Absolutely shocking customer service. I called with regards to a complaint I had with my purchase to be left in a que for over 40 minutes I decided to send a complaint via email to which I received a generic response, some one will get back to me with in 10 days, 5 weeks later I had a 7 worded response to which I replied to then get another generic response - some one will get back to me with in 10 days.
I decided to try live chat i gave my order number and name to which I received we are for website assistance and pre purchase product advice and are unable to deal with excisitng order queries we recommend you contact customer service.
Hello I have tried and tried and cannot get through this is a shambles and I so annoyed I will be taking this to the furniture ombudsmen as by the time we finally receive a reponse 3 months will be passed for the ombudsmen to deal with.
Do you not call your customer's when they are unhappy as you have all of the order details provided. A COMPLETE SHAMBLES !!!!
