I haven't bought anything but managed to ring the company to ask about delivery some years ago they did bring matress to my flat door but I was told by a lovely customer service they don't do this any more the matress isn't cheap and I thought I would let you all know I'm not a young woman and feel I'm being discriminated

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I bought a set of outside furniture with the promise to deliver within 7 days. Six weeks later nothing. No emails, no calls to explain. Then I read the reviews of this company. I wish I had done before ordering from them through group on.
I requested a refund through group on as I had no idea whether the goods would be delivered and from reviews what state it would be in. Luckily and I must give praise where due group on requested the refund from this sorry company and luckily I have all my money back. Terrible company and awful experience.

I bought a mattress from Groupon. Sold as a heavily discounted product, I was excited at the prospect of receiving a high quality mattress which retails for over £1000 (as cited on Groupon). The discount was too good to be true and what I received was a substandard, cheap mattress which reflects the cheap price; sell a cheap mattress by all means but don't pass it off as a wonderful deal. I gave 2 stars because customer service responded quickly but basically my old mattress was better.
UPDATE: Was able to return mattress free of charge and got refund. Thanks Sleepsoftly

Seems to be a trend of "I wish I had seen the reviews before......"

I don't leave many reviews however I felt compelled to with this product (Jigsaw Deep Filled Pocket Sprung, Wool and Memory Foam Mattress). I don't think I have ever slept on mattress more uncomfortable than this. Its half the thickness of what it looks in the advertisement image.

First few nights me and my wife both woke up with back discomfort but felt it was fair to give it a fair go in case it was down to going from 1 mattress to another. Its got to the point where we decided enough was enough and after emailing Sleep Softly I was met with 'We cant do anything after 30 days'. Wont be using this company ever again and will warn off anyone looking at their products.

There is no way this mattress had an rrp of £1500 either!!

Bought mattress through Groupon and it doesn't much the description at all
Contacted them as wanted to return and when driver arrived he r3fised to collect it.. Since then seller jas not arrange new collection and wont reply

Bought the king-size floral fresh 3000 memory foam pocket sprung mattress, on the sleep softly site it's price is £1189:99p I bought it
from Groupon for £260 what a total waste of my money ! Not a year old and the covering is all ripped and there's springs coming through and to top it all it was delivered rolled up in plastic bag !
I emailed the company but not had a reply from them.
Might get in touch with trading standards see what they say as it's not fit for purpose and should last longer than a few months !
Don't recommend people buy from them as they are Not a reputable company at all ! More than likely they paid people for fake ratings.

Do not buy anything from these criminals.the mattress I bought had a price of nearly £1300. I bought through Groupon for £200. Nowhere near the same.i opened the item to find no memory foam but a synthetic sheet.steel springs no pocket springs.very very very cheap product .trading standards will now be informed through citizens advice bureau.as I've seen on here 75 percent of people having the same problem.day light robbery.scammers.

Wish I'd read these reviews before dealing with sleep softly. Agree with everybody they are scammers selling seconds and faulty returned products.

Ordered ratan garden set via Groupon. arrived over 3 separate deliveries. When it finally all arrived, the table top was bent badly in multiple places. Given the glass was intact, it clearly looks to have been packaged damaged rather than damaged in transit.

Not able to get hold of anybody. Never ever use this cowboy company.

REALLY wish i'd read these reviews before i bought this waste of money. What an absolute joke this mattress I bought from the company via Groupon, firstly the picture on G and the product I actually recieved are worlds apart, the G add shows a deep high quality mattress and the thing I recieved was half if not a third of the depth, the only thing that looks the same is the top pattern. Wasted nearly £200 on a mattress that slips down the bed, my pillows fall out the headboard till I'm against the wood and is 0 use for my extensive physical health issues. Buyers don't waste a £1 of your money, invest in a little extra and buy from a reputable site

I feel completely defrauded by this company, I bought one of their mattress through Groupon and payed £190, it was usually £899.99 from “ sleepsoftly” on Groupon for the 4000 silver pocket spring mattress, it would supposedly arrive in approx 7 days however I waited over twice that and could only access the tracking the day before it arrived and the only text I received was also 1 day before, when I finally received it I was completely shoked just how bad the quality was, firstly it arrived in a roll with cellophane wrapped around it “yes an actual roll” at first glance I thought it was a carpet that had been delivered to me mistakenly but once I opened it I was devastated with it being nothing like it had claimed and very poor quality and it has a zip around the top of the mattress so when I unzipped it I could clearly see (and feel) it was metal coils and certainly not the pocket sprung mattress it claimed to be, I am recently disabled with 2 crushed vertices and multiple spinal fractures so this was bought with the very little money I get that I managed to save up and now I’m stuck with it. I have been totally scammed by this company!!

Bought a sofa bed from Groupon, sold by these guys. Awaited the confirmation of delivery, but nothing happened for a week, starting to track the delivery and after 3 weeks they told me that they attempted to deliver (last week). Last week rescheduled delivery for today and today they called that the product is out of stock... how? if the product was supposed to be with the courier? (attempted delivery last week)

Got that Sardinia bed frame and mattress. Got faulty parts and the thing was super wobbly. I had to assemble and disassemble it so a huge waste of time. Returned it in the end as very bad quality

Very appalled I am promised it will get delivered today yet I don’t believe this. I will take further action if this isn’t delivered by the end of the day. It’s ridiculous I have to call up and check no1 gets in touch and no email to say your order is out for delivery.I’m so frustrated and due to this and sleeping on the floor while pregnant is affecting me loads I just want my bloody mattress but everyday you hear another lie when you call you.

This mattress is nothing like photo, its really thin, and more like a cheap mattress from a budget shop. No mention of the name on mattress, or packaging.. would rather have the money than the mattress be warned.

The product I have received was rubbish as simple as that never seen any bad bed or matters I bought a cheaper bed frame half of price what I pay in sleep softly I do recommend you to stay away far from them.......

Do not order from here. Never had an issue with groupon and bought my last bed and mattress from them that lasted 7 years. The women bed frame was damaged in all areas and didn’t even have holes that matched up. The mattress is a joke, very thin and you can feel the springs. Not what I need at 7 months pregnant. The company and groupon could only offer me a refund or replacement parts but I explained I would be without a bed. Now I am told my warranty is void after only receiving 5 days ago. I have told both companies I will be complaining further and will never buy from them again. AVOID

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. I purchased the plush velvet Shannon storage bed from Groupon (at the time there were no reviews for this on there) in August and I am STILL missing items and screws to actually assemble the bed. I am outraged that they have not responded to my complaints and I now have an usable bed and have wasted a lot of money and effort.

Wrong colour bed arrived first. Chased them to get it changed to what we ordered. Colour we ordered arrived with missing bolts and smashed foot! Contacted their customer care who said they would send replacements when they get them. We needed the bed up quickly, so had to resort to buying own bolts and feet!

Update - they sent replacements for the missing items and smashed foot - and sent the wrong replacements - what a useless company!

Whilst putting it together we discovered that most of the screw holes didn’t much up, so had to make new ones!

I would avoid at all cost!,,,,
