Care Group? Don't Care Group more like.

No answers to emails - just a 'we have received your email' reply - and then when you phone, a recorded message to tell you to call back on the 'next working day'. Well in my book, Tuesdays at around 2pm, that constitutes a working day, which is when I called them. The NHS are throwing money at yet another useless private company.

This Company took over some NHS…

This Company took over some NHS outpatient services recently in March 2025. I phoned them today and the Service does not now seem to be fit for purpose, and unsympathetic to patients needs.
NB there is no customer satisfaction/feedback system in place which is worrying as there will be no internal measures in place for customer satisfaction and NHS monitoring of contract performance.

Privatised NHS services, poorer delivery.

No sooner that HCRG took over my physiotherapy NHS healthcare, than all communication, follow-up appointments and treatment ceased. Talking off the record to their own staff, it seems clear that systems haven't been fully integrated into the NHS, making this situation pretty much the rule, rather than the exception. Staff morale is at rock bottom as a result of the clear threat of imminent redundancies. The whole concept of an entire swathe of NHS services being contracted-out to a private equity company is a kick in the teeth to both tax-paying patients as well as overworked and underappreciated staff. HCRG and their shadowy owners Twenty20 Capital, seem to exist as parasites making profit off of a once proud national institution. This arrangement may be politically convenient, but to my mind, its a national betrayal and a hidden scandal. It also demonstrably has not provided improvements - quite the opposite.

NHS being ripped off

Refererred to this so called physiotherapist group who sub contract to nhs, well the nhs are wasting there money and I wasted time they refused to refer me for ultrasound scan and gave me excercises to do which made no help, made it worse,no hands on like at other physiotherapist, think there using nhs as a cash cow,i would rather opt out of NHS if I had to use these, and use my national insurance contribution to go towards bupa, hopefully new government will allow this and investigate what these contractors actually claim,as I don’t think an antiquated nhs is getting value for money,if anything there getting ripped off,the health minister Wes street img needs to investigate
