Hannah's guidance has been a total game…

Hannah's guidance has been a total game changer for us. Our baby has reflux and allergies which made us hesitant to do anything other than a very gentle approach to improved sleep - especially breaking the feed to sleep habit which just made her worse. The step by step approach, with clear guidelines, and a community of other people who have the same goal, really gave us the confidence to move forward. Hannah is very responsive and patient, which is probably the best part of it all. Would really recommend this!

Life changing.

I don’t even know where to begin in saying how wonderful Hannah’s approach is. I joined the most recent sleep club and we have gone from our baby needing to be fed to sleep (which led to multiple wakings and nap/ sleep times being incredibly stressful) to a baby who has started sleeping in her cot and is sleeping so, so much better. Me and my partner actually get time together in the evenings! I was so lost in where to start with improving my daughters sleep, Instagram was filling my feed with all different sleep consultants that it was overwhelming and stressful, when I found Hannah I could just tell that she was the right person to help me. The set up of the sleep club and parenting club is such a wonderful idea and nothing I have seen before. Her course is so much more than sleep, her knowledge on all things baby is second to none and it’s an actual affordable way to get help. I started when my baby turned 6 months and everything she says in regards to weaning and sleep just makes sense. Everyone who has a baby needs to know about Hannah!! Thank you so much, you’ve truly changed our lives.

Fully recommend Hannah - thank you!

We started with the online course when our little girl was a few months old and it really made a difference. Over more months, we had lots of illness & nursery to contend with & quickly slipped into bad sleep habits resulting in our nearly 2yr old waking up like a newborn multiple times. With a busy job I needed help quickly, so I opted for the 121 package. It’s honestly been the best money we’ve spent, my only regret is we didn’t do it sooner!

No awful crying to sleep or unrealistic steps - it was all incremental & logical. Over a few weeks, we made massive progress & I just couldn’t believe the end result has been most nights sleeping 8pm until 7am. We’ve since had illness, moving nursery rooms & holidays…none of that has stopped us staying on track.

Hannah is super calm, positive & the encouragement that you need when you feel like nothing is going to work. I can’t thank her enough; I thought I was losing my mind trying to work full time on broken sleep & she rescued us. Run, don’t walk to her help!

Gentle approach for Mum and Baby!

I found the newborn period very overwhelming with a baby who only wanted to be cuddled, and got into bad habits bouncing on a gym ball and feeding to sleep. Crying it out didn’t feel right for me, so at 4 months I decided to try a different approach to see how far we could get, and through research came across Hannah’s course.
Over 6 weeks, little by little, my baby has learnt to self settle in her cot for all naps and bedtime. We’re now working on improving night wakes but these have already reduced from average 4 to 2, and she’s slept a 10hour stretch(!) this week which proves to us how much she’s learning.
I can’t recommend this course enough for anyone looking for a gentle but effective approach that’s kind to mum aswell as to baby.

Truly is magic

Truly is magic!
We found Hannah through one of her free week long workshops. We were skepitcal because we attended a workshop previously for another ‘sleep coach’ and it was a huge sales pitch and we came away feeling really frustrated. However, after the first session - we were blown away. We’ve never struggled with our son’s sleep (4 months old when we started) - he would only wake once in the night for a feed. But the settling could take up to 1.5-2 hours walking, rocking, ssshing and patting and it was killing our backs. One small change, as suggested by Hannah worked immediately. We attended the rest of the workshop and bought the course - best money we’ve ever spent. Hannah is extremely knowledgeable and credible. She’s actually worked as a clinician for years - not just completed a sleep course and was lucky to have a baby that slept well. She is really responsive through her dedicated Facebook group - how she has the time - I have no idea but we’re so so thankful. We completed the sleep training and our son now self settles and has slept through the night from the first day of training. Like magic!! She offers a course for teething & illness and a weaning course within the sleep course which has been really useful too. We can’t thank Hannah enough. We’re gearing up to buy the dummy course now!! Xxx

Sleep Club - accountability and an investment into your own wellbeing!

Just managed for the first time to put my 3.5 month old in his crib, walk out and watched him fall asleep on his own on the monitor! This was a baby that would only feed to sleep, would wake on transfer, hated the pram and the car seat and Hannah’s approach has helped so much with not just overnight sleep but also teaching him to be able to sleep on his back and be comfortable in the pram and car seat! We still have work to do in the car but it’s 1000 times better!
I now have my hands free when he’s napping, I can get things done or god forbid relax…
I am a few weeks into the sleep club and for me it’s been so worth it, i had already bought the course so Hannah gave me a voucher to reduce the cost. Sleep club gave me the accountability I needed as I’d had the course for over a month and I kept putting it off for another day. It’s also been great to trouble shoot on zoom and also on WhatsApp if you can’t make the zoom calls. If you can afford it, I’d say it’s worth it, you could easily spend this money on a couple of meals out without thinking about it but this has given me some freedom, I’m not stressed waking in the night because of co-sleeping and at 3.5 months he is needing 1, max 2 feeds a night!
I also bought another sleep consultants course before this (the sleep chief) and it was just a pdf, all around exact routines to the hour and still with forms of cry it out which is not why I bought it!
With this you get videos, in depth detail written down too.
I honestly thought my baby would be the one that it didn’t work for, I just couldn’t imagine being able to put him in his crib and walk out!
Thank you Hannah, I’m so glad I now have this course for future babies and I feel like I now know my baby so much better!

