Hannah is simply the best
Hannah is incredible - patient, kind, up to date on all latest research and always manages to be there when you need it most. What’s more she offers such a range of services there is something for everyone in terms of affordability and level of involvement. Most importantly her sleep techniques work wonders, and as soon as we used her we were getting sleep, and our baby hasn’t gone downhill since - HEAVEN.
Everyone Sleeps Now!
Hannah’s sleep course changed my experience of early parenthood.
As first time parents, we’d fallen into the trap of ‘trying everything’ to get baby to sleep… resulting in no sleep for any of us.
Hannah’s down to earth approach and easy to follow course really worked. She gave us the knowledge and confidence to turn around our sleeping habits and get baby self settling and sleeping through.
She was on hand to guide us as we went through the course, and has helped with trouble-shooting as illness and nursery settling in has thrown things off since we finished.
We will definitely be following Hannah’s principles from the start for baby number 2.
Hannah has changed our life's!
Hannah has completely changed our life's! Our son has always been a bad sleeper since a newborn! Naps were 20-30 minutes and the bed time routine was exhausting. I used to breast feed him to sleep for a good 40 minutes only for him to wake up around 15 minutes later! Over the night we were sometimes up every hour resettling him. We were told by our health visitor to visit the doctor the doctor told us to contact the health visitor. I felt very low and alone and that no one wanted to help us. That was until I saw Hannah's post regarding a free taster course on Facebook. Hannah was so lovely and friendly and I really warmed to her and most importantly I already saw changes in this short course and what she was saying finally made sense as to why our little boy didn't sleep! I was so impressed I went on to purchase the full course and after following all the advice and steps I now have a boy that will happily go to bed! We lie him down awake give him a kiss and leave the room! No more tears, crying or screaming. He now sleeps throughout the night and if I do hear him wake up he resettles himself within moments and is back to sleep. Naps have also changed and he will sleep in the day for around 60-180mins
Hannah really has changed our life's. My husband and I now have an evening to ourselves and we are now all getting the sleep we deserve. Thank you for changing our life's Hannah xxx
Fantastic all round!
Hannah is so supportive and has a wonderful gentle approach! Not only does she run a range of fantastic courses including sleep, weaning and potty training, but she also created a community of parents who support each other with fantastic sleep advice all based on Hannah’s technique.
I followed step by step and supported my baby every step of the way to being able to self settle. I was exhausted Hannah’s course helped my little girl fall asleep independently but not only that, it made me feel like me again and I could sleep on my own, eat on my own and be my best self for her during the day because I had energy.
An excellent course with gentle techniques and lots of support. Thank you Hannah
Gave me the confidence to know my baby
Hannah’s course was amazing. It gave me me the confidence to understand my baby and their sleeping and know which step to take next. We quickly were able to get from feeding to sleep to self settling in her cot. We were just putting her down in her cot and walking out at only 8months old. No more commando crawls out for us (like we did with our other daughter)!! Even now when she has moved to a toddler bed (and is now 2.5years old) she has quickly transitioned into self settling when going to sleep. It’s delightful. Thank you so much. Her advice for any trouble shooting is so great too.

