Finally, 'Sleeping Like a Baby' - Thanks to Hannah!
Whoever coined the phrase 'slept like a baby' clearly went through Hannah's sleep course! It's been a complete transformation for us. Joining the sleep club and having Hannah's twice-weekly support for six weeks, alongside other mothers, was invaluable. We were deep in the 4-month sleep regression, desperate for our little girl to learn to self-soothe and link her sleep cycles. Contact naps were our only daytime option, unless she was in the pram or car. Now, I can confidently leave her in her cot, and she falls asleep within ten minutes, connecting her sleep cycles for longer stretches. I'm actually having to wake her up now – something I never thought possible! What truly enticed us to join Hannah's course was her calm, no-cry-it-out approach. We were adamant about not leaving our baby to cry alone, and Hannah's gentle methods aligned perfectly with our parenting philosophy. Beyond sleep, Hannah also provided invaluable weaning advice and helped us break the feed-to-sleep habit, which was a huge hurdle for us. In short, this course has given us the tools and support we needed to achieve peaceful, independent sleep for our baby, and a much more rested family. Thank you, Hannah, for everything!
Sleep club
I am so thankful for Hannah, I wish I had known about her sooner!
After 2 months of my baby waking up every 1-2 hours over night I was completely exhausted, I had tried everything I could possibly think of to improve things but nothing helped - if anything his sleep was getting worse. Sleep training was the only thing left, but I knew I didn’t want to use Ferber or CIO. I noticed some sleep consultants promoting “gentle” sleep training however it quickly became apparent that this wasn’t the case when I enquired further. I felt I was looking for something that just didn’t exist.
I joined Hannahs workshop at the end of January fully expecting her to be another “gentle sleep consultant” but to my surprise I was completely wrong. I was blown away with how different her approach is. Finally someone who was giving advice that is truly gentle and supportive.
Sleep club is brilliant, the drop in clinics are invaluable and I have gone from bouncing my baby to sleep at every wake up to popping him in his crib and leaving him to happily settle himself. It’s been so helpful to hear other parents progress and listen to their questions which are often relevant to my own baby but are things I hadn’t considered. Hannah is so kind and patient, no matter what question you throw at her, she has a way of breaking down a situation to become much clearer, creating manageable advice to move forward. I joined sleep club with the goal of improving my babies sleep but Hannah’s extensive experience means that her support goes beyond just sleep training. Between our group we’ve asked about dummies, weaning, travel, siblings, bottles, etc she’s the baby lifestyle guru I didn’t even know I needed!
I honestly am so grateful for all of Hannah’s guidance, she has genuinely change our lives and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
amazing transformation
I recently attended the free workshop Hannah ran and since enrolled onto the sleep course, which has been a game changer, my stubborn little one now doesn't need feeding to sleep, will happily go to sleep without hours of protest (as I have been taught when he is actually tired not going on the clock!) he also sleeps almost all night as he can settle himself when he stirs/ loses dummy etc. I was sceptical and didn't know if it was just another sleep trainer, but this one really works! Hannah's support through Facebook and WhatsApp has been amazing and I truly believe she is one of a kind, she has so much knowledge not just on sleep but other areas it helps to resolve other issues which in turn improve sleep!
I recently attended Hannah’s free…
I recently attended Hannah’s free workshop out of desperation as my 4 month olds sleep was horrendous. We followed some of her small steps initially and the outcome was fantastic! It has completely saved our backs as we no longer have to rock to sleep! I have since brought her book, the advice has been invaluable we now have a much happier baby!
Life changing support, thank you!
I recently attended Hannah’s free workshop after struggling with my 4 month old’s sleep. It was an invaluable resource and I cannot thank Hannah enough for her warm, supportive approach and wealth of knowledge. I have since bought her book and although we are at the early stages of her steps, I have already seen drastic improvements. My whole outlook has changed. Not only does Hannah tackle sleep techniques, but she looks at the bigger picture, diet, daytime, routine and more. Cannot thank enough. You have saved us!
Great baby and toddler sleep advice!
1. How would you summarise Sleep Club in one sentence?
Fantastic, life-saving (if that's not too dramatic!!)
2. What’s the main benefits of sleep club over your course or book?
Tailored support of both yourself and the parenting club community. Also able to benefit from others in the process too, you're not alone!
3. What makes sleep club different to other sleep training methods in general?
It just makes sense in a way that nothing else I've read about baby/toddler sleep has. It's been a revelation to have found you and the initial free workshop and I just wish that you came up in searches about baby sleep more! I would say your approach is so different to others in that at no point do you talk about "drowsy but awake" states or leaving your baby to cry on their own. I also love that your approach is holistic and incorporates milk feeds and weaning too and it completely makes sense now you've said this, but no other sleep info I've seen has considered this, or the whole system of how the days are structured.
4. What are the key parts of sleep club (course/calls/community/parenting club) and why do they make a difference?
The ability to get tailored support and also to be able to ask questions and gain advice as you move through the programme. My initial progress was amazing and I couldn't believe how quickly I stopped having to feed to sleep but then hit a bit of a stumbling block and it was great being able to get answers so quickly and feel like I am back on track again.
5. What is the desired end result of sleep club if you follow it?
My end result is to be able to put baby down in cot awake and for them to be able to settle to sleep and also for other people to do bedtime so that I can do my 6yr olds bed time again.
6. Any testimonials/quotes you think sum up sleep club or the benefits of it best?
Sleep club is an amazing community where you can ask questions and also support other parents on the same sleep journey. It's also really nice to be able to support others who are struggling with aspects that you have already dealt with. I think it really helps to have the solidarity of other parents and invariably, often another parent has asked a question that perhaps you hadn't thought of, but is absolutely relevant to your own situation too. I would describe the course and club as a very reasonably priced answer to the uncertainty that seems to plague parents about sleep! Just wish this was available on the NHS as a prescription! This whole method should become THE go-to rather than all these awful adverts for ridiculous apps and other methods that just don't work, and yet are the most expensive on the market!
If you'd like more I'm more than happy to write something. I am so very thankful for you Hannah Love Costello and your experience and how openly and freely you give of your time. As you've said before this is the most cost eddefrihe way of getting 1:1 guidance from you. You deserve every success and I have been singing your praises to any parent who will listen and also sharing the free workshop with any fellow parents who are struggling with sleep (which is pretty much any parent I know!). Xx

