I am so grateful to have Hannah!
I am so grateful to have Hannah! We’ve been part of Hannah’s parent group since our twins were newborn. The help and advice we’ve had has made being a new mum so much easier and Hannah has helped me through tough times with sleep, milk intolerance and weaning - pretty much every stage of their sleep and development! Hannah’s advice has always been spot on and easy to follow. Thanks to Hannah we have a great routine, toddlers who will happily sleep anywhere and will eat anything!
I couldn’t be without Hannah and the community she’s created.
Next stage for us is potty training and I’ve no doubt we’ll nail it with the help of Hannah!

Hannah is a game changer!
I followed Hannahs sleep course 2 years ago when my first was 4.5 months. What a game changer! Hannah was there for us step by step through her course until our baby was fully supported in self settling and therefore sleeping beautifully for 10.5 hours a night which he still does now and we're working towards with our second. Every baby is different and Hannah respects that so was always able to tell us how to adapt things to fit our family. We chose Hannah because we liked her loving, supportive and realistic approach as well as her extensive knowledge and experience. We've gone on to join her parenting club which offers us on going contact for, all things, baby/toddler. Hannah is able to help us with sleep, teething, illness, weaning, behaviour, potty training, dummy removal... the list goes on. Hannah has changed our parenting experience and given us a place to turn when we don't have a clue what we're doing (which is most of the time!)

Sleep training that WORKS where you don't have to leave your baby to cry alone!
I was desperate for a relationship-oriented sleep training method - I didn't want to let my 4 month old cry it out alone but I was so broken by the lack of sleep and anxious about every night and nap. I was nearly despairing as all the other courses I looked at seemed so hopeful but would still involve leaving a baby to cry alone, so I felt trapped. Hannah's CALM course solved that problem! It has been incredible. At 4.5 months we ditched the dummy (I was fed up of waking just to pop it back in) and put Hannah's course into place instead. I was prepared for a horrendous few days but our baby picked up the method within 2 nights, despite having been a really sucky baby before that. We started with cot settling as he was already in his own cot and put a new stage in place every few days. But we didn't even get to the last few steps as our baby picked up the idea by himself, so within 2 weeks we could just put him down and walk away and he'd go to sleep after a bit of whining! And within a month the night wake ups also stopped needing our intervention. (6 months now and he's slept through the last few nights!) The course answers every question you might have, but to my surprise Hannah did also respond to an email I popped over so helpfully - how brilliant!
One of the best things about it is that you don't have to leave your baby ever, you are with them the whole time and only remove your presence for 30 second chunks (even then they can hear your voice). This soothed my worries about affecting attachment.
But the other amazing thing that I didn't expect was the control it has given me (and therefore zero anxiety!) - I know that my baby WILL now fall asleep if I put him down. I sing a song, put him down awake and I know that he will fall asleep despite any little cries. My family and other parents were amazed that I could go upstairs to put him down and be back on the sofa within 1 minute. And I never ever thought I'd get to that point, he was a terrible sleeper since birth but thanks to this course everything changed within a month. It has transformed my experience of motherhood and I'm so grateful. Best £75 I've ever spent! I would say that 4.5/5 months is probably an ideal time to do it as they form their sleep associations then and it was a bit easier not having to follow a proper feeding schedule, we just made sure he was nice and full in the day.
THANK YOU, Hannah, for sharing your incredible, relationship-oriented method and at such a relatively affordable price for desperate parents.

Parenting Club
Hannah has helped our family for over 5 years, first in one to one help with our eldest who had severe reflux and then, through the Parenting Club, with our youngest. I've reviewed Hannah's amazing one to one assistance before but wanted to review the Parenting Club. Since I joined the Parenting Club it has been incredible help in: care for our premature newborn daughter; weaning; toddler behaviour; dummy removal; potty training; travelling with children; clock changes and starting school. Those are just the talks and free courses- then there's been an opportunity to ask Hannah questions in weekly lunchtime live. It feels like Hannah has been a really important part of our girls growing up.
Hannah is warm, hugely knowledgeable and her advice really works. She really cares about the families she helps.

We’ve not even completed the course yet!
We’ve just got back from a holiday with baby number 2 and what a fabulous experience it was. With baby number 1 all trips revolved around naps and wake windows and we felt pressure to maintain a routine. Since using Hannah’s guidance my mindset as a mum has completely shifted. I feel so much more free and empowered. This trip was so enjoyable as we had the flexibility and knowledge to completely relax about when and how baby slept. The best bit is… we’ve not even completed the course yet!! Thank you Hannah for giving me the confidence so I can be a better mum!

Hannah saved us!
Hannah honestly saved us. Our daughter at 6 months old had awful sleep, she would have to be fed to sleep and would wake up every 1-2 hours needing to be rocked back to sleep. We were broken and so exhausted.
We started the sleep course with Hannah and within a week our daughter was sleeping so much better. Within 4 weeks we could just leave her in the cot awake and she would fall asleep on her own with no assistance from us (unheard of before we started the course) and was regularly sleeping through the night!
Could not recommend Hannah enough. She is kind, so knowledgable and was so helpful having her at the end of the phone for help. Our only regret is not starting with Hannah sooner! Our daughter is now 10 months old and now sleeps through the night almost every night.
Thank you Hannah!

