Ordered a 9 piece set, couple of issues but the supplier sorted these quick and with little fuss. Delivery driver was a nice chap too, no complaints here
Could never deliver (changing dates)
I ordered a bed off Groupon from this company. I then received confirmation of the order and a text a day or so later saying delivery would be on the 28th. I made arrangements at work (I don't work locally and not really in a position to work from home) for me to take this day off for the delivery. I then get a text message on the 27th saying sorry, they gave the wrong date - it would now be the 29th. Fine, thankfully enough time that I could switch the days with work to the 29th. I then received a phone call at 11:45 on the 29th saying they couldn't deliver today but would be doing it tomorrow.... I'm sorry but this is not acceptable! sort out a delivery date and stick to it - not everyone can just be at home during the week on the off chance this company might fancy delivering the goods. Would strongly advise against using them if you actually want your goods delivered.

Brought their mattress via Groupon. their sales response to emails was efficient, also they delivered within the 7 day period. However the mattress was nothing like what was advertised not in design or quality. there maybe 1mm of "Deep memory foam" a very thin layer of "Deep cotton" with a sprinkle of "Deep wool" the advert on Groupon is SO misleading! Please don't wast your time. Now I have to push them for a return and waste more time on this poor quality product. My advise would be to refuse delivery at your front door, as soon as you recognise it's not what you ordered.

They fall apart and they change their designs by cm's each year so you have to fully replace the item or just lose out. Do not get involved. WORST COMPANY EVERY!! Told matress will be delivered on a certain day! It was never delivered after countless times of contacting the delivery company and groupon no one had a clue what was going on!! Managed to get through to someone after 10 days of waiting to find out that the matress hadn’t even been sent out! So after being heavily pregnant and sleeping on a floor! told it was being delivered on a certain day! Missing days off of work to wait for it! Getting rid of our old matress knowing our new one was coming being resorted to sleep on a floor!!! I would avoid this company at all costs! They lie and steal your money!!! Still no matress!! Also useless themselves and not even able to tell you a time or who it’s being delivered by! Absolutely clueless

I order a king size bedframe with a plane wood finish. I got delivered and double bed frame in a white finish. I call them regarding the incorrect delivery where I had been given a email address to send photos to. After doing this task I was informed that the bed frame I want was out of stock. They could not tell me when they would be back in dispite them still selling the product online. When I ask why they had delivery the wrong size and wrong colour if mine is out of stock, they responded with it was in stock when the delivery team was loading the van but down to human error they had loaded the incorrect frame on to the van. The packaging is labled with a big yellow sticker with bold black writing detailing size and colour, you can't miss it. After admitting the wrong delivery is completely there fault they did nothing. The only solution they presented is for me to take further time off work in order for the frame to be collecte. I asked if I could chose a different modle which could be delivered when the other fame is collected to prevent me from taking even more time off work to get another one delivery. The answer was no, I asked could they find out when it was coming back in stock they said no. They just didn't care at all, offered nothing to help me resolve the issue they created let alone compensate me for the loss of time and wages they have cause me.
I bought the serenity 3000 matress…Groupon purchase - it’s great
I bought the serenity 3000 matress through a Groupon and was concerned given other reviews, however, it turned up in a few days (you do have to use tracker) I was out but it was left with a neighbour.
I was surprised it was rolled as it is sprung but once I opened it and left it for a whileup it went to shape. I slept on it for the first time last night and it was very comfortable and has helped with my sore hips. If it continues like this an excellent purchases.

The bed is perfect, easy to assemble, lovely finish and even the mattress is really comfy. I thought I should leave a positive review to reflect my experience of purchasing this great product!

Ordered a bed from Groupon, the frame never arrived. No one contacted me to say that the item had been oversold. When Groupon FINALLY said that I should contact Sleep Softly, they offered to replace the base but then I received a voicemail saying it mysteriously got "damaged in transit"and the item was sold out so I would have to contact Groupon for a refund. Complete waste of time.
Bad customer service
Received a date for delivery , which stated the date could not be changed . Was short notice so I had to take a days leave from work , I waited in all day as the scheduled time was 7-7. Nothing arrived. Emailed customer services and the next morning they confirmed that the courier did not have all parts of my order so held off delivery , no phone call to confirm this , I then had to ask a friend to stay in that day to wait for delivery , when I asked for an update , I kept getting told it was out for delivery , did not arrive until 5pm . Bad customer service .
Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague - ordered a 'Fabric Bed' and mattress from these via Groupon. The bed turned up with battered packaging and the bed itself was actually 'Fabric Effect' so essentially cheap plastic. Like something id imagine you find in a brothel to wipe clean. Too scared to even open the mattress to reveal the quality of that. I emailed them images and they basically said its meant to be like that. So basically just operate a 'throw enough sh** at the wall and some will stick' kind of business, false advertising and hoping if they sell enough then some people just wont be bothered to return them.

