Wow! You won't be disappointed
Wow! I cannot recommend Hannah enough. I just happened to come across Hannah's free Facebook workshops and had nothing to lose, at the time my 6 month old was waking every hour and having regular split nights, I was at a loss! I'm so pleased I decided to join Hannah on her workshops as less then a week in I've implemented everything she has suggested and for the first time last night my baby slept through the night! I haven't had to resort to the CIO method which I seriously thought was my only option! I'm so happy that both me and my baby are getting better sleep and I just hope it continues. Thank you Hannah.

Thank you!!!
I did Hannah’s Sleep Festival and subsequently bought the course and joined the Parenting Club and I just wanted to say a massive thank you! You’ve given me no end of help and support over the last few months!
I’ve gone from having a baby who would only be bounced, rocked, patted & shushed to sleep, to a little boy who loves his cot and naps & sleeps amazingly. I looked back at my 3 future visualisations I made at your sleep festival and I’ve managed to meet all 3 in just a couple of months. I’m currently downstairs with my husband watching TV whilst my little boy naps upstairs whilst I write this message. I could have only dreamed of that a couple of months ago. Thank you SO much!
All the best,
Caroline x

Hannah is awesome!
I did Hannah's free sleep workshop last January (2022) and found her teaching method to be very friendly and helpful, which made it memorable too. I didn't actually begin implementing the sleep training methods she suggested until I felt completely at the end of my tether and more ready to embark on that particular journey in September 2022 when my daughter was 16 months old. It has been quite a journey, but Hannah's method is all about continuity which has been good for both me and my daughter. Hannah has gone above and beyond what I'd expect for someone offering a course for free. She is AMAZING at responding in person to messages and giving hints and tips over email and the Facebook group during significant times in the year such as Christmas when there is lots of change for babies and their carers. I can't stop raving about her and feel like she's a friend in my phone I can turn to when I need support. She has also built a friendly and welcoming community on her Facebook group and everyone is very lovely and supportive of one another, especially when others are at the end of their tether.

Thank you so much
Hannah knows her stuff, very quick responses without being patronising or judgemental. I now have a self settling champion sleeper, thank you so much!

10/10 online course
Ive kept meaning to write this but life just gets away with me.
We bought the online course a few months ago when we were at our wits end with a 9 month old who just thought sleep was for the weak. We had coslept from birth which worked beautifully for us until around this time, when he became a jack in the box during the night and went through 4-5 full bottles of milk a night 😵💫😵💫😵💫
Tried everything to get him into his own room and own cot- he had other ideas! one unsettled upset baby and two frazzled parents at their wits end with no sleep and working full time.
Fast forward approx 3 weeks of doing the online course, we had a 9 month old who won’t sleep anywhere else other than his cot, goes down at 2000 and sleeps through until around 0630.
Hannah- thank you!!!!! Can’t recommend the course enough.

Sleep well with Hannah - highly recommended
We first worked with Hannah three years ago when she provided one on one support to help us with our then 5 month year old's sleep. What we learnt from Hannah made a vast improvement to our daughter's sleep, and the happiness of our family. Fast forward 3 years and the tools Hannah gave us means our 3 year old continues to have no sleep issues even through teething and illness.
I've used two of Hannah's online courses - potty training and newborn sleep (when we were keen to avoid past experiences when our second daughter arrived!). Both courses are brilliant - easy to follow and practical and clear advice that REALLY works.
I feel a much more confident parent thanks to the in person and virtual help from Hannah over the past three years. I would recommend both her courses and her one-to-one support to any family struggling with sleep.

Just wow!
I found Hannah’s *FREE* parenting festival as an advert on Instagram.
I learnt loads, especially from her fussy eating, sleep well & zoom session with Dr. Anna.
We are already putting her CALM approach into action at bedtime and have gone from-
feeding to sleep with 1/2 night feeds & mulitple wakes throughout the night, to-
Feed 20 mins before bed, settles with me in the room & 1 night wake (no feeds!)
I wish I knew about you 7 months ago when I had her Hannah 🤣
Thank you so much for this festival. You are an actual god send! 🙌❤️

Hannah's advice has been a game changer…
Hannah's advice has been a game changer for me. I used her free workshop and joined the Facebook community too, and now I've joined her parenting festival, so everything I've had has been completely free which is so kind. I'd hit rock bottom in terms of babies sleep, nothing I'd done with my first was working for my second. I look back at the diary I kept for that first week and can't believe I was surviving, and looking after a toddler as well! Fast forward 6 months and little one is sleeping through for the most part. It wasn't a straightforward journey, we had to have a tongue tie cut and discovered a dairy allergy, but Hannah's advice gave me the confidence to a) try a few things out and b) fight for what I knew my girl needed. I'm using the festival now to help with my eldest dropping nappies at night, and being able to ask Hannah questions directly in the q&a is just so useful. And I can't believe she does it all for free!! I imagine if I'd chosen to pay for the course I could probably have moved things forward a lot quicker but as it was I'm just thrilled we are where we are. Long may it last! Thank you Hannah for your kindness in supporting parents like me.