Hannah has helped me through my daughters development from the initial free work shop, sleep course moving forward to potty training and toddler behaviours
She has been amazing with any questions advice needed
Most gentle sleep training
My LO would only go to sleep on the boob and I couldn't put gin down into his crib for naps. So we were contact napping for every nap and at nights we were up every hour or so.
Then I did Hannah's free workshop, and after that I could put him to sleep for nap without feeding. After seeing this HUGE progress, I decided to do the full course, but took my own time with everything. He ended up going to sleep all by himself and only sometimes calling for me at night times. :)
Sleep deprived to sleep revived
I used to worry constantly over my son's sleep: was he getting too much? Too little? Why won't he nap in his cot/bassinet? Why does he only fall alseep when I've done 100 squats? The turning point was when I needed to do squats (the up and down motion was the key component) to get him to fall back asleep at 2am. I was absolutely exhausted. The perks did not outweigh the tiredness. So I signed up for Hannah's free sleep workshop when my son was 6 months old, and was blown away by the difference some tiny steps had made, so much so I signed up for the full sleep course and parenting club!
Hannah's approach to sleep training was absolutely perfect - Subtle yet effective. It helped transition smoothly from next-to-me to his own cot in his own room. I got my evenings back to be able to catch up with what ever needed doing, but importantly, time with my partner.
We occasionally have minor set backs due to illness, teething, travel, or I'm away for work; however, the course has given us confidence knowing that we will get back on track in no time. I say this having just put him down for bed (14 months old now) and left the room, he is ill and teething (what a wonderful combination), had a little fuss, but settled himself within 2 minutes. It's fantastic! Plus he sleeps through the night!
What's even more brilliant, is that he has had sleep overs at his grandparents and he sleeps like an absolute dream without a fuss!
I cannot thank Hannah enough for providing us with a toolbox that gives us confidence with his sleep.
Returning to the NHS after no sleep
When returning back to work from maternity leave I was in denial I had post natal depression/sleep deprivation I was living on around 4-5hrs broken sleep a night unbelievably for 17months of her life.
I was planning on giving up my NHS job that I worked so hard to level up to over the years, and I loved.
I was pushed into going on sick leave and signed off for 12weeks with exhaustion, it wouldn’t have been safe for me or my patients to continue as I was.
While I focused on my mental health I knew 80% of it was down to sleep deprivation, as baby woken around every 1-2hour a night due to reflux, not self settling, feeding to sleep.
Even from health visitor who seen me over the year was vague on information on guiding me through this, her leaflets were limited and I felt it didn’t provide much information or help.
I found Hannah through Instagram and recommendation from Facebook group.
I joined her Facebook community and started on her free, and then paid for course, where I had her hand guided support and joined her Parenting Club and gained knowledge and skills that I didn’t have.
After 4-6weeks of input videos, tutorials, zoom and hand guidance I managed to teach little one to self settle, worked on my own health baby slept a full night, I eagerly returned back to work knowing I can cope much better from this course. It’s taught me so much that I wished I knew about before. I got my life back and my sleep. I could not have done this without the course. Hannah is still supporting me with my babies milestones and is always on hand to answer questions when we hit sleep regressions, illness teething or any other baby issues. Her support has been a lifeline.

sleep courses and bottle course
I bought the baby sleep course for my youngest, and started it when she was 6 months old. We had a hard time with sleep with my eldest, now 4, and we are still struggling. I felt like I tried both extremes with her. I wanted to do gentle attachment parenting, we bed shared for a year, then one of us slept in her room for another. And it didn’t work. For the first year she woke upwards of five times, had split nights waking for an hour or more, then woke up at 4.30 am. When she was 2 she started also refusing bedtime for hours with raging tantrums. We tried all the gentle recommendations but were on our knees, so we went to a ‘gentle’ sleep trainer, who wasn’t gentle at all. Eventually we were persuaded to do controlled crying, which worked for a year but then the hard nights started again. So what I am saying is I needed to do things differently with our second child! I wanted something gentle but also that worked, and Hannah’s course was exactly that. It really feels gentle as it is so gradual and you support your baby the whole way through.
When we started our then 6 month old was feeding to sleep and bed sharing and wouldn’t let me leave her in the evenings. Now she goes into her cot at bedtime and falls asleep without a whimper, and has just started sleeping through until around 6 am. To say this is life changing is an understatement. Our sleep experience with our first almost stopped us having another child! I’m so glad it didn’t. And I’m so glad we found Hannah!
On top of that Hannah has let us have access to her toddler course which we are using with our eldest. We aren’t through the woods yet but already evenings are so much easier than they were. AND Hannah gave us access to her new bottle training course, and this has also worked! My baby drinks a bottle and goes to bed easily at night. Some freedom! I thought that was something that just happened to other people and I didn’t think it was possible for me. Thank you!
Hannah’s sleep training - life changing
Hannah’s sleep training methods are clear and well structured and kind on you and your baby. She has talked us through every step of the way.
We were completely at our wits end with patting, rocking, bouncing, patting contact sleeps and cosleeping to our baby sleeping in his own room in his cot 6 weeks later.
She has changed our lives.

