Fantastic course

I am a second time mum, to two boys. My eldest son has always slept like an angel, having regular naps and sleeping 12 hours through the night. I did not contemplate that my second baby would not follow suit.

My second baby has never been a good sleeper. He would wake frequently day and night and have short cat naps. As he got older, he would wake 2-3 times through the night and sometimes remain awake for 1-2.5 hours, even if he co-slept.

A few months ago, I knew something had to change. I was exhausted and the thought of returning to work with such little sleep was really concerning me. I felt guilty to my eldest son, as I always felt so tired. I knew the difficulty was that my son was unable to self-settle and that he relied on me to get him back to sleep.

I invested in Hannah’s online sleep training course, which was so informative. I like the method which Hannah uses because I knew I could support my baby the whole time, to get him used to the changes that had to be made, in a gentle and manageable way.

Within a few weeks of following through the steps from Hannah’s course, I am now able to put my son in his cot, say good night and leave the room for him to go to sleep by himself. This is truly like a miracle.

I can’t thank Hannah enough ☺️ and would not hesitate to recommend Hannah to others.

We purchased the 1-2-1 package with…

We purchased the 1-2-1 package with Hannah. The online course was fantastic and informative with lots of bonus videos and extras including help with feeding, weaning etc. However, we were sorely disappointed with the level of 1-2-1 support offered. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but we really hoped for a package where we had quick and easy access for trouble shooting and answering questions between our video check in calls, and a more personalised approach. I felt that most of the answers to our questions were to refer back to the course, but we were just hoping for a slightly more tailored approach to our baby.
The course was good and I'm sure it would have worked, but without the extra support, we felt stuck and we're unable to complete it. In conclusion, I'd recommend the online course if you are happy to go it alone, but not the 1-2-1 package, if you're looking for a more hand holding approach.

This includes my course, which I am so pleased you thought was fantastic, plus 4x one-to-one calls, as well as additional on-going support via my Parenting Club. This option doesn't include any text or adhoc support.

I know we exchanged WhatsApp’s and emails in-between the calls, that weren’t officially included in your package, and this might have added to the confusion. Life changing

I owe my sanity to Sleep Well With Hannah. My little guy struggled so much with sleep, waking constantly through the night unhappy, unable to get back to sleep, then in the day relying completely on pram or car motion for naps so I had to haul my exhausted self out with him multiple times a day, for hours, in the dead of winter, to help him nap and I. was. broken. Not enjoying my relationship with him at all which made me so sad. And then Hannah came along and slowly but surely helped us turn it around. Admittedly, at the first stage I nearly threw in the towel as apparently my baby considers cuddling a cruel form of torture but once we found our rhythm, Hannah's method worked miracles. We now have one of those 'good sleepers' other people are jealous of and I've gone full-on evangelical to those people about how they too can make this happen! Our now happy thriving boy has happy thriving parents and yes, there are setbacks, but we know they are temporary and how to manage them. Can't thank Hannah enough from the bottom of my heart!

10/10!! Hannah completely changed our lives around. As first-time parents, we had no clue about sleep, nap routines, wake windows, or anything! Now we have an Angel baby who has slept through the night since completing this course. I recommend Hannah to everyone I speak to.

Hannah’s sleep training book is 5 star!

I found Hannah on Instagram, watched her workshop on Facebook and bought her book to continue my sleep journey with my baby and I’m so glad I did!! I never thought I would be able to walk out of my baby’s room whilst he was still awake and watch him fall asleep on the monitor, but now I am!! She is amazing!!
It took a lot longer for me than described in the book but I trusted her knowledge and understood her method and it absolutely works! I’m so happy I stumbled across her and put the work in as it’s a team effort!

Sticking with Hannah has been a great decision

Deciding to follow Hannah and block out all the other baby sleep ‘noise’ has been one of our best decisions.

Hannah’s advice is realistic and it works! As a first time mum I was terrified of the 4 month sleep regression, but following Hannah’s methods our little one actually started sleeping through the night at 4 months and has continued to do so!

Sleep Club Plus has been a great support for me as a first time mum - thank you Hannah!

Sleep coarse changed our lives!

Hannah's baby sleep coarse changed our lives.

I was at breaking point with sleep deprivation, when I was recommended Hannah's sleep training coarse by a friend.

We went from having a baby who would only nap for 20mins at a time during the day, waking 5-10+ times a night, feeding to sleep and sharing a room. To having to wake up from naps, sleeping from 8/8:30pm - 6:30am in own bed/room and no longer feeding to sleep. Her CALM approach really works and was achieved with very little crying.

Hannah's background, experience and knowledge was what drew me to her coarse, also that the training is so far removed form the cry out methods I have read about as I definitely did not want to do that kind of thing.

Hannah is quite literally amazing!!

