Maudsley Hospital

I was an inpatient on John Dickson Ward and Lewis Unit earlier this year.

The experience was painfully boring as there are very few activities for the patients, the Trust having decided against paying for activity workers in recent years. The OT showed up sporadically, and the OT timetable pinned to the wall was a complete fallacy.

There were regular sightings of cockroaches on both wards. When I objected to sleeping in a room that had cockroaches I was detained under the Mental Health Act.

Bedrooms do not have en suite bathrooms as most modern psychiatric wards would have. Each day most of the toilets were in a foul state and trying to find one that was usable was a challenge.

Nursing staff and support staff are generally well-meaning, but poor at de-escalating heated situations, expressing condemnation when a patient appears agitated rather than trying to explore the underlying reasons they feel this way. There is significant use of bank staff who appear to do almost nothing.

There was no weekly community meeting as would happen in most psychiatric hospitals. Nursing staff do not routinely offer 1:1 conversations with patients about their care and experience. My care plan was generic and meaningless, incorporating very little of what I had suggested.

When taken out on leave I was told to 'hurry up' by a support worker despite having been out for less than 10 minutes, and when I expressed frustration at this he told me to 'shut up' twice. On returning to the ward I asked the nurse in charge for his name so I could make a complaint, but he refused to tell me. I made a formal complaint about this experience 20 weeks ago and the Trust complaints department has still not issued a response.

In terms of positive aspect to my inpatient stay, my Consultant Psychiatrist and the dual diagnosis worker were very good. The food is reasonable.

SLAM and OXLEAS
Make first a plan for decent medical care.
The CEO of the SLAM sits on the ICB board, the one who lied on an official letter that I never requested to replace Lamotrigine since 2017...
The CEO of the Oxleas sits also on the Board, which since January 2020 has been hiding the GP refer, which requested to replace Lamotrigine and he lied on 3 official letters that there was no such thing.
The CEO of the SLAM also stated on the official letter that SLAM uses Lamotroigine for the long-term treatment of Borderline.
However, since 2009, NICE has banned the use of mood stabilizers for Borderline
The 2018 research of the Imperial college clearly proved that the effect of Lamotrigine on Borderline is exactly the same as a glass of water. Or it's less, because a glass of cold water at least relax you..
On the other hand, Lamotrigine has serious side effects
However, these 2 super NHS managers gave me (4 medication a day -if it's not enough use 8 ) for more than 4 years.until march 2021.. however the Lamotrigine has serious side effects -. 60% of the described effects effects appeared on me.2019-2021
Same time the SE London ICB complaints , the NHS resolution- and its legal firms (Brewer and Capsticks) wrote more and more letters with lies - for thousands and tens thousend pounds fees paid out from our NI ....
It was not paid for the decent health service- it was paid for Solicitor offices ...millions.
.. For the first time, NHS should make an open candor and honest information policy-not a net zero policy .Meke a net zero death policy........and have to remove the criminals Oxleas and S
