Error in transfer of property ownership
Error in transfer of property ownership and dodging responsibility now that the error has come to light.
S+G failed to notice that they has missed a leasehold title that was supposed to transfer ownership. Failure to do so has made the asset unsaleable and has cost a fortune in time and money to try to rectify.
S+G initially offered £200 to compensate (versus total losses in the £10-100k range) and ducked responsibility. Only engaged once we threatened legal action but continue to downplay their role in the mistake.
