Lena at Westfield Stratford store provided excellent service, and I highly recommend it. As promised, my bed was delivered before Christmas.

I recently bought a new mattress from Sleep8, and it was delivered today by two very pleasant men. The service from Sleep8 was excellent; they helped me find the right option with great patience and expertise. The only "issue" is that the mattress is too comfortable – I can't get out of bed! I would encourage anyone looking for a great night's sleep to buy from these people. Highly recommended!

After spending a long time researching the Portuguese mattress market, it's really easy to be confused. Although I was sure that I absolutely did not want any of the "bed in a box" solutions (they just don't last) I was surprised to find that even the higher-end mattress companies kept pushing all foam solutions. I found Sleep.8 fairly late in my search process and not only did their products look pretty good online, but they also sold Grether&Wells, a name I knew from the USA mostly in the high-end hospitality space. A quick trip to the retail space in Leça da Palmeira had me feeling as if I was on the right path. After a pretty quick round of tests, I found a mattress that I really liked. The delivery interval was a bit longer than I expected, but this is due to the mattresses being manufactured on demand. The mattress ended up arriving a week earlier than anticipated and was carefully set up by the top-notch delivery team. The purchasing of a mattress is difficult in any country and Portugal is certainly no exception. Having the knowledge and assistance of Mr. Fábio Torres made all the difference in both the quality of experience and the result.

Sintia gave an absolutely delightful experience at the store helping pick the perfect bed and mattress that fit all of our criteria. Excellent!
We had a hard time finding sustainable mattresses that wouldn't take weeks to arrive. Sleep 8 delivered in 2 days and their customer service was above and beyond. They communicated every step of the way!

We spoke directly with Cíntia at the store and she was incredibly knowledgable about the products, super proactive and helpful – really helped us with choosing a mattress. 100% would recommend if you are looking for a mattress!

We came here after relocating to Lisbon and being overwhelmed with choices online. We first went to El Cortes Ingles and didn’t like the options there. When we arrived at Sleep8, Cintia was so helpful in telling us our options and explaining the features of the bed. We would not go anywhere else!

I bought a Vortex pillow for myself and from the day I started sleeping with this pillow my back pain and that bad feeling I woke up with every morning disappeared completely. It's funny that I was on vacation 1 week ago and every day of that week I woke up with back pain because of the pillows in the hotel. Vortex and in this case Sleep 8 Changed my life and the quality of my sleep. The next step is to buy the Tech mattress that I loved when I went to the store and tried it on!