We did the 1:1 with Hannah and only…

We did the 1:1 with Hannah and only wish we had done it sooner. When we started we were in a really tricky place with multiple wake ups, unpredictable settles and elongated bedtimes, which we have made great progress with. Hannah has such a reassuring, calm and rational approach to sleep, which after 7 tricky months was much needed. She made sure we ruled out any possible issues or discomfort for my daughter before we tackled sleep which really enabled me to be calm and confident with the approach. Hannah saw us through a bout of norovirus as well as teething and constipation issues - her advice for all was holistic and invaluable and helped us get back on track after the inevitable sleep regressions in a very gradual and gentle way .
In addition to the sleep support I found Hannah’s support with weaning super helpful- especially given all the conflicting advice I was reading - Hannah, as with sleep, has such a clear and rational approach to food and we honestly felt like it helped us give our daughter the best start.

Having struggled for months and trying so many different things to try and improve sleep I found committing to a gentle but clear approach such a relief and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending Hannah.

Hannah helped us understand how babies…

Hannah helped us understand how babies sleep and the relationship between sleep and feeding. With Hannahs help we were able to teach our baby how to fall asleep with minimal help from us which was revolutionary and felt like we had our lives back again. They are now able to fall asleep at grandparents and the childminders with no extra help required.

Currently only been in the sleep club…

Currently only been in the sleep club for a week and even with this it’s made such a difference from my 9 month old waking 4-6 times in the night to twice and also getting him out of our bed into his cot. Thank you so much it’s been invaluable and can’t wait to continue to see even more benefits.

We did the 1-1 and was the best decision we made! Honestly, everything about Hannah's approach made sense and made me feel comfortable. I did not have to leave my LO crying and I felt we moved at his pace so I didnt get any mum guilt! Really thank you!

Sleep club

I joined the February sleep club and honestly I feel so lucky that this came on my path just at the right time.

The course really does what it says in regards to sleeping and Hannah has so much more information available on all kinds of parenting topics which has made me a more confident parent.

Best money ever spent

My husband and me reached out to Hannah when our LO was just over 4 months old. For reference he has CMPA and Reflux and we had got into the habit from the get go of rocking/bouncing him to sleep. This had got out of hand and by the time we spoke with Hannah, LO was taking an hour (or longer) to go to bed and was waking 10+ a night. Every wake would include screaming and we would need to bounce/rock him back to sleep. We felt utterly drained, exhausted and hopeless. And then along came Hannah! After the first call she had given us a sense of hope and belief that possibly, our LO might eventually sleep and learn to self settle. Fast forward with her 1:1 six week support and LO is napping independently in his cot, self settles to sleep and we have eliminated the night feed and are managing minimal wake ups. Hannah’s knowledge is second to none, and she went absolutely above and beyond during our time with her. I used to read reviews like this and now I still can’t quite believe I’m writing one, because Hannah’s approach really does work. I’m so thankful we found her. Our LO is finally getting the rest and recovery he needs to help with his reflux and as parents, we are also getting the rest we need. Thank you Hannah!

Hannah's Sleep Club is a game-changer!

I came across Hannah on Instagram one night while I was up for the 4th or 5th time trying to settle my 19mo son back to sleep. I was desperately scrolling to find someone who could help our son sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time so that our household wasn't so exhausted. Our moods were at an all-time low, and the stress of settling into a new area with new jobs and a new nursery made the lack of sleep even harder to bear.

That’s when I decided to join Hannah’s Sleep Club – and it was a total game-changer! Before joining, my son would spend half the night in his bed and half in ours, waking every 1-2 hours for breast or bottle feeds, and without them, he’d have extreme meltdowns. He would barely eat any food during the day (which we thought was due to late tongue-tie diagnosis), it took over an hour to settle him for naps and bedtime, and he needed a bottle and to be rocked to fall asleep -all of which was very draining.

Fast-forward 6 weeks of following Hannah's sleep course, combined with her great advice on our Hannah on Sleep Club video call sessions, and everything has changed for the better. Now, we can place our son in his cot or pram for naps without a bottle or rocking, and he sleeps 11 hours straight at night without waking – sometimes even when teething! On top of that, thanks to Hannah's feeding support, we’ve successfully weaned him off bottles and the breast, and he now enjoys almost all of his meals and snacks.