What I wished I'd known with my firstborn
I started working with Hannah when my baby was just 8 days old and it was the best decision ever! At less than 4 months old, I can put her down anywhere - awake - for a nap when she's tired. She sleeps through the night and is happy and content during the day - and so am I!
Working with Hannah with my newborn this time around was a no-brainer since it transformed my life when I had my eldest daughter 5 years ago.
Within 3 months of having my eldest daughter, I was having a terrible time; naps were a nightmare, I had to walk around all day with the pram to get respite and I could not enjoy my baby. As a GP, I know how important sleep is for mental health (mine!) and for brain development (my baby's!) but in all honesty, I had no idea what to do. I stumbled upon Hannah in a private GP group online, and after seeing a number of other doctor mums report success with her, I felt more confident that her approach would not harm my baby with controlled crying.
No joke, within a day of working with her my baby settled herself to sleep on the playmat - to my disbelief!
Within just a few weeks my maternity leave was transformed and I was out and about, confidently putting her down for naps at friends' houses, eating at restaurants and going on holidays. I had the time of my life and went on to work with Hannah for weaning, potty training and navigated toddlerhood a couple of years later!
So when I had my second daughter 5 years later, I knew I wanted to bypass the sleep dramas and started working with Hannah when she was just 8 days old. We implemented simple, consistent techniques with sleeping and feeding whilst still getting all of the newborn cuddles! It meant that both my baby and I knew what we were doing from the very beginning and it's made my post partum experience just incredible - I'm well-rested and relaxed and so is my baby.
I look back at when I had my elder daughter and wished someone had told me about Hannah from the beginning - I really missed out on those first few months and worst of all, I thought I had a 'fussy baby', a 'difficult baby', when actually it was just a response to not getting what she needed. This time around, I am so grateful I can get to enjoy her - and she can get to enjoy the world - from the very beginning.
I do not hesitate to recommend Hannah to my patients - I have lost count of how many friends and family members that have worked with her upon my advice. Her credentials speak for themselves and her science-backed, holistic approach genuinely changed my life for the better.
A week is all it took
I am currently using Hannah’s course for the 2nd time.
I found out about Hannah’s course through a friend when my eldest was 8 months old in desperate need of better sleep and wanting my evenings back and remember thinking to myself I can’t believe how well he took to the changes. The course worked so well with my first born back in 2023 I have now decided to use her course again for my youngest who is now 3 months old.
I am only 6 days into using her course and my daughter now goes to sleep with me just laying her down in her cot and walking away and the best part of this whole course is there’s no crying out involved (crying yes, but only grumpy crying like they would if you held them)
I’m so impressed with how quickly my youngest has taken to the techniques and the tips from Hannah’s course regarding new born sleepy cues vs hunger etc was super helpful when implementing these changes.
Thankyou Hannah I’m looking forward to finishing the course and continuing the progress. I know I still have a way to go and will get some bumps along the way but it’s great that we also have the help of your community.
Baby never ever slept - now we do!
My 16 week old never ever slept! She would wake when I put her down every single time. She would never fall asleep by herself and I was at my wits end. She’s now 21 weeks and sleeps 8:30-6 the course was amazing and most steps my baby took to really well, which surprised me as she hated everything else that I had tried. I’m so so glad I bought the course: I’m now finally getting some sleep.
Additionally, Hannah’s online community is great and if Hannah can’t reply someone else always give some advice, so you never feel alone.
If you’re not sure whether to try it because your baby is such hard work, then do it; I didn’t think it would work for me but it has! THANK YOU HANNAH
Found very helpful
Purchased Hannah’s book after attending a free workshop as I was struggling with independent naps. The approach really helped me, and I was surprised how quickly it worked. Thank you.
I decided to buy Hannah’s book and join…
I decided to buy Hannah’s book and join parenting club based on the free resources available via her website and social media.
My baby had already been able to self settle at that point but we were just weaning and having some schedulling issues. The book helped me so much give our days structure and it has resulted in a constantly smiling happy baby who can now enjoy her various activities, who loves her food and meal times and who naps regularly like a champ unless ill. We would still be BF on demand, napping at the breast and fight sleep during swim lessons if it wasn’t for Hannah.
I find Hannah’s methods so gentle and even though our baby sleeps through and we never had to use the method to self settle I know that it would work had we needed to use it because we did something similar when we unknowingly trained our baby to sleep by herself from three months. We just did what came natural to us and what worked gently for our baby and that is the basis of Hannah’s approach. Kind, loving and gentle.
Thank you Hannah!
Hannah’s free workshop - Amazing
I did Hannah’s free workshop and was amazed by how much information and tips were provided. It was incredibly generous and amazing to have such support for free. I put her advice into practise with my 5 month old daughter and progressed in a couple of months from contact naps to putting her down in her cot to nap independently. My daughter really has learnt an amazing skill. When she went to nursery for the first time and I was very nervous about nap time (she’s used to a quiet and dark environment at home) she took to it immediately and easily sleeps for 1.5-2 hours at nursery each day. She is now 21 months and a much better sleeper than my 3 year old, with whom I didn’t have the support of Hannah’s course. I didn’t pay a penny, and am amazed someone can be so generous with their time and support. Thank you Hannah! Xx
