Advice on a Voluntary Severance Agreement
I needed independent legal advice in respect of a Voluntary Severance Agreement with my employer. I contacted the firm and received a prompt response with Olivia Ellory, a paralegal, dealt with me initially. She was professional and patient.
The solicitor to whom I was assigned was Ali Sultan. He also made early contact with me. He was personable and professional. Crucially, identified issues that needed to be addressed and was successful in ensuring that an amended and improved Agreement was achieved. In summary, Mr Sultan gave good advice and protected my interests.
I would like to thank Olivia and Ali for their professionalism.

Mesothelioma claim
This review is on the behalf of my (elderly) father who would like to express his full appreciation to Jordan Bell for handling a mesothelioma claim.
Jordan handled the matter sensitively and with such a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout. All technical terms and legal proceedings were fully explained. Regular updates were provided during the process, which led to a successful settlement due to the excellent work of Jordan and his team.

Slater Gordon - Shockingly bad
Contacted Slater Gordon regarding medical negligence issue but call advisor had to keep putting me on hold to seek advice. She kept getting the issue wrong. I tried to point out that she had misunderstood the main issue of my potential claim but kept trying to push me down a different unrelated medical negligence claim. Feeling this advisor was out of her depth I calmly tried to emphasise the reason for my calling but she hung up on me. Shocked to say the least. A disaster of a call which if representative of this legal firm it was a lucky escape for me. Not personal. Not caring. Not professional. I would give a minus rating but I am unable to do so. Stay well clear would be my advice based on this experience.

Our legal advisors are fully experienced in setting up these claims and it is crucial their advice is followed. Our advisor followed proper protocol and did her very best to explain due process but unfortunately communication broke down.
