Returns Disaster
I ordered 2 sizes of dinner shirt....one fitted perfectly so didn't open the other and followed the returns process as in instructions....
Identified a local returns drop off shop in central Bristol...from your website...turned up but shopkeeper said don't take DHL returns....looked again and found 2nd shop 2 miles away....turned up but same again...no DHL....and repeated a 3rd time another mile again....but again same story. Wasted 3-4 hours trying to drop off at shops you identified...no joy...gave up and dropped off at your shop in Bristol city centre....assistant said they were always having this problem. Tried to ring your contact number....but got cut off on two attempts....what a MESS

So I had an issue with ribbed fleece I…
So I had an issue with ribbed fleece I ordered, which as usual looked completely different in real life then it did in the picture, so tried it on and too small even though it was my size. Contacted slaters and the girl who answered didn’t have a clue on how the internet works “ her words no mine. So when I finally got through to someone who did no how things worked. It was plain sailing from there. Items returned and refund approved. From now on I’m going in store. If they don’t have it in store or stock it, then I don’t buy it. Overall the experience was good.

I have checked the order and I can confirm that at the time it was placed our stock system was showing the pocket square as being available, however when our warehouse staff went to source the item from our branches they were unable to do so as the item was not physically available.
