More than just a sleep course
We started Hannah's course when my baby was 12 weeks old.
This was more than just a sleep course for me, it was a lifeline. I don't have anyone to help or ask questions. I'm a first time mum and was suffering with postpartum anxiety and found the sleep deprivation tough. Google was making everything worse and I was obsessing over the smallest things.
Straight away Hannah gave us structure which worked for me and my baby. She went from having lots of 5 minute feeds to 10-20 minute feeds and climbed a percentile.
Fast forward 5 months, she sleeps through the night, has two naps a day, three meals a day, takes a bottle if needed, and I've recovered from postpartum anxiety! Me and my baby have the best relationship and she is thriving. I know it wouldn't be like this without Hannah's help. Thank you!

My baby turned 7 months on Christmas Day, and we started 6 weeks of extreme sleep depravation!
We joined Hannah’s free course and then her online course at the end of January. It felt great to have a plan, and a single point of reference for trouble shooting. I had a few wobbles along the way, and being able to speak to Hannah was so very helpful to guide me back on track.
I found the course really gentle and supportive. I took things really slowly, and my little girl started to learn how to fall asleep by herself, in her own bed.
For 6 weeks now I kiss her goodnight, lay her down, and she sleeps all night long. I still can’t believe it every morning. It’s taken me this long to write this review because I’ve been worried I’ll jinx what I thought was run of luck….but is actually just the norm!

Wow wow wow what can I say
Wow wow wow what can I say. Hannah’s course was incredible, so kind and gentle. I never left my little boys side until I knew he could fall asleep independently. The course took 6 weeks to master and now I have a happy not over tired 10month old who is a joy to be around. Before the course he was so over tired well actually we were all over tired and now he sleeps through the night. We were having early wake ups so we adjusted a few things with Hannah’s help and now on 2 naps a day he goes to bed at 7 and wakes at 6 a very happy chappy.

Hannah's course has been excellent. When we started the course our 4 month old was waking every hour and was spending half the night co-sleeping, which I wouldn't have minded if there was less wake ups. My little boy is 9 months now and sleeps the whole night in his cot, he wakes once or twice a night. Going from every hour to this has been life changing. It felt very gentle and Hannah has always answered any questions I have had. Due to lots of illness it took longer than expected, however once I slowly implemented the reduced feeding overnight the biggest improvements in sleep started. Hannah is fantastic! She is a font of knowledge. There doesn’t seem to be an issue or situation she hasn’t come across before. We started gentle sleep training through her private course when my daughter was four months old. She was good with her night sleep but I was finding it really hard to get her to sleep for naps. She is nine months now and has been self settling fully for all naps and bed time for almost four months. She is also now mostly sleeping through the night. I found Hannah’s knowledge in food and weaning invaluable too. Very pleased with our experience. Thank you Hannah! You’ve saved my sanity.
Life changing!
I have recently completed Hannah’s 1:1 course which I can highly recommend. I cannot thank Hannah enough for her help and guidance.
Before starting the course, I was either feeding or rocking my daughter to sleep which I couldn’t physically do anymore. She was still waking a few times in the night and I would feed her back to sleep as I didn’t know what else to do! She would only nap in the pram, in the car or on me.
I could never have imagined being where we are today. She now self settles at night and for naps in the cot and will sleep through most nights. I loved Hannah’s approach as I never had to leave her to cry.
My only regret is not contacting Hannah sooner.

I have three children who are 7y old
I have three children who are 7y old, 5y old and 3 months old. I have worked with Hannah with my 2 previous children with success so I decided to ask her expert guidance from the day Louis was born, my 3rd child.
We booked in a call before baby arrived where Hannah have some tips on how to encourage independant sleep habits from day 1. Once he arrived, and feeding was established, we started gently encouraging feeds every 3-4h, with naps in-between these.We also worked on "teaching" him, from day 1, to self soothe to sleep. This has worked like magic, no need to ever leave him to 'cry it out' - all in a gentle way.
At 3 months, he is now settling on his own for each nap, bed time and sleeping through the night!
I am a very organised personand maybe too controlling at imes, so having Hannah at my side has helped me to accept the unpredictability of a baby as well as introducing gently some kind of routine.
This is worth all the money spent!

I can’t thank Hannah enough. So far we are only half way through the process and have seen massive positive changes for our baby! She suffered badly with colic for several weeks when she was born (from 4 weeks old to 11 weeks old) and we had got into the routine of feeding to sleep and also rocking a lot! I also tried her in her own room at 6 months old and it was a disaster! Forward 3 months and with Hannah’s information, guidance and support she is in her own room, goes down wide awake and needs little assistance to fall asleep and never feeds to sleep! We still have work to be done but I am beyond excited to have Hannah’s support on this!

