Very Expensive Faulty Sheets!!

Just paid almost $200 for some sheets with the above company, only to find dark oil like machine stains on the sheets that do not come out with stain remover and washing.
Bought them from Amazon.com site as Sleepletics do not ship to the UK.
I would be fine to have some discount off these sheets, or some discount on new ones, but Amazon want me to return them, creating me hassle/extra work, when it is there mistake!!
Really not great service for a very expensive product, that I do not know if it even 'works' yet.