Hannah is the goddess of sleep🙌🏻
I honestly cannot thank Hannah enough. We were at a point with my little boy (14 months old) where I really did not see a turning point with his sleep. He was up 10+ times a night and would only go to sleep if he was laying with mummy and having his bum patted. Since doing the free workshop on Facebook, this has changed drastically. I also brought the book to follow.
Since following the workshop and the book, my little boy now sleeps through the night (maybe 1 stir at about 4-5am but straight back to sleep) and mostly self settles to sleep, although we are only halfway through the 13 steps so I still sit in the room with him whilst he falls asleep but a massive progress in such a short space of time.
Hannah, all I can say is a massive thank you. I used to dread nighttimes, wondering how many times a night I’d be up and if I’d actually get any sleep. Now, I look forward to bedtime, excited for the next small step to take. I cannot recommend Hannah enough and I’m so glad I happened to come across an ad on instagram for her workshop.
Also a big thank you for the nutritional side of things which I feel is another reason why my little one can now sleep through the night as we’ve adapted his diet slightly. So pleased with the progress we made so quickly!

Fantastic free workshop
I attended Hannah’s free workshop. I was very sceptical about sleep training as all I’d heard was los of crying methods. Hannah has lots of experience and clearly understands babies very deeply from many aspects. I was enthused and motivated by her talks and she breaks things down into manageable chunks. Discussion always had practical and clear next steps which is really helpful in keeping going when things are hard. Hannah is passionate and clearly cares another wellbeing of the whole family. Off the back of the workshop, I’ve bought the book and hope this will help me to continue to implement the plan and improve my boy’s sleep. If I had another child I’d be tempted to join Hannah’s network much earlier. Thank you Hannah ☺️

Hannah's book has been so helpful for…
Hannah's book has been so helpful for our baby's sleep. Before reading and implementing it he was feeding to sleep, naps were erratic and only in the pram or car and he was waking frequently overnight. After just 2 weeks following Hannah's approach, he is able to go to sleep from awake, naps in his cot and is only waking once overnight. We have a better routine and everyone is feeling more rested. So glad that I decided to read this book and put it into practice and would recommend it to anyone struggling with their baby's sleep.

