Absolutely beautiful pyjamas, I have loved every pair I have bought for my family. Also quick delivery!

I ordered myself and my baby pyjamas the baby’s pyjamas come with pen marks on, tried emailing customer service numerous times to no response. The price charged and lack of customer service is horrendous.

I’ve ordered a few items from the sleepover club now and I am impressed every time! Cute designs, love the personalised touch and the quality of the fabric is perfect! You get what you pay for! This order was family matching pyjamas for my babies 1st Christmas and they are perfect and will be apart of a lovely memory! 🥰 x

This is a scam! Purchased a robe in May 2024 for my upcoming wedding - not received any response after contacting multiple times and no delivery.

Do not waste your time ordering from this pathetic company. Ordered pyjamas that cost me £50.. obviously just some young girl that runs it from her house or somthing .. because there is no customer service at all. They do not respond to emails and I also ordered a set of long pyjamas but was sent shorts.. with no personalisation on them. Can’t believe I even ordered from them. Never again 👎

Awful !!! One pair of pjs turned up but not personalised and still awaiting second. The company do not respond to emails. Do not order from them !

Bad customer service and poor communication.
Sent several emails and they have chosen to ignore them all. Packaging was faulty and they failed to deliver all my order. Quick to take my money but not so quick to respond to emails!! Shame on you...

Packaging was gorgeous and delivery no problem but that's where the good review ends! Opened my package to see the wrong pyjamas had been sent. Tried them on anyway and they are absolutely tiny and gaping open on the chest despite me ordering a larger than usual size to ensure comfort! These remind me of something made cheaply in a Chinese factory with tiny sizes! So disappointed

Absolute scammers, ordered bridesmaid socks for 8 bridesmaid for a hen party and they never turned up. Reported them to my bank for a refund. Disgusting!

I ordered personalised pjs for me and my son for christmas was assured they would arrive before i placed the order. They did not to this day we are now in march 2024 and ive had no response to countless emails i may aswell have thrown my money down the drain

Ordered my £80 personalised bridal robe the 1st February and was really looking forward to receiving it. Especially as it’s for my wedding day. States on website 14 working days to receive personalised items. It has now been 28 working days and no dispatch email. Have emailed twice and no response. Have commented on instagram and no response. I have raised the issue with my credit card company and they are sorting it. I think this website is a scam!!

Do not order from this company. Ordered personalised pjs, did not get an order confirmation so cannot track order. Company has taken my money but nothing to show for it. Contacted them via email and had no response. Shocking!!!! Avoid at all costs

Ordered two pairs of personalised pyjamas and the wrong ones were sent which are no good to me. Sent emails, messages and Instagram post all ignore by this awful company!
They quite clearly don’t care enough for their brand

I placed my order a month ago (9 Dec) intended as a Christmas present. There was no communication that the cut off for a xmas arrival was the 8th December but regardless it is now the 9th January and I still haven’t received my item. I have sent 3 separate emails all have been ignored and at this point I’m actually unsure if this is a real shop or if I have just been scammed