Useless Customer Support
Ordered a rattan furniture set off Groupon. I'm not going to lie - the set itself is lovely, but it arrived with no instructions and no kit to actually put it all together. So, I called Sleep Softly to ask why this was the case and was told "they can't check every package before it's sent out." Eh... why? If I've paid x number of pounds for something I expect it to arrive in tact with all the required elements. Then they tried to pass the blame onto the manufacturers and I was even told to "calm down" - literally the worst thing you can say to a customer who is being blatantly ignored by the "customer support" team member, who was as supportive as a chocolate teapot. Next I was told it would take 5 days for the kit to arrive for me to put the furniture together - 5 DAYS?! Just useless customer service, to be honest, no help whatsoever and clearly had no respect for me, the customer. I even asked him if they had a Trustpilot so I could review my experience and he said he didn't know! Shows you how much they care about their customers when their reviews aren't even being read... If you want a good deal off Groupon, then by all means, use sleep softly, just don't expect your goods to arrive with all the bits you need. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle.

Ordered the Tropea Rattan Garden Set through Groupon. The service was excellent, the delivery was on time, the furniture was of really good quality, the only problem I had was one broken foot, spoke to Sleep Softly who were outstanding and ordered the part, within 48 hours the part had arrived through my letterbox. I'd read the reviews before so was apprehensive but can't fault this company and its communication. Well done, definitely impressed ☺☺☺one happy customer.
Imported tat flogged by Groupon
Just bought an Amprezzo bed from SleepSoftly via Groupon. They provided zero tracking or delivery information—meaning I had to arrange for someone to be present to accept a potential delivery, every day, for 7 days.
When it arrived, the packaging was damaged and the bed frame was scuffed—I put it together anyway because it arrived at the last minute and I needed to use it. Big mistake. The first thing that strikes you is the poor quality of the wood (hopelessly soft—like working with balsa wood, screws just pull right through it), the white paint looked patchy and was poorly-applied, worst of all the wooden slats in the headboard rattled noisily every time you so much as sit on the bed—which will be very disconcerting for our guests, to say the least.
They say it is "hand-made" in "our own factory"—well, obviously, it is hand-made (what bed isn't?), if they do actually own the "factory" that churns-out this stuff from low-cost corner of the world they should be ashamed of themselves. (NB: If it was made in the UK, as SleepSoftly might have you believe, I feel sure that someone might have spotted the the spelling of Cotswold as 'Costwald' on the instructions)
There is NO WAY this bed could ever justify its wantonly-ambitious price of £299 on the website—frankly, it is barely worth the £115 that Groupon is charging.

My partner bought and paid for a new bed and mattress only to have the bed delivered without the mattress !! Their idea of customer service is “well we sent the mattress you’ll have to speak to the courier”!!!!! ..........WHAT!!!!
Well they picked on the wrong person today.....after an almost two hour phone complaint they still can’t tell me where the bloody mattress is.........eventually got a full refund.
Honestly pay a little more and buy out of a shop......these lot haven’t got a clue.

We ordered an 11 piece Rattan furniture set on bank holiday Monday from groupon. The item was supposed to be delivered today, we received a text to say there was a delay on the item and they would let us know when it would be delivered. Having spoken to two employees, one female “manager” (who was extremely rude) we are still none the wiser as to where the furniture is. Initially they told us it was the couriers fault at our local depot which was a lie, the item was never with our local depot, they then said the furniture was damaged and returned, yet another lie. Now they said it’s on a trailer somewhere with no ETA. We are now demanding a full refund thankfully my husband had the foresight to pay with PayPal who I’m sure will get to the bottom of this dispute.
I know Groupon will do nothing about this company but i thought it’s worth leaving a review here so others can avoid this company! Sadly I see by the other reviews on here that this company is consistently poor!

I am having the same problems as the previous reviewer. I have taken a days annual leave with 36 hours notice (24 to my employer). The bed and mattress have not been delivered because apparently a piece is missing. The customer service number does not work, they do not answer e-mails and their social media appears to be inactive.
They have £219 of my money. I am not happy.
