Took 10 weeks to make and wouldn't accept a return. Even though I'm sure on the site it does

Can not rate this company highly enough. Bent over backwards to accommodate a really short turnaround to get a sale guaranteed. Can not thank them enough. What’s more my client absolutely loves their product. Amazing!!

Absolutely loved my sofa bed thank you! Just moved into a new renovation and this was ideal for us to have with guests! It is a lot comfier than I expected. Very good quality and matches my existing sofa set. Thank you!

Customer service from start to finish is fantastic. Quick, personal responses, nothing is too much trouble. I had a bespoke order so ordered through customer service rather than on the website and they were quick to send the invoice and process the order. Delivery was a little frustrating as had to wait 2 weeks for a slot once the sofa was ready, and they were late (1.5 hours) on the day but this isn’t Sleepahhs fault as they outsource delivery from what I can gather. Sofa is exactly as described, beautiful, soft, wipe clean fabric, the most comfortable sofa/bed and cushions. Worth every penny!
Editing now that we’ve had the sofa a few weeks.

What we love:
- size -Plenty of space for the whole family to sit and when the bed is pulled out we’ve still got the chaise and other side to sleep on. We’re a family of 4 and we all sleep on there together as a treat and the little ones love it

- chaise storage - so big and great that the chaise stays open on its own to make it easier to get things in and out

- ease of opening and closing the bed (although sometimes it’s a little too eager to close and does it itself before I have a chance to grab it!)

- no base cushions - much more practical and easy to keep clean

- back cushions are really comfy although a little short for us but this is personal preference

- wipe clean fabric

- quality of the sofa

- nothing else like it on the market that we could find

Where we feel slight improvements could be made

- ignoring the chaise end, because thats nice and wide, the seat depth feels quite narrow compared to other sofas. Again, personal preference.

- the centre piece of the sofa (the bed section) sits lower than the side pieces. So to sit/lay on the part where they connect isn’t very comfy. You can feel the dip and the difference in softness of the two pieces (the sofa section is much bouncier than the U sections). This also means that to look at the sofa, the back of the U isn’t all level either which just slightly spoils the finished look.

Apart from that we love the the sofa and have already recommended Sleepahh to family and friends.

As a correction to my initially positive review.

It has now been multiple months of us owning a late delivered broken sofa. DRS have come to fix it and said they had the old Miss manufactured part and left. It takes 2 weeks minimum to book a slot with them. Sleepahh only apologises with no compensation given and yet we haven’t been able to use the sofa bed once since it was delivered over a month ago. I can only hope that on the next attempt it actually gets fixed as soon as far this has been an expensive mistake.

Here is a quick summary.

Pros:
Initial customer service is great.
Samples are great quality.

Cons:
Sofa takes more than 10 weeks
Constant sales means you a likely to over pay
Sofa fabric not as good as sample
DRS (the delivery company) has close to no availability and typically leaves you waiting multiple weeks for a single day option (this is made even worse if you need a repair)

The customer service is impeccable! If the sofa bed is anything to go by on their customer service, I honestly cant wait to receive the sofa bed. I ordered the wrong colour and Jonathan and the CEO have been nothing but amazing. They have honoured a new sofa bed in my chosen colour despite my human error. There are many companies that would have put the blame on me and not come up with a resolution. I am very grateful and thankful. Keep up the great work

I contacted Sleepahh initially as I wanted two sofa beds and had some queries. I had very quick responses from Johnathan who was very helpful and answering my questions.

I asked about any additional discounts if I got two sofa beds, and was offered an additional 10% off on top of the current sale plus two free pillows.

We ordered on 30th September and received the sofas on 6th November which was sooner than we expected actually which was great!

I was a bit hesitant as I've not heard of the company before, but it seems like they're quite new so that's probably why.

The sofas are firm, soft and comfortable. They're firmer than I expected but it's not necessarily a bad thing as they still feel comfortable. I think as a bed it'd be more comfortable if it's firmer.

The opening mechanism works smoothly, although it's a bit more effort than I thought (the sofas are heavy so it requires some control to pull it out). It's not difficult by any means, the video just made it look like it's quite light to pull out?

Installation was smooth - both sofas installed in the room when my partner was home. I returned home with the sofas already installed and looking great!

Time will tell if the sofas last, but I hope so!

Overall I'd recommend Sleepahh, I've had a good experience with them.

I wanted to buy a vegan sofa bed and came across Sleepaah through Google. This was the start of a very positive experience. The staff at Sleepahh were from the start, helpful, patient and generous. They were concerned that I ordered exactly what I wanted and were communicative and efficient. This continued right through to the delivery. The company they used was great: timely friendly and professional. The sofa itself is so attractive and well-made, the material is beautiful and is perfect for guests. We're proud to own it. They are an ethical company and I celebrate the fact they are vegan. Wonderful and a big thank you to all concerned.

From purchase to delivery contact was on point as we needed to amend the order just after placing it.
Order confirmation email, very responsive on chat as we had to amend the order, 4 weeks later their distribution team emailed to confirm a delivery date with plenty of notice, and then text us the night before with an eta ( 3 hour window).
The delivery guys were on point as our sofa bed was going in a loft room which does not have great access.
I would recommend this company to anyone ***** stars

Regardless of the other reviews, you will now get a genuine one. I ordered a sofa bed beginning of September, paid in full, but no other contact whatsoever regarding payment and delivery. I telephoned on several occasions, requesting a date for delivery, only to be told that they would contact me…. After 6 weeks l telephoned again and told l would receive an email with a date and time.
Two weeks later, at 7am in the morning ( l was still in bed) two poorly speaking English people arrived at my door. Being a single elderly lady, I was apprehensive to open the door and speak to them. They finally showed me the sofa, I was completely unprepared, because Sleepahh had not informed me of this delivery. The men placed the sofa in my garage, and without offering to unwrap it and take away the packaging they left. Will not use them again!

I’ve slept on some very dodgy sofa beds in my time - lumpy, uncomfortable things with inch thick mattresses and horrid springs which dug into your back. Sleep didn’t come easy, if at all. So relieved to have discovered Sleepah and their exceptionally comfortable sofas which are not only beautifully upholstered but lovely to look at as well. Best of all, so simple to convert into a bed which is as comfortable as the real thing. Absolutely delighted and so is my back!

Love the sofa bed, super sturdy, super comfy, super easy to use.

Also ordered one of their bamboo luxe pillows, was so good immediately had to get another for the wife!

Thank you for this great product. We bought the Sleepahh L for our sons room as he did not have room for a sofa and a bed. He has been using it for a week now and absolutely loves it. From our first enquiry regarding swatches the service has been swift and polite, no pressure from your sales team just great reactions when we wanted them, delivery was amazing as the bedroom is upstairs which worried us a little but guys carefully got the item in the room and then assembled it, giving us a good chance to look over the product and demonstrate the operation of it and finally removing the rubbish .
The only problem we have is our daughter would now like one, I cant find a discount code for my second purchase.

Chatted to Jon today. Super helpful and insightful. Sent though some follow up info. Love the one touch thing they have going on to set the bed up. Buying a bamboo pillow for now. Genuine chat experience which makes a difference from these frustrating bots. Shame no store but they sent me some samples of fabric.

Was super easy to buy, went onto chat. Replied in 1 min. Talked over the fabrics etc. Just helpful and friendly. No bot! Sofa arrived and surprisingly comfortable both as a sofa and a bed. The fabric is soft to the touch, and it's easy to clean. I got the Plush one. 2 chaps arrived, put it all together and made sure ok before they went on their way. Highly recommend. Attentive and great service.