Hannah changed the game for us
Hannah changed the game for us. We started with the free workshop and then progressed to the 1-24m course. I recommend both whole heartedly. We went from rocking our 6m old for every sleep, to her settling herself and sleeping through. I can say truthfully that there were little-no tears from either of us and It was gentle and responsive; being a psychologist this was so important as I am acutely aware of the harm that cry-it-out methods can do to the attachment and the person in their relationships and emotional regulation later on. I have no judgement for parents that choose these methods out of desperation and thinking there is no alternative, I didn’t either until I found Hannah. I still reach out now on the Facebook community 18m later and also did the dummy course too!
I feel like I won the lotto!
Couldn’t recommend Hannah enough. I took part in her free workshop in September 2022. She gave me the tools I needed to help my help my baby to sleep. I felt like I won the lotto!
I then went on to take part in her sleep course a while later, as I was met with a few different issues that I felt like I needed a bit more support with. Again, the support was fantastic and I was able to address the issues I was having with confidence.
I went on the do her newborn course for my next baby. Again, I felt this gave me better skills going in to motherhood this time around.
So far with all this success, I took her toddler behaviour course and potty training course. 5 stars again!
I feel like I can handle any situation from sleep to tantrums to potty training…. And that is thanks to Hannah!
Every new parent I meet, I always suggest Hannah’s courses to get extra bit of help that might be needed.
I now have a 2.5 year old that is happy to go to sleep on her own, and a 10 month old that has never had an issue with going to sleep on her own (after newborn course, and this time around having the skills for helping her to sleep independently)
Ps. I couldn’t disagree more with the 1 star review. I actually felt she was the opposite.
Very disappointing that someone could gives such a review.. especially after all the time and effort that has obviously gone in to her free workshops.
Free workshops & advice. Thank You
I have bought Hannah’s book and attended her free workshops where she openly answered any questions people had and gave her time freely . I find her advice very helpful as well as her knowledge as a nurse and nutrition background. I’d love to be able to join her sleep club which she has very kindly given a discount for or even better work one on one with her but financially is probably not attainable for me right now and that’s ok if I fail using the book it’s something for me to work towards but for now I will continue with her book which is very informative and easy to follow. Thank you for your help advice and for answering my questions it is very much appreciated as a struggling FTM who was genuinely at breaking point before your free workshop x
I highly recommend Hannah
I highly recommend Hannah!
We had a baby that fed to sleep and woke up every few hours, it was exhausting. I firstly did the free sleep course to get a flavour of what Hannah did and then purchased the online course as the first few steps we tried had been successful and it felt like we were on to something with Hannah's advice. By the time I went back to work my then 10 month old was self settling and sleeping through. It wasn't always easy to get to that point but I don't know where I would be without Hannah's advice. I wish I'd have come across her sooner and certainly wouldn't hesitate to use her for baby number 2 or to recommend her to friends! She can also help with non-sleep problems and there are plenty of tips on her instagram. Hannah, thank you so much for all you do!
Thank you, thank you, thank you
I bought Hannah’s book the calm approach to sleep after being at our wits end. After a prolonged stay in hospital, my little boy began to hate his cot. Taking hours to settle, multiple wakings during the night and early starts I was beginning to really resent night times and struggle to function during the day. I then joined Hannah’s workshop which I cannot recommend enough. So informative and very thorough. Her approach is amazing.
I now have a toddler who completely self settles and bed times are so much smoother.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I joined the free sleep workshop which…
I joined the free sleep workshop which was actually just a 2 hour sales pitch for the full £200 course…which I comically still don’t know what sort of tips and tricks this would teach me. Obviously nothing is free which I do know but I am ever hopeful that you don’t need to have hundreds of pounds to get helpful advice as a parent. Silly me!

Highly recommend!
Hannah’s technique for getting a child to sleep well is excellent. It’s hard work, but the results are 1000% worth it. It is not cry/protest free, but you never leave them to cry it out, and Hannah explains exactly how to go through the process step by step, just making small adjustments until you reach the end goal. I’ve followed Hannah’s technique for two children now and recommend her to anyone who asks about help with children sleeping.

Hannah has enabled us to thrive, rather than just survive
Our little one was around 3 months when we attended Hannah’s free workshop and her kind and flexible approach immediately resonated with me and my partner. We started the online course and by following the modules and checking in with Hannah for feedback, we went from our son only contact napping during the day, to being able to self settle in his cot, pushchair, car seat or sling.
What really impressed us about Hannah, and what I believe sets her apart from other sleep coaches, is her holistic approach to addressing sleep. Because of this, the course also includes modules on feeding and weaning, giving us much more information than we ever imagined. As part of the free parent club trial, we also were able access a course on how to successfully introduce a bottle which worked wonders!
In short, Hannah has given us the flexibility and confidence to thrive, rather than just survive, in our adventure of bringing up our little one. We could not recommend Hannah more.