Just wanted to say to anyone who is wondering whether to do any of Hannah's workshops / 1:1 packages etc then 100%.do it.
Our 19 month old baby was a really good sleeper and self settler until he joined nursery and got infection after infection. Things got really bad when he was admitted to hospital with sepsis. After that our nights were never the same.. I found myself holding him for hours on end to settle him. Sometimes from 10pm-4am straight. My hubby and I were exhausted.
We did 1:1 with Hannah for 6 weeks and the changes were at a pace suitable for us and we saw immense improvements very quickly. By the end of the 1:1 our baby was back to self settling and waving us goodbye at bed time. It was just unbelievable!
Not only that but the support we received from Hannah has been amazing. We are so appreciative of all her advice as its all so valuable. Trust in it as it really works!

I would just like to send you a little email to say WOW. I honestly can’t thank you enough!
We joined your free work shop in January after my 16 month old hadn't slept through ever! He was constantly up and down and we ended up co sleeping for a while due to be being pregnant with number 2 and being so exhausted as he just wouldn't sleep!! I was so drained, exhausted and overwhelmed with how bad his sleeping was.
I never thought anything would ever work for us as I thought we had implemented all the right things and it just wasn't working. We had set routine, he was napping long enough during the day, everything was consistent.
After doing your free work shop it gave us confidence to move away for our safe space of rubbing tummy in cot till he fell asleep, after a few weeks of baby steps we were able to put him down in the cot and leave the room and he would put himself to sleep (HOW AMAZING!) no more 40/45 minute bedtimes of rubbing his back to sleep! Savour for my back!
He then started sleeping through although 4:30/5am was our wake up time and when we started the day, as he became more active and wanted stimulating more throughout the day this was become hard work being a SAHM I was becoming demented, as I'm alone most of the day with husband working it was a LONG day starting at 4:30 some mornings.
So this week I requested your early wake up document. Why I didn't do this sooner I will never know! We are on Sunday morning, I was consistent Thursday morning treated 5am as a night waking as he goes to bed at 8pm. After some protesting he went back to sleep till 7:30am. Next night was slightly more rocky he was up a few times which is unusual but slept till 7:30 again. We then had a 5.40 wake up next day and he talked to himself for 30 minutes then went back to sleep till 8am! Last night he slept right through till 6:45 I'm in disbelief of how quick we have seen progress.
He is so much happier during the day and I honestly cannot thank you enough!!! We are due our second in the next 8 weeks and I'm not as anxious now as I was so worried if he was waking me at silly times of the morning how I would ever cope! You have been a life saviour and I recommend you to everyone that says they are having issues with sleep.

Highly recommend this course
Highly recommend this course. My lo sleeps so well after following Hannah’s advice. Have gone from feeding to sleep, contact naps, co-sleeping and multiple wakes during the night to putting her into her cot and walking out of the room and she sleeps all night. We had minimal tears as we worked through the transition and we are a much happier family now that we are all getting sleep. Hannah’s advice really makes sense so you are more than happy to follow it. Definitely consider the course if you are struggling with sleep un your household!
Worth every penny
I'm not sure I can adequately explain just how amazing Hannah's online sleep training course has been. Prior to joining the free workshop, my almost 6 month old boy would only ever feed to sleep and have contact naps or nap in the car/buggy/baby carrier. I felt like I barely had time to shower every day let alone do anything else. Bedtimes would take up to 90mins and my husband could nit help as our boy was breastfed to sleep. And just before joining the course, the three of us (including husband) got Covid. It impacted our son the most - he was waking a minimum of six times a night, and we had a record of 13 times in one night. Needless to say, we were exhausted. After the free workshop, my son went down for a nap without being fed or in the car/buggy/baby carrier. It felt like a miracle, and I joined the online course. And now, here we are having completed the training and gotten to the end of the tightrope. Our boy is now almost 8 months old and he self settles for every nap and bedtime. He goes down in his cot, in his own room, awake, and we walk out and he's asleep within 10 to 15 minutes (often less!) He wakes once overnight for a feed. Some nights I hear him wake more than that one time and he settles himself back to sleep. My husband and I take it in turns to put him down for the night, and we have evenings together now. And I can plan my days around naps I know he will likely take, giving me time to do what I want or need (yesterday I went for a massage while husband was at home for the afternoon nap!) There will be hiccups along the way, but Hannah is there to help. We have faced teething, a cold, developmental LEAPS - all of which impacted his sleep. But both husband and I are so much more confident with his sleep requirements. If you join the course, make sure you watch all the module videos, join the Q&A sessions or watch them back recorded if you can't make them live, and ask questions! That's what Hannah is there for, and you will see results. It's more than just sleep, it's a holistic approach to everything related to baby. Hannah is a miracle worker. And worth every penny. Thank you Hannah - you are the Fairy Godmother we didn't expect, but desperately needed 😀