Hannah, you are amazing!!
We did the free workshop with Hannah via Facebook and she was amazing! She is so knowledgeable of not just sleep, but nutrition too and all the other things that can and do impact sleep as well. I was always put off of ‘sleep training’ because I didn’t want to do the ‘cry it out’ approach, but Hannah’s is completely different. The steps are so gradual and you learn why you’re making these changes each step of the way, making it easy to follow and more importantly, easy to stick to! I have full trust in Hannah and her approach, and have even bought her book too so I can always refer back for more info. In 1 week we’ve gone from wake ups 8-10 times a night with my 8 month old to around half of that, and 1 night we only had 2 wakes! She also now falls asleep in her cot rather than on us, and was happy to move to this step as she already did it in the day, we just didn’t know how to separate feeding and sleeping but we’ve cracked that too! Thank you Hannah! X

Holistic and impactful approach to helping baby sleep
Honestly I would give 6 stars if I could. 5 days ago I was feeding my pre-weaning (nearly) 6-month old baby back to sleep every 2 hours after midnight, and she needed 2 resettling before midnight. Having attended Hannah’s workshop and read her book, 4 days into the training I put her in the cot, held my hand on her chest when she needed it and within 10 mins she was asleep. Last night she went down at 9.15 pm and slept until 4.30 am. Then after a 15-min feed she slept until 7. And the best part is that my daughter then went on to have the happiest day!
I love the simplicity of Hannah’s approach and her advice has been spot on. And then some of it is completely counterintuitive and so I’d been doing the opposite. With some gradual changes, 100% loving, caring focus on baby we’ve made so much progress in just 4 days - I am beyond words.
Would recommend to any parent!

Absolute game changer!
I came across Hannah on Instagram and signed up to her free workshop as I knew that I needed some tips to improve sleep. I was instantly impressed with her approach and was so relieved that there was no mention of controlled crying or leaving baby to learn to sleep unsupported.
All of the advice she gave, completely for free, was incredibly useful! I have only been using her approach for a few days but already my 4.5month old no longer requires feeding to sleep and will settle happily with me simply sitting next to her. I now have much more predictablity in my day and as she settles so easily for naps and bedtime I can spend time with my toddler through the day and my partner in an evening. There is no more bedtime battle and I no longer spend my time up and down the stairs every 5 minutes feeding her back to sleep. I really feel confident and empowered to continue with our sleep training journey and I cannot recommend Hannah enough.

Baby sleep help Angel
After being at loose end searching the Internet for help on baby sleep I found Hannah. I was fed up of adverts offering help then requesting a payment before they give you any information. Hannah offered free workshops with nothing but valuable advice. She would answer any questions us tired parents had and I saw that it instilled hope and empowerment to us.

Anyone in two minds about it, totally do it!
I was super grateful to get onto a free course through Facebook. Hannah was really kind, informative and patient given that so many people had totally different backgrounds and problems. For the third night running now I’ve had a tear-free bedtime after months and months of fighting. I didn’t realise just how close I was to making it work, but I was so stuck in a rut I didn’t see a way out. With all of Hannah’s confidence, motivation and advice, I’ve tuned into what my baby wants instead of what social media or apps say I should be doing!
We’ve still a long way to go to get my girl in her own bed all night long, but she’s finally falling asleep in her own bed and I get my evenings back!
Anyone in two minds about it, totally do it!

