Very happy with the purchase and delivery of my mattress. I was able to choose a date for delivery and nearer the time, I was given a time slot for the actual delivery

The travelodge dreamer mattress we got from Sleepeezee does not feel like the one in actual travelodge hotel rooms. Not sure if its because of their divan bases or whatever but I am definitely underwhelmed by the mattress and I had ordered it with full enthusiasm.

Sleepeeze could do better in terms of informing customers of how to care for mattresses but their sales team wasn't of much help. My old mattress which was a third of the price of this mattress is still more comfortable after going strong for 5 years.

Good communication including from the delivery people, we made this order because we have had one before and know how good they are and what good value.

I bought my mattress following an excellent night's sleep at Travelodge and I'm so pleased with it. It arrived on time by two friendly couriers who unpackaged it and put it on my bed frame. I also got it in the sale, so win win. Thank youn

Really comfortable mattress giving a good night's sleep.Wish I had changed sooner it was after spending a night away that I realised that I needed a new mattress.

Only issue was delivery was specified for second floor but mattress was left on ground floor.

Whilst the product is good the postal carrier has been poor on both of our orders.
We would probably go to other firms in the future because of this.
We ordered Jazz mattresses.

AWFUL. purchased the travelodge dreamer within the last year and it’s now dipped causing terrible hip and back pain. Its visible when looking at the mattress and sleepeeze claim it’s “normal settlement”…it’s not normal to have to take painkillers prior to going to bed and now have to sleep on the sofa.
About to go through the hassle of having someone come and inspect it, customer service was terrible and just kept speaking over me. I will never purchase a mattress from this company again.

Mattress is comfortable and delivery was excellent

Good products and delivery was smooth - mattresses were taken to the room and installed onto the bed, waste was removed. Old mattress also taken away.

I recently bought a Sleepeezzee mattress through Dreams Watford. Mattress is excelkent.
I had to contact Sleepeezzee re guarentee details.
Their customer service rep called Janice was the most hepful rep ever. Couteous, kind , helpful, I would recommend Sleeleezzee to anyone.

I brought a Dreamer mattress a couple of years ago. Unfortunately similar to the other reviews I have had issues with it dipping in the middle. The mattress has dipped by 6.5cm in the middle compared to the edges. I sent photos to the customer service team, Anna and Aaron were very helpful and I was offered a replacement or refund. I am pleased for once that a company honored it's guarantee. So while it seems in some cases there have been manufacturing defects, my experience of the customer service has been a good one, which to me outweighs the issues I've had and is worth a positive review.

I recently bought two single mattresses online. They didn’t feel comfortable.I was informed that I couldn’t return them as I had slept on them. I’ve slept on a different sleepeezee mattress and it was very comfortable.

The return process should be clear on the website and at the time of delivery for online customers. All online mattress should have a trial period or a trial during delivery, so they can be returned immediately.

Must have mattress! Incredible comfort. Great value for the price and very prompt delivery . I have 4 of sleep easy mattresses and very happy with them.

We bought a Sleepeezee mattress 1 year ago, it was a high quality wool one, at first we were happy and have always cared for the product but after a year it has started to sag massively. We contacted Sleepeezee through the company we bought it from and they have refused to uphold the warranty as our slats on the hed are 4mm to wide. This may I add is only recommended in the T&C's. Extremely disappointing leaving us massively out of pocket. We will be purchasing a new mattress but never again from Sleepeezee.

Easy to deal with and a quality product

The mattress has quickly become uncomfortable to sleep on because it has subsided in the places we sleep leaving a bump in the middle even though we have turned it round and over fortnightly. We have only had it since the start of June. My experience of the Travelodge Mattresses in the actual Travelodge is that it is not the same quality!