Hannah was an absolute life saver for us with our Son.
We really struggled with our first born and got into the cycle of holding rocking to sleep every 40 minutes all night every night. We were in a really bad place and just couldn’t continue as we were.
I found Hannah online and one of the reviews said she had given another couple the confidence to have another child & I thought wow she must be good.
She helped us change our feeding, gave us useful and straightforward info and lots of support and we saw changes almost straight away. I recommend her to anyone with a new baby and we just brought our second born home which feels so much less daunting knowing she is there for support. I don’t think we would have even considered having another baby without knowing that it would be possible to get them to sleep and to turn to Hannah for help when needed. Amazing! I’m now a member of her parenting club no longer Google or read anything else when looking for advice as I know she had so much experience and her advice works .
Thank you Hannah!
A HUGE thank you to Hannah Love Costello. After having purchased the full course and following it for 2.5 weeks. We are now at the stage of putting our nearly 5 month old in his cot with his dummy and he is able to self-settle for naps and night time! A massive transformation from feeding and rocking him to sleep. This change has really helped to improve his night sleep and he is only needing one feed a night now! Thanks again!

Hannah’s Parenting Club - wide-ranging expertise on hand
I first came across Hannah when I saw her free sleep workshop advertised - I was interested in the idea of gentle (no-cry) sleep training after a tough period with my little one. Having seen almost immediate improvements thanks to the free workshop I enthusiastically signed up for Hannah’s full supported sleep course. This was even more helpful than I expected - my little one was about to start on solids and Hannah’s focus on routines and extensive weaning resources, amongst other extras, were invaluable.
I joined Hannah’s parenting club because I felt that she has so much more expertise than just in the sleep area (though she is a miracle worker on sleep!). Her advice on issues from nutrition to travel to toddler behaviour is so helpful, particularly for a first-time mum, and I can access content on these when it suits me. It’s worth the membership fee just to have that expertise on hand, for any issue, rather than trying to navigate the mountains of conflicting advice out there. What’s more, the community of parents on Facebook and WhatsApp is a lovely supportive place. Hannah is on hand to answer any question but it’s also really helpful to hear the experiences of other parents and often a problem is solved by the wider community.

Support when you need it the most!
I found Hannah via an advert on Facebook linked to her community. I joined her group and had a look through the different posts and discussions and as a new first time mum a lot of what was being discussed resonated with me! I decided to take the plunge and sign-up to one of Hannah's sleep courses after having some success following advice she had provided in her free community. At the time, my little one was 4 months old and contact napping during the day followed by nightly battles to get them settled in their cot for the night, usually ending up with co-sleeping so we could all have some rest. Now 7 months later my little one settles in their cot day and night and is generally sleeping through. Following the course I decided to join Hannah’s Parenting Club for support moving forward. We've had our ups and downs with illness, teething and weaning etc but Hannah and the mums in the Club have always been on hand to offer advice, encouragement and support through drop in clinics and Facebook on a whole range of topics. It has been super handy to have lots of resources in Hannah's membership area to access whenever I have the time or want to look something specific up. The support has always made me feel like I have someone to talk to and give me that confidence or reassurance that i am doing the right thing just when I need it. It's been a great help!

Hannah and baby no2
Hannah helped us with our first baby. We spent six months co-sleeping, rocking and feeding to sleep and Hannah came along and undid all of that in a few weeks. I knew I didn’t want to wait that long to get on top of sleep for our second baby so we contacted Hannah before she was born. It has made such a huge difference having her support from day one. She was able to start self settling after around 5/6 weeks (although we had a few bouts of illness when she was born) and she can now sleep through the night with only one/ two wakes for feeding and she’s not even three months old! This all means I am more rested, happier and less anxious and the whole family benefits! I cannot sing Hannah’s praises enough!

Sleep Training - 6-24 month
Bought the 6-24 month course and it was the best money I ever spent. I didn’t sleep well for 9 months (plus most of my pregnancy) and I got to the breaking point. My little boy would wake up multiple times a night and had to walk/trot him to make him fall asleep. We did part of the course whilst on holiday and it still worked. Now he is 11 month, falls asleep by himself and I rarely have to help him resettle. A BIG FAT THANK YOU to Hannah.