I completed Hannah’s free workshop in January & wow, what a difference it has made to my baby’s sleep! We gone from only sling naps & bed sharing all night, to my baby falling asleep independently in his cot, the car & the pram for all naps & bedtime. We are now working on self settling in the cot throughout the night & night weaning. Hannah’s techniques are really gentle & although time consuming at times, they have worked so well for both me & my baby. I felt confident throughout the process & that is down to Hannah. I wish I’d done this with my other two! I would highly recommend 😊
Amazing results!
Before completing Hannah’s online course, I honestly never thought my little boy would be able to self settle. He hated sleeping in his cot and every nap time was a battle with lots of crying and I used to dread trying to get him to sleep. Now, after following Hannahs steps, he goes down in his cot at nap time and bed time, we leave the room, and he is asleep within minutes. His naps have gone from 20-30 minutes to an hour and a half on average, which has made such a huge difference to my day. He doesn’t take any overnight feeds and pretty much sleeps through the night for 9-10 hours. Any wake ups usually require minimal input; we simply put a hand on his back or tummy and turn the white noise machine on and he goes back to sleep - I can really see the benefit of him being able to self settle.
Hannah’s steps are simple and easy to follow. The course also provided really really helpful advice on weaning and illness/teething. I have already recommended Hannah’s Facebook group and course to lots of friends / family and would recommend to anyone. I am so glad I did this course. Money very well spent :)
Amazing results in just a few weeks …
I can’t thank Hannah enough for this course it has changed our lives and made such a positive impact on everything.
Our six month old daughter is self settling for naps in the day by herself and sleeping through the nights for 10/11 hours. Life before the course was becoming a real challenge and we felt very consumed by trying to get the naps to work and not succeeding. Hours of rocking and contact naps in dark made life really hard and we were often not getting out of the house because it was too challenging. I cannot even tell you how much that has changed! We now have lots of free time to enjoy together, I can get things done around the house and enjoy breaks and for the first time. She is sleeping really well in her pram because she can self settle and this means I can go out knowing she will nap in the pram.

Best 'baby item' we've bought!!
We've just completed the online course and wanted to say a huge thank you to Hannah Love Costello. This course has made a phenomenal difference.
We started off holding our little girl (now 7 months) in front of us at a 45° angle, bouncing around the room while singing 'hush little baby'. We now put her in her sleeping bag, say goodnight to the birdies and walk out. She rolls about a bit and falls asleep in roughly 6 minutes. This is for all naps and bedtime and she only wakes once or twice in the night.
The best and most important part is that she is clearly more content. She wants to nap in her cot now. I miss the cuddles from when she slept on me, but I love the smile I get when she wakes up so refreshed. ❤️
I can get things done in the day, get the evening with my husband and I'm no longer worried about how she will nap when she goes to nursery.
We tried the CIO method twice before and she got so upset she threw up. This method felt so kind and gentle.

Hannah is honestly a sleep guru
Prior to starting Hannah’s 6 week course I was co-sleeping and feeding my baby to sleep for all naps, whilst dealing with numerous overnight wake ups. I was exhausted and couldn’t continue like this. Now at the end of the course the changes have been outstanding.
My almost 9 month old can now self settle for all naps and bedtime and is sleeping through the night. We dropped the last night feed without me having to do anything, her naps have extended from 30 minutes maximum, again without us having to do anything, and she sleeps 11 hours at night, in her own cot in her own room. I now have my evenings back with my partner, have my bed back and have my sanity back. I can’t thank Hannah enough. The support during the course has been phenomenal and is well worth the money in my opinion. 100% the best money we have ever spent.

Hannah the life saver
Hannah has been a life saver. I started the free course with a baby that would only sleep on someone. After the free course he was getting to grips with the idea of not sleeping on people so went for the paid 6 week course. now we are at the end of the paid course and he’s almost self settling. BUT I’m missing my sleepy snuggles!!!!! I do get them every so often though!
She has been absolutely brilliant, even answering my questions on a Sunday whilst out celebrating her husbands birthday. Absolutely fantastic.

We have worked one to one with Hannah in respect of our two sons- our first when he was around 18 months and then from about 8 weeks with our second to try and get some good habits in place from the start.
With our eldest we were nervous and quite defeated when we started and it took us time to implement the strategies but Hannah was very supportive even when we were close to giving up. We took it slow and we saw progress and after a few months we had a child who was saying bye to us when we put him in his cot and sleeping 8-7.30 overnight.
With our second we were more confident to implement the techniques and saw progress pretty quickly. We went from all naps in the baby carrier to regularly having three naps a day self settling in the cot within a few weeks. Again Hannah was very supportive and has answered so many questions we have had. We’ve had setbacks along the way but have returned to the initial principles Hannah gave us and this has got us back on track.
I would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone thinking of working with her- she is very responsive, always happy to help and one of the best things is her packages are for quite long periods of time which you often need to see the change.
