Great "Make it Right" service save by SleepDirect
Purchased a ResMed Mini travel c-pap machine. It came with a default nostril map, even though I requested a mask similar to the mask I use with my full size machine at home. I then bought a full size mask from SleeepDirect. I took this mask out of the packaging to discover that it doesn't fit the Mini. I filed a negative review of SleepDirect due to my frustration with not disclosing that certain ResMed masks do not fit the Mini. Greg the GM with SleepDirect called me ASAP in response to my review and flew into action. He sent overnight the correct Mini mask. He deducted the charge for the wrong mask. He was incredibly pleasant and forthright. It is my belief that the fault was with ResMed for not disclosing on their branded materials that mask fit requirements for Mini. I an a very happy and returning SleepDirect customer now.

I didnt see any reference to that. I have discarded the used one in our recycle trash.

It is so easy to order from you
It is so easy to order from you. The product is awesome, we go camping every year and we take this machine with us, am thinking about getting the travel c pap so that we can leave it in our travel trailer and leave the bigger one at home. Ordered A new BPS 12V Battery and Dreamstation 12V adapter on a Saturday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday and everything was in order! The price was about the best I could find and they were located with in driving distance of my home! Seems like a good place to do business!
