Purchased a mattress via groupon , arrived and looked used , full of dirty marks , followed instructions re leave 72 hours for it to plump up , was flat as a pancake , how the site could state was a £800 mattress is beyond me ! Contacted groupon who said would be collected and once that was done would get refund , they never came to Collect despite me taking day off !! Re scheduled for today between 7am and 9 am , it’s now 9:44 took yet tine more time off work , chased up , spoke to helpful young lady Naned holly who said will get me an eta , let’s see !

I have had perfect customer service from the girl replying to me emails she was very prompt to reply very helpful and just eased my mind. I bought goods through a different company and they were damaged that company wouldn’t answer emails phone calls or even live chat so in desperation I saw this company’s Sleep Softly as the seller and as I say customer service from them was excellent I am so grate ful thank you very much

Absolutely shocking service. Like others, I wish I’d if read the reviews first.
Order was late they part of the order didn’t come. Then when it came it wasn’t the right size. Who ever is on emails are rude and unhelpful. No accountability or apology and treated like an inconvenience.Do not use these absolute weapons

Been trying to return a poorly constructed and therefore unusable mattress since Wednesday when I recieved it. Grupon hasnt helped so far and seller has not responded either...
Been storing the mattress for 6 days now and who knows if I ever will be able to get a refund. AWFUL!

Worst purchase ,matress very uncomfortable unhappy customer

****DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY****purchased a Kensington single mattress in June. 3 weeks in, the mattress seeped in the middle and felt like a sack of potatoes.(I weigh 9 stone) Contacted the company as I was unhappy. Was offered a collection and replacement only. There was no way I was getting my money back even though the 'mattress' (like all of them) were faulty, as I was over the 30 day return and refund period. Quoted the consumer act of 2015 as the item as not sold as described and not fit for purpose but they simply don't care. Wasted 22 emails only to be told the same thing.
You're better off sleeping on the floor rather than on this piece of rubbish.
Don't even waste your time. Total trash.

bought a mattress off groupon that says its supposed to be £1000 - no way, its awful. Can feel the springs through the mattress. My last mattress I bought through groupon was excellent - currently attempting to return.

Wish I had read these reviews. Like many others here, ordered a nearly £1300 discounted mattress from Groupon (down to £184). Checked the company website and the same mattress was advertised at the expensive price, and the reviews were good. So I ordered what I thought was a decent stuffed, layered and stitched mattress. I know what a quality mattress is because I've paid hundreds in the past. This does not come close. When you lie on it, hard springs bulge out its side. It is zipped into a loose, cheap & nasty cover (that was ripped on the underside). I dare not unzip it because I don't think I'm going to find

Given this was a Groupon purchase, I'd have settled for something that was probably worth less than the original price. I just wanted a supportive, well made mattress that would last, nothing 'top end'. I'm not sure what I've ended up with, but at best it's misleading advertising, at worst a scam.

Don't use this company
Horrific communications, they never ever follow through with any promises
Missed every delivery date so far
Save yourself the hassle, buy absolutely anywhere else instead

Why are they advertising on Wowcher with great prices when they say they do not deal with them. My wife ordered a nice looking bed frame a week ago but as yet not even a thank you for you order. looks like the money has gone down the drain as wowcher has no contact number.

Purchased a mattress via Groupon, consistent issues with the mattress dipping after just a couple of weeks. Three mattresses later and still the same issue.
When contacting Sleep Softly they do not want to help and just tell me to email a complaint so they can file it... awful product. Never have I known a mattress last a couple of weeks only!!!!

This company sells a lot of cheap mattresses on Group on with different names look for seller SLEEP SOFTLY and avoid as they sell inferior cheap quality mattresses. The mattresses are described as Pocket Sprung and good quality the advert is false TRADING STANDARDS need to get involved they lie all products are cheap open coil sprung mattresses that will last about a month before they fail and become scrap. They deliver all mattresses rolled up in a vacuum roll not the best method of shipping mattresses they are a dodgy company. I suggest move on to another merchant but do your checks before proceeding as some companies trade under multiple names another issue that TRADING STANDARDS will need to investigate. I am currently trying to organise a return through Group ON.

Received the 3000 sprung mattress and it was nothing like the picture. The advisor said let the mattress expand properly. I have and it sinks in the middle, and goes down at the end of the bed. So disappointed I've spent my money on this. Now can't afford a new one for a while.

I echo all the other experiences, after a month finally got a refund and a reply saying it was lost in transit! Just poor - avoid!!!!

Awful company. Ordered a bed through Groupon and made sure I had enough time to meet the 7 day delivery as stated so ordered 14 days earlier. The bed was £1299 RRP selling for £185. On the 7th day of delivery I was told the mattress hadn’t been made and the manufacturing needed parts, they didn’t care and didn’t offer any other solution. I tried to cancel my order, no refund offered, have to jump through several hoops to get anything back, yet to be refunded! . Had to panic but a mattress for next day delivery. This company is awful, DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went to Mattress Next Day.co.uk and they were fantastic! I’d recommend anywhere but here!

Delivered quickly but didn't appear to be the depth it looked on photos via group on. Seemed ok initially but 18 months on is so soft both myself and my partner have back issues, I weight 55kg and can feel th bed lats through it when I sit up. Cheap, horrible mattress which is shown to be hugely discounted but isn't even worth the discount price. Don't waste your money

Do not order from these people it’s a scam they deliver to people on the street and I am now without my mattress and without my money do not give them your money they take your money it’s a scam company

I bought a deal from Groupon for the bed frame and mattress then after reading reviews worried about whether I would ever receive my order & what I would receive. I shouldn’t have worried as 5 days after placing my order It arrived. We have just built the bed up which didn’t take long and the bed frame is solid and of great quality & the mattress seems comfy enough. For what I paid I am delighted with what I have received. I contacted Sleep Softly and they replied to me quickly to tell me my delivery was out that day and the courier phoned me when he was near by to let me know he would be 10 minutes. Just wanted to share a positive experience after all the negative reviews.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service especially from their customer service manager who is possibly one of the rudest people I've spoken too. I ordered a bed from them through Wowcher. Bed apparently got delivered but it's no where to be seen, their delivery company forged my signature and sleepy softly say because they have been provided with a signature they can't do anything else about it. Over a month of trying to get it resolved to be told they can't do anything about it!!! Scammers avoid at all costs!!!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE. these people are AWFUL to deal with! They will bounce you from pillar to post and place blame upon the customer for their own FALSE ADVERTISING!! Took their sweet time giving me a refund too! Over a month of dramas, disrespect and complete disregard. If it wasn’t for groupon I doubt they would of even given me my money back! Just to add the bed they wrongfully advertised showed up with mould! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