An excellent approach!
I am very impressed by Hannah's approach and the detailed information she gave. I was lucky enough to have access to the free sessions through Facebook so I took note of all of the techniques Hannah explained and was able to break the sleep to feed cycle during the day. Hannah helped me to feel confident enough to try and gave advice on what to do if it didn't work straight away. The videos were brilliant and could be accessed live or on replay. She also replied to messages and questions on the page or in the chat - so it was nice to get personal responses. I now know my next small steps to eventually stop feeding to sleep through the night and also stop co-sleeping. I would recommend Hannah's approach to anyone needing help, advice and strategies to work towards breaking habits with their little ones.

1:1 consultation package - WOW!!
We purchased a 1:1 consultation package with Hannah for our 12 month old, as we suffered with daily false starts and split nights which had been going on for 4 months! We tried cry it out methods and made no progress - we were desperate!
Having access to the course immediately meant I could get reading before our call the next day.
We completed a questionnaire and Hannah knew immediately how we could improve and guided us on the first call with some easy steps we could implement that day.
Well, from the first night bedtime was a whole different experience! No hours of crying or sitting in the dark creeping around the house, she went straight down and we had our first night without a false start since October and when she woke in the night she was up for 20 minutes - a complete revelation! Since then she has slept through and we’ve had no false starts. I can sleep again!
The methods Hannah uses are supportive but firm and the steps are steady but easy to track progress!
Honestly we should have reached out to Hannah sooner instead of suffering as clueless first time parents - but now we have the knowledge and the course which we can refer back to!
I would recommend Hannah to anyone suffering with sleep, so knowledgeable and understanding!

Kind to baby and parents
I was so amazed by how easy the process was with Hannah and the teams support and was able to tailor things to our individual stage and needs. It is wonderful we have got my son to a stage where everyone compliments how easy he is to get to sleep for naps and nighttime and how well he sleep. THIS METHOD TRUELY WORKS.
He loves his cot and is quite happy playing with his comforter in the morning when he first wakes up (he is 16 months old now so safe with the comforter).
The whole process was extremely professional, caring, understanding of difficult times and your own preferences and also incredibly kind to both us as parents and my child. I knew I never wanted to leave my son crying it out to sleep and I am so so happy I found this approach from recommendation.
I will continue to spread the word to anyone who will listen. We have also used picky eating course and moving on to potty training course when he is ready. Thank you to all, he has learnt valuable skills in such a short time.

I Hannah’s free workshop & sleep club
I joined Hannah’s free workshop when my baby was 4 months old and the only way to get him to sleep in the day was either on me or in the pram walking, which in the depths of winter wasn’t something I always wanted to do! The free course had some great tips to get started but I knew I needed more intensive support so I bought the course and joined sleep club. It was great having the support with other parents through the 4 month sleep regression & weaning. The great thing was I could take certain parts at my own pace too, although I would have got better results sooner if I had just followed exactly.
My baby smiles when I say is it time for nap and happily goes into his room.
Hannah has a lot of other knowledge so having that extra support to ask about weaning or what to do when baby is teething etc was an added bonus.
It’s a great supportive environment and she genuinely cares.

I am so grateful to have met Hannah
I am so grateful to have met Hannah, not only to help us get out of the sleep stress we had but she is knowledgable on so many topics related to babies. As a first time mum, you wish you had someone you could turn to, to ask questions that has reliable, rational knowledge based on experience and research. Hannah is that someone. Her style is gentle, nurturing, balanced and caring.

Money truly well spent!
I was very hesitant and skeptical about purchasing a program with a sleep specialist as you get so many people trying to sell you cry it out methods and guarantee an ‘easy overnight success’ which is rarely the case. However, Hannah’s program is 10/10 it delivers what it promises and I can’t believe the freedom it has given my family. Her plan is great (and truly is a gentle method of teaching your baby to get to sleep) but her weekly support through calls makes the plan even more worthwhile. Our baby was waking every hour and a half and after only a couple of weeks of the program and speaking with Hannah she started sleeping through. If you want to say goodbye to sleepless nights I recommend Hannah every day of the week. Stick with the program and you’ll get success! It such good value for money I can’t recommend it enough!
