The advice and support is non judgmental, easy, straight forward, supportive and practical. After a lifetime of working in a career with babies and children I have a wealth of experience to share. An additional 3 years experience working in a special care baby unit with sick and premature babies and 21 years supporting parents overnight as a night nanny. We enlisted Brenda’s help following a recommendation from friends. She came to assist with my 8 month old baby - who was waking 8 times a night, and my 4 year old with some structure and behaviour issues. Within 3 nights, our baby was sleeping through from 7pm - 6:30am. Our 4 year old also made some big leaps forward. Brenda’s approach is direct, no nonsense and exactly what we needed to give us a clear pathway forward. We were utterly in the trenches and Brenda gave us the tools to pull us out.

Brenda came to help us with our 3 month old baby and her experience and expertise is second to none. Within minutes of being with our daughter she had sussed her out perfectly and managed to establish both a day routine which included non contact naps (so I finally had my hands free!) and also within a few days our baby was sleeping through the night. Our daughter is SO much happier because of it - both feeding better and getting enough sleep and knows her routine. She even smiles when you put her down awake in the evening as she is so happy to be in her cot. It really has been a game changer for us.

Brenda helped us with our 4.5 year old and 2.5 year old, the latter having gone from sleeping through the night to a two hour screaming match at bedtime and waking up every hour post starting nursery wanting me to sleep with him. We first met Brenda in 2023 after struggling to get our 5.5 month old to sleep without contact /follow a routine. Within 36 hours our daughter was sleeping through the night in her own room and has been ever since - she’s now 2 years old!
Brenda’s no nonsense approach really works and she’s now training our 12 week old.
I’d highly recommend as it really is life changing!

Before working with Brenda, sleep was a nightmare. Our baby would only fall asleep if she was in our bed or physically on one of us, often requiring us to repeatedly go up and down the stairs to rock her to sleep. Brenda was a game-changer, helping her achieve independent sleep—a massive relief and a step toward independence for everyone. The method proved tough, and because my baby was a bit underweight, I got scared and stopped following the full guidelines. Predictably, at 6 months, the frequent two-hour wake-ups have returned. I now need Brenda's help to fix this and get us back on track

Simple but so, so effective. I’m almost embarrassed how simple it was to get our baby girl sleeping well, both during the day and at night, but that’s where Brenda’s decades of experience comes in. We started when our daughter was 2 months and she’s been sleeping through the night pretty much ever since. It’s given me the confidence to know how to respond to her, and our days have a lot more predictable structure which is better for everyone. She is the smiliest happiest little girl, and I’m sure it’s because she sleeps and eats so well now. Overall would recommend to any of my new mum friends and in fact have done so.

Brenda is brilliant (even magic).
We had her for both of our daughters, 2.5 yo and 2month-old. The older one had difficulties to go to bed during the night and kept waking up and cries for us during the night. After the visit of Brenda, she started to sleep by herself and rarely cries during the night.
Our youngest took only 2 days to get on the routine Brenda gave us, and slept from 7pm since the day of Brenda’s visit. And now slept through the night.
We got our life back post 7pm, both kids sleeping sound until morning.

we used brenda as ur two year old son was having trouble sleeping, specifically waking up several times during the night, and crying. which was causing alot of stress to both myself and my wife, as well as not being great for him. WE had Brenda come over and talk us through her experience and what we should do. Whilst her service was not exactly cheap, it was effective and within 2 weeks or so our son was sleeping much better. Brenda's approach has aspects of "tough love", and if you cant be tough, it will take longer to sort out, but it works

Brenda did a number of nights for me and my newborn from the age of 3 weeks. She is extremely reliable, professional and communicative. She allowed me to get some much needed rest and provided guidance around an outline of a routine. I never once heard my little one cry and was able to get some rest with complete peace of mind. I'd definitely recommend Brenda as a night nanny.

Brenda visited my family four nights ago and already our lives are all immeasurably better. The first night after Brenda’s visit my 12 week old son went from multiple wake-ups and night feeds (we had been using a very qualified maternity nurse) to a very peaceful night. My son is happier during the day on Brenda’s expertly suggested routine as am I.

We highly recommend Brenda! She was our night nanny for the first 2-3 months after having our son. She was fantastic at getting us into a routine which gave us some very valuable predictability in a very unpredictable period of time. She also seamlessly got our son sleeping 10-7 very early doors (without any distress for him) and was invaluable in giving my husband enough sleep to be able to work!! We reached out to Brenda to get help with our toddler for feeding issues. Brenda was amazing! She gave us great advice and tips, things to implement, and her recommendations were showing effect from day 1! It was magic! We had been troubled with her feeding issues for a while, had seen doctors and feeding therapists previously with no success. Then we met Brenda and it seriously changed our life for good very quickly as our toddler began eating solids the day we started implementing her methods. Within the time of a week, we had a toddler who began feeding herself and even asking for food! We are extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful to have found Brenda to help us!! Brenda was very responsive and straight forward to work with. She is clearly very experienced, especially with babies. I’ve given 4 stars as her style of communication is quite direct and the grandparents didn’t like it…! I also thought she would give a little bit more advice with respect to my elder daughter and her behaviour (3 y.o.) but I think her specialism is really younger children. Nevertheless she does “what she says on the tin”. And both my children are now sleeping well.

Brenda is absolutely a master in her field. Successfully helped both of our children sleep through the night (now 4 & 2 yo). Brenda is a wonderful person but uses the right level of authority/energy to assure we 'did the best by both children'. All advice given was not too invasive and within weeks we had pre 5am wake ups shift to post 6am, with both kids now sleeping well over 11 hours. Do not give it a 2nd thought, if you are experiencing any issues as Brenda will bring bliss back into your home.