WOW WOW WOW
I came across Hannah on Facebook when she was doing her free workshop. I followed this and saw some small changes but felt like I needed some extra support to see things through! I decided on the 1-2-1 with Hannah. My little one had been contact napping on me for 20-30 mins at a time and waking anywhere from 3-6 times a night and I was exhausted and my mental health was really suffering. I must say I was nervous about starting as I’d tried other courses in the past (not Hannah’s) and it just didn’t work for us! Hannah was there every step of the way, to put me at ease when I was in a panic, helping with weaning which we were struggling with due to a dairy intolerance, illness and teething - and kept pushing me through. My girl now eats so much better, settles to sleep herself, is sleeping longer in the day, and is going down at night without a massive fight and only wakes once and puts herself back to sleep (we have even had nights of sleeping through which I never thought we would see). I must say I have found the experience an enjoyable one and the only downside is that it has to come to an end but I now feel confident and have all the tools to get through any bumps. I cannot thank Hannah enough for helping us get better sleep

Hannah’s workshop has saved our sleep and sanity!
We did Hannah’s free workshop and it was SO useful! All of her methods made complete sense when she explained them in the webinar and the gentler approach (e.g. not leaving our son to cry it out/Ferber method) has worked really well for him and us. I’m not anti-Ferber at all, it worked well for our daughter when she was a baby but it just didn’t work for our son. Hannah’s approach, looking at diet/day naps and night sleep have shown us how to take small steps to move away from feeding to sleep (hurrah!). We’ve moved through rocking to sleep, then sitting to sleep and now lying him down awake and patting him to sleep. Thanks so much Hannah.

Hannah is so knowledgable!
Hannah is so knowledgable, experienced and patient! I have just completed her workshops to understand more about my 17 month olds sleep. We are now having restful nights, consistent naps and no 4am wake ups! Thank you Hannah

Highly recommend Hannah…
Me and my partner were getting no sleep, both our backs were ruined and we couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. So we agreed to do Hannah’s sleep course, and there is no more frantic rocking, or sleepless nights.
I really recommend this gentle approach to teaching your baby to self settle, I really didn’t think my baby would take to it but I now place him in his cot for a nap/ bedtime and he puts himself to sleep.
Hannah is always on hand to provide advice so I felt confident all the way through.

My baby self settles for sleep
I joined the free workshop and then bought the full course when my baby was 4 months. Our sleep journey was very successful and my baby now self settles in his cot for all naps and overnight, he is now 6 months and 2 weeks, he sleeps in his nursery 8 pm - 6.50 am and wakes up once around 2 am for milk (I breastfeed).

It really does work
It really does work. From the first free session on Facebook to the course itself, Hannah’s methods made an instant impact on our baby’s sleep. We were exhausted, frayed parents bopping our 8 month old to sleep when we started the course. Now he’s almost sleeping independently in his cot and without any help. It’s remarkable. And Hannah’s been great at personally getting back to any questions my wife’s had about our progress.

Would definitely recommend
Hannah very kindly gave me some advice on helping my 2 year get back to sleeping through the night. She took the time out to ask questions and help me. Would definitely (and have since) recommended her to other mummy friends. Thanks again Hannah 😊

Sleep training success
The only sleep trainer who has seemed willing to prove her methods work rather than simply trying to sell to people. So knowledgeable and I have benefitted a lot even just from the free workshops. My daughter goes down for naps in her cot with ease now and slowly seeing some improvements in the night too. Thank you!!

We’ve attended Hannah’s free weekend…
We’ve attended Hannah’s free weekend workshops/course and we learnt so much. We made just a few adjustments to our daughters routine following the course and have seen remarkable results already. Our daughter now wakes just once a night and will babble away for anywhere between 5-30 mins before settling herself off to sleep again. She has even learnt to fall asleep on her own for a nap in a new place, in her friends cot when we were visiting for a birthday. We are so grateful for Hannah’s help!
