Stole 80k from me. When I reported it they claimed it was taxed. Not according to my tax statement it wasn't. They've now been reported to the ATO with all correspondence proving they ripped me off to cover for government corruption that I reported

I highly recommend Lawyer Brian Briggs, from Slater and Gordon for military compensation. I needed to submit paper works for my injury claims to DVA,  I was so worried  about the claim submissions and the whole process. I wrote one enquiry email to Brian, right away he responded to me letting me know what to do and he would take care of it.

His team Teegan and Jessica always responds immediately and keeps me updated on my claims submissions. At any time I need them they are always available to help quickly and a high level of professionalism. Teegan is very great to work with. She explains everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience. If you need an attorney for military compensation these are your guys. I am very happy with the result I got. Brian Briggs - Military Compensation Lawyer - and his team of experts (inc. Teegan Head - Law Clerk) went above and beyond in taking control of my claims process with DVA. My case was particularly convoluted, I was well out of my depth and therefore put the process off for 12yrs. Pia Annan-Anderson (Military Compensation Lawyer) and Ash were fantastic! They secured me and my family a fantastic result. Communication was always at a high standard and they went above and beyond. Would highly recommend for all DVA claims.

They have always had the answers to questions I have had or returned with the answer in a quick time frame. They knew the area they were supporting me in (DVA and Disability payments). The staff were empathetic and always kept me in the loop with how my case was progressing. Teegan and Jessica were who I delt with the most and saw my case come to fruition and they were really professional, as was Brian who oversaw the whole case.

Good service but they charge me too much. Yes my disability income support was approved but they are getting 40% out of my monthly income support of 1000. So I am only getting 600 a month. I begged if I can pay my outstanding balance in full but with a discounted price, I was rejected. Much worst, I was given a wrong computation for a higher amount. Furthermore, I have been paying consistently for seven months and when I missed a payment this April 2023, they send me an email using the word "chasing" and I dont like it. I feel like I am a criminaI.
I know my obligations and they just dont understand my situation of struggling daily cost of living with 600 in my pocket. I am a 56 year old lady who cant work hoping I can receive my income support in full without deducations so I proposed If I can pay the outstanding balance in full but with a discounted price. I was rejected and it just feel so bad. So disappointed.

I have been using Slater and Gordon for the last few years for my DVA claims, in particular Pia and Ash, I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the effort this team has put into assisting me.
I have done claims in the past using advocates from my local RSL and although they did an OK job you can't compare the level of service and professionalism shown by Pia and Ash, I never felt like I was a number or a customer I felt more like we were family, the worse part about having all my claims approved and compensated is I will have to get use to not hearing from this team on a regular basis with updates on how my claims are progressing

I primarily dealt with Brian Briggs and Teegan Head throughout my legal matters, and both gave excellent service.
In what is generally a stressful and uncertain time, the team at S&G kept me informed, supported, and up to date with the latest developments in my military compensation case.
