Understanding and fast response to a crisis, OUTSTANDING service.
Was in a bind needing a replacement part for my CPAP just before a trip. Spoke to them by phone and explained my situation. Placed the order and received the part by FEDEX overnight the next day, even faster than the 2 day shipping I had paid for. Very understanding and responsive to my situation.

Positive experience to say the least!
This is not a good company to deal with, it's a GREAT COMPANY to deal with, as their customer service is second to none! Products I purchased from SLEEPDIRECT are good, but receiving them rapidly with friendly and efficient service is a real treat these days. I absolutely hate dealing with CPAP/medical supply companies, until I found SLEEPDIRECT that is. These people really came through for me when I was in a life-size bind, and I can't say enough positive things about them.

I ordered the filter and check valve for my soclean cleaner from 3 different companies and had to return them because tubing didn't fit the valve. 1 quick call to Sleepdirect fixed the problem with a very 2 minute fix which the other companies couldnt fix. Thank you Sleepdirect.