Looking back to where we were just a couple of months ago, I'm amazed by the transformation and everyone is so much happier as a result. I was a little sceptical at first - it felt like there were too many issues to address, and I wasn't sure I could see a fix for all of this in the 6 weeks. But remarkably, I saw drastic changes after a matter of days and I saw continuous improvements each week.

So, if you're looking for a way to help to your household sleep/eat better with kind and calm approaches, without feeling like you have to resort to extreme sleep training methods, then Hannah's is absolutely the person to help you!

I genuinely can't thank Hannah enough <3

Sleep Club

I stumbled across Sleep Well with Hannah on instagram, joined up to the free sleep course and after some great progress with the free course we signed up to sleep club.
Our baby (4months at the time) wasn’t the worst sleeper but also far from the greatest!
Following Hannah’s course helped us to stop feeding to sleep, contact napping during the day and co-sleeping to make things easier at night.
She is now napping all by herself during the day upstairs and down to one feed and a wake at night which is amazing.
Hannah’s calm and methodical approach was super easy to follow and really does work!
But…. Hannah isn’t just all about sleep, we’re now following the weaning program and just know we have all the other programs (potty training, holidaying, etc) right there if we need them.
We’ve transitioned our baby into her own room with ease, and I just know if we hadn’t got her sleep to where we have with Hannah’s help it wouldn’t have been such a breeze.
Highly recommend!!

Hannah was absolutely incredible.

Hannah was absolutely incredible! I was extremely impressed by Hannah and what she offered in sleep club. I learned so much in a few days and we made some quick, simple changes that made such a difference to our baby's day. I also did the 'bottle refusal' course after trying everything with our baby for months and our baby actually finally took the bottle! It was unbelievable! I would really recommend Hannah's sleep club, Hannah really goes above and beyond trying to help everyone as best she can and makes you feel welcome. I really enjoyed being involved.

Truly gentle sleep training that brings results

I can thoroughly recommend Hannah and her approach to sleep training. It’s truly gentle and doesn’t involve ‘crying it out’ at all. It’s based on slowly removing your presence from the process of falling asleep, so that baby finds it easier to adapt and learn. The little sceptic in me thought that whilst I’d improve my baby’s sleep a bit with this method, it’d probably never get to the point where my baby fall sleep independently. How wrong was I! I’ve gone from rocking my baby to sleep till my arm ached to literally putting my baby in the cot and walking out to enjoy my day/evening. I’ll be forever grateful to Hannah for teaching me to do this without forcing my baby to cry it out which I’m firmly against. Additionally, I took part in the sleep club and I was really impressed with the level of knowledge/ experience Hannah had regarding all things baby! But also her ability to advise on the spot without any preparation was remarkable. She’s a fountain of knowledge and I was happy that put my trust in her advice. If you’re struggling with baby sleep, don’t even think about it, just get the course and things are going to get better. I wish I had got it months ago! X

This course has been a game changer

This course has been a game changer. I did the free trial earlier in the year and it was so helpful, I then committed to the course and bought the book. From having anxiety around bed time each night as I wouldn't know what kind of night I would have ahead with my four month old, sometimes taking 90 minutes to settle her, I can now get her to sleep happily within 10 minutes and I no longer feed to sleep which previously was my go-to method. She also now naps in her cot, which I never thought would be possible as previously she would only sleep on the go or on me. We are all so much happier and more rested. I now feel like I have evenings back and I am so grateful. The Whatsapp support and zoom drop in clinics have been invaluable too and it's a lovely supportive community. I wholeheartedly would recommend Hannah to anyone and everyone in need of sleep support. Although Hannah's advice goes beyond sleeps and she provides invaluable advice when it comes to weaning, travel, sickness, going back to work and more...

Excellent in every way!

I found the Sleep Club with Sleep Well With Hannah so helpful! The onnine courses are brilliantly explained, with videos and written information - you also get so much more than just sleep help, there are also courses on weaning and teething & illness as well. With Sleep Club, you have access to Hannah twice a week on Zoom (as well as some facebook live sessions). Initially I was worried I wouldn't get enough time to ask questions but you really do get the time you need to chat to Hannah on the group Zooms - she is so helpful, patient and friendly. In 6 weeks we were able to reduce our night time feeds to just one, lengthen naps and get baby to self settling in the cot. I really would recommend to anyone who is struggling with sleep - your situation doesn't even need to be terrible, even if you'd just like a bit more structure and reassurance it is well worth it. Also nice not to be bombarded by the many many different pieces of info online, and just follow one method - it takes the confusion out of things. Thank you so much Hannah!
