The advice and support is non judgmental, easy, straight forward, supportive and practical. After a lifetime of working in a career with babies and children I have a wealth of experience to share. An additional 3 years experience working in a special care baby unit with sick and premature babies and 21 years supporting parents overnight as a night nanny. We were in a very bad place with our son’s sleep, despite him being our third and trying to implement good sleeping habits. Brenda quickly identified some issues in our routine, and following her schedule (with some flexibility to fit our child) has helped a lot. I have found the advice around weaning and breastfeeding schedule really helpful and he has taken to solids much better than our two older children. It’s definitely a more strict approach to sleep training but in this instance it was what we needed, and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without having someone as experienced as Brenda to guide us through the process.

We love Brenda!! Absolutely no nonsense but it worked and her daytime routine was absolutely game changer. I really feel now that level of structure in the day made our baby feel so safe - as she knew what was coming so felt secure in knowing each step through the day. I think that helped her to relax and trust - so she started easily sleeping through the night with ease almost right away. When we do our bedtime routine she gets excited as if she genuinely looks forward to it. We were recommended Brenda through a friend and thank god because before we were freestyling it and making it up as we were going along - and it was so exhausting. At 3 months old my son was very clingy, he needed to be rocked for 20 minutes, sometimes longer and would wake up the second we transferred him. He would cluster feed all day to the point where I permanently just had a bottle attached to one hand and him in the other. With Brenda, my son became an entirely different baby, she is very disciplined and I liked the strict schedule. It worked for us and our family is so much happier because of it, thank you so much Brenda!

The only mistake we made was not calling Brenda sooner. She had our son sleeping through the night after 2 days. It was incredible. She came up with a custom plan for Brodie (our son) and assessed our lifestyle to come up with a plan to get him sleeping through the night. It was tough, but so worth it. I feel like a new person.

Brenda helped us with sleep training with our 4.5 month old after the sleep regression affected him very badly and other softer approaches failed to work. She came to our home, provided us with a routine and helped with all elements of day and night sleep. Whilst the approach isn’t for everyone, the results speak for themselves and our son is much happier in a routine and sleeps well in the daytime naps and the night.
Brenda was responsive on WhatsApp and gave clear instructions, I would say that her tone however in voice notes could at times be overly judgmental and she put a lot of blame on me as a mother when in fact I followed her guidelines to the letter. The tone of one particular voice-note did upset me and I am not a sensitive or emotional character at all. I would also say that a one size fits all approach that is super rigid did seem a bit robotic and I do believe that whilst babies developmentally are the same, emotionally they do have their own characters and sometimes what works for one won’t necessarily work for another. I think that in visiting your home she does something extra compared to an online service which is good.
All being said, Brenda does what she says she’s going to do and she makes your baby sleep better but it’s a pretty rough road to get there. She’s perfect as a sleep trainer for families comfortable with tough love but we wouldn’t recommend her to those needing more support and flexibility.

Brenda helped us sleep train our 5.5 month old. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed for sleep success, as well as helping to take a holistic view on weaning and behaviour which are all interconnected. She helped us achieve baby sleeping through the night for 12 straight hours consistently and it was a pleasure working with her throughout!

Brenda was fantastic. She gave us a few tips the head of us even meeting that was really transformed our babies naptime. We saw Brenda when our daughter was 10 weeks old and we were really struggling with a very fussy baby and being overly attentive with her in the day and this leading to disruption in sleep at night. Brenda immediately helps us take control of the situation and gave us the structure which we now follow religiously. This is given us a lot more control of our lives during the day and we’re already starting to see the impact at night with our baby now sleeping from 1130 through to 730 without waking up.
I would highly recommend Brenda to anyone. Her structure and guidance have saved us with our first child

I wouldn’t commend Brenda or her approach to babies sleep at all. I have massive regrets with adopting her harsh sleep protocol to my 5 month old baby and I’ll never be able to reverse that. She offered zero flexibility and her cold approach is neither kind, adaptive or useful. I did an online version that worked much better.

Brenda has really changed our lives. With a 3 year old and 8 month old twins, things were becoming unmanageable for me with the twins’ sleep. I was up 6-8 times a night with them, co-sleeping and nothing was working. I was severely sleep deprived and at rock bottom.
Brenda’s sleep training and new routine worked within just a couple of days. A month or so in, the twins are sleeping independently for 11-12 hours most nights. The regime was tough (especially for me) at first and Brenda takes a no nonsense approach, but we are all much happier people now that everyone (especially the twins) are getting a decent night’s sleep.
The other aspects to Brenda’s routine have also been really helpful. The focus on solids has really improved the twins’ appetite and one twin who was previously very fussy with her bottle now cries for more whenever she finishes one!
Overall, Brenda has helped everyone in the household become more independent and resilient, which is exactly what I needed with 3 under 3!

Brenda came into my life at the perfect time. I felt pretty much at rock bottom after 15 months of cosleeping, breastfeeding to sleep and wakes every hour. We had all the sleep associations you could think of and I just thought my boy wasn’t a good sleeper.
Ive tried and failed with sleep training in the past so I was slightly hesitant at first, thinking I don’t want to spend a lot of money only to fail again given he was a toddler now and a pretty stubborn, strong-minded one at that.
But Brenda reassured me that her method will work if I just follow everything to a T and trust the process. So we went ahead and my life changed almost overnight. After 3 nights he was basically sleeping through 12 hours. Having Brenda on hand on WhatsApp to iron out any issues and just to get reassurance was so helpful. We stuck the course and now it’s been a couple of months and my life is completely changed. I not only have my evenings and sleep back but my mental health is so much better and I can be a better parent during the day with all my energy replenished for my lively and active boy.
Best money I’ve ever spent as a parent!

We were recommended Brenda and she didn’t disappoint. We have a one year old
Daughter who took sometimes 2 hours to get down to sleep and was up every hour, then rising at 4/5am every day, this had been the case for a year and we
simply couldn’t go on like it.
Brenda came to our home on the Saturday and by Monday eve Tippy slept 12 hours.
We were given bespoke and clear instructions/guidance to suit Tippy and had 24-7 contact for any Qs along the way, of which she replied promptly.
A month has passed and she has continued to sleep 7-7. It’s completely changed our lives in multiple ways! All of us are so much happier and we feel like we have our life back as a family and as a couple. We are very grateful to have worked with her.

I was co-sleeping for 5 months, desperate for change and for my son to sleep independently. He also had bad eczema which was keeping him restless and awake.
Brenda’s methodology and skill has lead to him sleeping in his own room, through the night, able to self soothe and much happier in himself and his skin has improved.
Brenda can cleverly understand the family dynamic and introduce ways of working which each child which suits them and the mother.

Our 4.5-month-old had gone from waking just twice a night to waking every 1.5 hours, and there seemed to be no end in sight. Exhaustion doesn’t quite cover it — we felt completely lost. We thought we were “doing everything right,” yet every source of advice seemed to contradict the last, leaving us unsure what to change or where to begin.
