Ordered goods on the 2/12/2024 and still not received goods. Did get one reply from customer saying goods would be despatched that week, no delivery and now ignoring my multiple e mails requesting refund. Will now have to raise claim with paypal

As confirmed to you in our emails, our delivery information timescale is stated online when ordering and was also confirmed this to you on multiple emails. It’s our busiest time of year and this timescale applies due to the volume of orders we receive, although as you did not wish to take this timescale into consideration and requested a refund for the order, this was already processed as per your request and email confirmation was sent of this.

Broad daylight robbery.
What can I say!! After placing my order for a personalised product it’s been over a month now where I have not only not received the product but also not received any communication about its whereabouts.
To add to the gaping wound, I’ve not received a refund for it. 🥺
So have spent £60 or so and have nothing to show for it.
Sent out emails too but as you guessed, no response.
Conclusion: robbery.

The pyjamas were enormous and the personalisation was appalling.Totally spoiled the surprise I was planning for my daughters 30th birthday.The pyjamas cost me £48.70 a complete waste of money.No response from the customer services.

Shocking company
Ordered a dressing gown for my daughter personalised with her name on. I had to chase up the company a couple of times to get a date in my delivery and I got zero response from them. Eventually it turned up and what a waste of money. The quality is so poor, it’s all unfinished inside. Her name on it was embroided under tension as it’s all wrinkled up.
Never will I ever order from this company again.

Never delivered (no shock). Still no parcel, request for refund ignored despite several attempts. Any comments on social media are just deleted. Absolute scammers.