What a difference a few weeks makes
What a difference a few weeks makes! We bought Hannah’s course 4 weeks ago because our 10 month old had started to refuse every nap and bedtime, it would be such a fight we’d often end up rocking him in the pushchair to get him to sleep, only for him to wake up half hour later and repeat 💤. We noticed such a huge improvement in just a week, bedtime and naps would take 15 minutes with minimal crying and 1 wake up overnight! As of last Thursday after a week of cot settling he refused to let me rock/ touch him anymore and, to my amazement, instead went straight to settling himself in his crib.
I cannot thank Hannah enough. In the last few days he’s even stayed with my mum for a night and went to the childminders today and self settled for both in different travel cots and environments 🥰. This course is the best money we’ve ever spent and has taken away all of my anxiety of returning to work in a few weeks. I no longer dread bedtimes, we’ve got our evenings back and I can be confident he will go to sleep for whoever is looking after him. Thank you thank you thank you! I would recommend you to everyone that is struggling with their babies sleep, it is possible!
Thank you thank you thank you!
Thank you thank you thank you!
Her Facebook page is really helpful!!! Reading everybody’s suggestions and hers has hugely helped me.
After using her advice previously when I went abroad with a clock change, her tips helped me massively!
Then a few months later after struggling with a nap transition and early wakes I’ve now had 1.5 weeks of a great sleeper! All it took was one tiny little adjustment which I was adamant wouldn’t work, but it’s true that Hannah knows best! Now have a baby who sleeps 7.30pm-7.30am and I have her to thank.
Will always revert back to her page for future problems.
Some people might think these tips are obvious but when your sleep deprived their really not and having the community page has massively helped me.
Thank you again!

I did Hannah’s workshop back when my daughter was 5 months old and oh my god did it change everything! Within a month or 2 we went from rocking to sleep to her sleeping independently which was amazing! It took time and perseverance but I liked it because it was a more gentle approach to sleep training. Now 6 months old, we have the occasional sleep regression but it never lasts long as she knows how to self settle! I can’t thank Hannah enough for what she did and have recommended her to everyone I know!
Life Changing!
I did Hannah’s sleep course in January, I can honestly say it’s changed my life! My little boy went from numerous wake ups at night with difficult day naps, to sleeping 7am-7pm at night and naps are a dream! I pop him down in his cot and he takes himself off to sleep nicely. A really gentle / supportive approach. Anyone thinking about doing Hannah’s course, don’t hesitate it’s so worth it - it’s made my time with my little boy so enjoyable as I’m refreshed and alert to enjoy our days together. Thank you!
Hannah is amazing. Her advise works!
Hannah is amazing and Helped as so much with sleep and weaning.
I joined her January course this year a desperate first time mother I was getting 3 hours broken sleep a night and was starting to become physically Poorly with exhaustion. I was feeding my boy to sleep and struggling to transfer to next to me cot. My little boy is now 9 months old and is in his own room and cot and will sleep through the night happily and has so now learned to put the dummy in his mouth himself. He makes me so proud. We now get a good 7/8 hours sleep ourself which means I can be the best mum possible for him as I have the energy for the day. I am in the parenting group as I no there will be more challenges ahead as he grows up and it’s great to be in a community of mums who support each other and get advise.
If your a tired mumma trust Hannah. Her approach is brilliant. You are there for your baby every step of the way comforting them through the changes. None of this cruel cry it out. She has lots of qualifications and experience.
Once again thanks so much Hannah.
This is a post to say a HUGE thank you…
This is a post to say a HUGE thank you to Hannah Love Costello!!!
Last winter, I was at sleep deprivation breaking point 😆 Our littlest would not sleep unless attached to me or in the car, but the car HAD to be moving. That was it. No let up. He couldn’t be settled by anyone else; weaning was going terribly (no wonder really, his tummy was always full of milk); there was no predictability to our days; he often would be up at 11pm due to all the cat naps; and he woke approximately 27485947 times a night, often blood-curdling screaming as he’d become unattached 😳
Enter a few friends that recommended Hannah’s workshop. But our first was a terrible sleeper even at that point and surely this was just life now? Pinned on my shoulder with the bad rotator cuff (thanks kids!), between a latched on baby and a toddler that likes to karate chop my spine in her sleep, I decided to give it a bash!
Thank goodness for those friends and thank goodness for you, Hannah! Within a couple of weeks there were HUGE improvements! He was napping in his cot; I had 2 predictable periods a day to commit to the 3yo; he started eating a great diet; I started getting longer stretches of sleep at night; and I could even leave him with my husband or family and not panic about the naps! It was all so gentle too 🥰
Fast forward 6 months and this is where we’re at - our kids share a room and sleep through the night!!!!! I could cry!!!! He weaned himself; he crams food in like it’s going out of fashion; the eldest stays in her bed all night; and they get put to bed at the same time and together (😱). To top it off he’s down to one nap and today it was a solid 2.5hrs! You’re a genius and you’ve improved our life so much I may even contemplate a third 🤣
If you’re thinking about following Hannah’s advice, my advice to you is do it!!!