I cannot recommend Hannah and her technique enough!
We started our journey with Hannah with our daughter when she was 4 months old. She was waking every two hours at night, only feeding to sleep and not napping well and we were finding it hard to cope. After doing the free sleep course we purchased her full sleep course. By the end of the course our daughter was self settling , napping well and sleeping through (from 7.30pm to 6/7am). We had little bumps on the way which were easily resolved after gaining some advice from Hannah in the Q&A sessions and on the community Facebook group. We have since used the course for our Son and he has been self settling since 4 months old which is when we started and started sleeping through at 10 months dropping all his night time feeds (this was a gradual process which is also outlined in the course). This has definitely helped with my return to work. Again we have had hurdles with illness and teething but we have stuck to the course and asked Hannahs advice and she has helped get us back on track.
If you are thinking of getting Hannah’s sleep course I would definitely recommend it! It has been amazing and literally changed our lives. Thank you Hannah!

Clear, easy to follow advice

Can't recommend Hannah's approach enough. There is so much other conflicting advice out there, it was so refreshing to find Hannah with clear guidance that was easy to follow, and a gentle approach for baby. Our baby is now sleeping through the night and I've managed to stop breastfeeding - all thanks to Hannah's approach. Can't thank you enough!

Three days and major improvements!

After months of broken sleep and seemingly trying everything, Hannah’s plan gave us a very clear indication of where we were making mistakes, and was so reassuring to see which bits we had got right as well! In three days, we separated milk and sleep, reset our bedtime routine and made bedtime calm, quick and happy again! On day three our little girl slept 7:30-7:10. Can’t believe the change with a few adjustments. Thank you so much!

Game changer!

I stumbled across Hannah’s page online whilst desperately seeking some help with sleep that didn’t involve controlled crying…this was the start of a massive change for us. We had a 6 month old contact napping, co-sleeping baby and after doing Hannah’s free workshop we bought the full course and baby now sleeps in her own cot, in her own room. I never thought I would be able to just say good night and walk out of the room - this is a game changer! I’m now less worried about baby starting nursery and how we would manage naps. I can get things done while she’s napping in her cot and we are all sleeping way better at night. I’m recommending Hannah to all my pregnant friends. 100% worth it!

All my visualisations came true!

I attended Hannah’s free sleep workshop earlier this year online, after struggling with my baby’s sleep - would always wake up at night after 45 minutes and after every time we put her back to sleep, until we would get into bed and bring her in with us. As a result, I was stressed, distant from my husband and suffering with little sleep.
The workshop was easy to attend (as due to naps and weekend plans I was not able to join live but loved that catchup was available)
I came away with a clear plan of how I would make some changes to our schedule, and loved Hannah’s technique - with not so much as a whiff of cry-it-out involved!
As part of the workshop, we had to make some visualisations of what we wanted to achieve from the workshop.
I have since re-read my visualisations this weekend. They have all come true and my daughter’s sleep has never been so good 🥲 she will settle in 5-10 minutes from the start of our bedtime routine now and is doing longer stretches in her cot, but we still enjoy cuddles/cosleeping later in the night.
Also to add, it’s been so lovely as my husband can also put our daughter to sleep now which he couldn’t before as I was feeding to sleep, and he is enjoying the bonding bedtime routine with her so much!
Thank you so much Hannah, it was exactly what I needed to know how to start!
Have bought her book too to be able to move forward further when we are ready, and am recommending her to everyone I know.

Toddler sleep & behaviour course is a must

After suffering through toddler wake ups multiple times a night for 2 months alone, I decided to purchase Hannah’s toddler behaviour course and sleep course. Thank goodness I did!!! After just 2 weeks of implementing Hannah’s approach we were down to 1 or 2 wakes ups only, by week 3 we were having some full nights rest but still inconsistent and early morning wake ups. We stayed consistent, now 5 weeks from purchasing the courses we are on 5 nights straight of no wakes up with 11 hours straight sleep a night. I’m no longer exhausted and grumpy and back to being a well rested mama and have the energy to play and laugh and enjoy my days and not dread night time!

Can not recommend enough!

My daughter would only breastfeed too sleep, or in the pram/car for other people. As much as I enjoyed our breastfeeding journey I was be becoming resentful..resentful that I was the only person that could do the bedtime routine, that I was still waking up 4/5 times a night to feed. I am SO grateful that I found hannahs free course..in the last 3 weeks we have stopped feeding to sleep. My LO falls asleep with 15/20 minutes, with either me OR my partner, we have had 3 nights off sleeping through and only one Wake up the rest of the nights. AND we have dropped the overnight feeds! Hannahs advice and reassurance is invaluable and truly makes you believe that you and your baby CAN do it..and you can! I can't wait to continue on with hannahs sleep club and continue to see improvements!

Thank you for giving me my confidence back!

Hannah I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for giving me back my confidence as a mum! My second boy was born 8 months ago & I thought I would sail through the baby stage just as easily as I did with my first born but found myself struggling big time with sleep deprivation as my little one hardly napped during the day & would wake up multiple times a night. I couldn’t understand what I was doing wrong as I was doing everything I had done first time round & it had worked really well, I felt completely lost, over tired & had little confidence in myself as a mum until I joined your free sleep workshop. Not only has my little ones sleep greatly improved but I feel more in control of my life again & am enjoying spending time with both my boys!

Free sleep workshop…

I followed the free sleep workshop and I am amazed! In 2 weeks we have gone from my 4 month old baby only sleeping on me or in the car/pram, leaving me nap trapped or my son without enough sleep during the day, to him being able to self settle in his crib on his own with only a noise machine and no tears at all which is a huge step. Thank you so much for the sleep workshop the information is life changing and my son is well rested and has hit a lot of milestones in the last couple of days.

I signed onto Hannah’s free sleep…

I signed onto Hannah’s free sleep workshop a week or 2 ago as I felt like ‘what have I got to lose?’ With our baby’s sleep… I’d signed onto many sleep instagram accounts and looked into so much advice and guidance on sleep, I felt a little more wouldn’t hurt but wasn’t hopeful for change as our baby (10m) had been feeding to sleep for most of his life, was currently waking either every evening and being UP and awake for long periods from about 9, or would cry with my husband until I came and laid in bed, feeding him to sleep and would not be happy if I pulled away or tried to leave! I felt a bit trapped. He’d also wake multiple times a night despite co sleeping!
We decided to try to put into practice Hannah’s first advice - just take one step along the tightrope, and practise not feeding to sleep. And Wow! What a difference! There were a few other pieces of advice to follow that were a new way of viewing things for us so we tried them, again with great results. Pretty much since we started trying her advice, he’s slept for longer and longer stretches of the evening and we feel like we’ve started to get an evening back! Last night was the best yet, with him being popped back in his cot asleep at 11 and only waking at 3:30!! Unheard of for him.
I would completely recommend Hannah’s workshop or her services in general, I was quite skeptical that any change would happen for MY baby, but I love her approach as it means that I don’t have to worry that I’m leaving him to ‘cry it out’. I never wanted to do that but also didn’t want to carry on as we were as it just wasn’t working for anyone. Now if he sleeps, I know he knows if he really does cry out, we’ll still be there but he’s sleeping because he’s happy and peaceful! Thank you Hannah :D

I really wish we had found this course…

I really wish we had found this course earlier than we did. The best £99 we have ever spent. Our little boy wakes a couple of times a night now instead of around 6 times. We are getting decent sleep and he is now in his own room, settling himself back to sleep. Thank you Hannah

Sleep well with Hannah has changed our…

Sleep well with Hannah has changed our lives! Our son was 4.5 months when I sought out Hannah's help. He was brilliant during the day but at night he would wake every 1 or 2 hours from 11ish and he would want tiny amount of milk to get him back to sleep. The lack of sleep was really getting to me.

Our son is now 6 months and he is sleeping in his own cot at night and during daytime naps. We do not feed him during the night and if he wakes up (often at 1 and 4) he just needs a cuddle and goes back to sleep within 3 mins. Sometimes he doesn't settle and gets in bed with me. This is what I am working on now in module 5.

The main thing that I learnt from
Hannah's course was the link between feeding and sleeping. My son was a grazer and didn't have full bottles, because I was still feeding on demand. This meant that he was also grazing at nighttime. Now we feed every 3 hours with 2 meals per day which Hannah suggests in her weaning module.

Daytime naps are much longer and he is in a routine. I am no longer tired and I am back to exercising and feeling happy and energised.

Best investment ever!

Sorry this is a long post but it’s something that I didn’t think would ever be possible with my little girl!

At around 6 months old, we were really struggling to continue with our baby’s sleep (or lack of!)
She had never ever been a good sleeper, cat naps that were ALWAYS contact naps, night wakes were every hour or so. So difficult to settle and needed rocked or fed to sleep but then impossible to transfer to her next to me crib! Some nights I found myself sitting up, awake in bed for hours while she slept on me. I was struggling to function & absolutely dreaded nighttime and became totally obsessed with sleep!
I resorted to co-sleeping, while she latched on to me most of the night and as much as it helped me get a little rest, I still didn’t get a proper sleep and neither did she as she still woke so often.

I was reading and posting on mumsnet in desperation & I was recommended to join Hannah’s free workshop which I did. I seen a little change but admittedly I felt I gave up early as I didn’t really know how to progress with it, so a month or so later I decided it was time to take a leap of faith and purchase the sleep course & I can say it’s the best money we’ve ever spent!

We took it slow (as expected) but we now have a 7.5 month old who sleeps in her own cot, in her own room for around 11 hours most nights with just one feed at around 1/2am which I am totally fine with!
She settles really good, still a bit of protesting but only a minute or two before she nods off. We are still at the stage of patting her bum to sleep so still a bit of work to do before she goes off herself but I’m honestly in awe at the difference. We are all so much happier and well rested! I feel myself again which is huge!

An important part of the course is understanding weaning and milk feeds which I think has really helped us, she was a bit of a ‘snacker’ when it came to her milk but she now takes a lot more in one sitting, meaning she can go much longer stretches at night without feeds. I’ve learned so much & will definitely apply the same methods and knowledge for future babies! Life changing!
