I 100% recommend Hannah. Her knowledge and expertise is next level. We bought her course with a co-sleeping baby who was waking hourly at night time. After working through the course and 1-1 meetings with Hannah, we followed her recommendations which resulted in our baby falling asleep independently in her cot and more often than not sleeping through the night. My mental health was struggling from lack of sleep and being able to transform my baby’s sleep had such a positive impact on my families life!
So glad I did the course!
I joined Hannah’s sleep club in October when my baby was 4.5 months old and would not let me put him back in his crib at night, to the point that I was often accidentally falling asleep with him in my arms and it felt unsafe. Fast forward to 6.5 months old and I’ve just put him down for a nap with a big bright smile and he's fallen asleep in seconds, he settles himself at bedtime, night wakings have significantly reduced, and he will go back to sleep in his cot after his night feeds. His sleep still isn’t perfect and probably won’t ever be… but it’s worlds away from where we were and I think I can cope with the nights that aren't so good now that I have strategies in place.
Having a more predictable day has helped me so much mentally and my boy is also feeding more as I think we're both much more relaxed now we have found a rhythm. I fully expect to hit regressions, but I feel more confident I'll be able to manage them.
I have really appreciated that Hannah's approach started with me being able to cuddle my boy to sleep and that I've still been able to have afternoon contact naps and get out and about, as I feel like we've got a lovely balance of independent sleep without losing our bond.
While there has been some crying as he learned the change, it's nothing compared to the crying we had every time I tried to put him down before starting the programme. I'm really pleased we took the leap and did the course and grateful for all the support we've had.
Hannah is amazing!
Hannah is amazing! I truly cannot believe the difference that following her course and being part of the sleep club and then parenting club has made to our 11 month old’s sleep. We have gone from waking every couple of hours to sleeping through the night and we definitely could not have done this without Hannah‘s amazing pragmatic support. Her course really resonated with me as we wanted a gentle approach and it certainly was but what makes Hannah extra special is the additional drop in zooms and face book live which allowed as to keep on track with the sleep training and ask questions as we go. Hannah is so sensible, kind and supportive. We would highly recommend this to any parent wanting to improve their little one’s sleep.
Life changing
We bought the sleep course when our son was 3.5 months old as we were rocking or feeding him to sleep for every nap and bedtime and it was having a negative impact on our 4 year old daughter and quality time as a family. We took it really gently as I really can’t stand listening to him cry, and within 6 weeks we were walking out of the room and he was putting himself to sleep without a single whinge. I honestly never thought I would have this experience! It’s completely transformed my maternity leave now that I have time to rest and spend with my daughter).
The course is very clear and has an answer for pretty much every problem you could come across while you are moving through the modules. I found the videos of the initial settling technique very useful indeed.
Also, Hannah does Instagram lives for free which is incredibly generous as these are super helpful.

I don't even know where to start in thanking Hannah for everything! I have followed her Newborn, Sleep and Weaning courses so far and they have helped me so so much through the first 8 months with my first baby. Not only is my baby is sleeping amazingly, but the courses and a couple of calls with Hannah have given me so much confidence and tools to get through the tougher moments. I can't imagine having had my first baby without her guidance! Hannah is so knowledgable but also so kind, patient, always willing to help and she will adapt to you and your baby's needs. I have recommended her to so many people and they feel the same. Thank you, Hannah! P.s my top tip for black friday would be to get Hannah's courses!
I came across Hannah at a sleep…
I came across Hannah at a sleep workshop put on by BabySteps. I was in a bit of a rut with my 12 week old still very much contact napping and fighting sleep. After chatting to Hannah I signed up to her course and after making a couple of adjustments as per her recommendations, my baby is more or less only needing one night feed now! Plus I’ve started her gentle approach to self settling and she can now go to sleep lying down next to me rather than having to put her in the sling and walk around etc! I’m feeling positive about progressing through the 13 stages to hopefully get my baby self settling and not fighting sleep in the day as much as she has been!
I did one of Hannah’s drop in clinics recently too and had some questions. This is a great way to chat to Hannah 1-1 and listen to other peoples sleep issues at an affordable price. Hannah is very approachable and I have faith in this process so thank you Hannah!
CALM course and drop in clinic
I bought Hannah’s course when my daughter was 6 months old, and within six weeks I’d completed it. We had completely removed the feed-to-sleep association, and she was self-settling brilliantly. Then we hit a bout of illness combined with a sleep regression, and it felt like everything had been unlearnt. After a week of nightmare bedtimes, I decided to join Hannah’s drop-in clinic for some advice.
Hannah suggested a few small tweaks and, within 24 hours, we were back to self-settling brilliantly, with bedtime taking no more than five minutes. I found the drop-in super helpful—having one-on-one time with Hannah, getting to ask questions, and listening to others, all for a very reasonable price.
Hannah’s technique is amazing and proves that once a child learns to self-settle, they never forget it! Could not recommend it more :)
From rocking and contact naps to independant sleep
Wow oh wow. I purchased the course as my 12 month old only ever rocked to sleep or fed to sleep contact napped, we were fighting all sleep especially bed time and up many many times a night, he would never sleep in buggy and only a rarely in car.
The course was so gentle little steps at a time and never leaving baby to just cry and cry and cry there will be crying but your there every step to help and support your baby to learn how. It took us a few months to finally finish due to holidays and many illnesses where we just paused on the step we were on. But my baby can now just be placed in his cot and he goes to sleep all by himself, he sleeps in buggy or car if we are out, we stopped feeding to sleep with help from the course and routines available.
Honestly it's amazing. I took part in the free workshop too then on to sleep club both of which were utterly amazing. So much free info is available to help you along, various community supports via facebook. It was so handy as it was during a time of struggles and bumps in the road. Hannah is so supportive the course is a lifetime thing and comes with access to so many other things there is also free courses/learning opportunities.
If your struggling with independant sleep and worry about doing a method like crying it out (which doesn't work BTW) then this is for you. I can't ever thank hannah enough for all the information and knowledge she shares to help.

When I finally slept again….!
When I found Hannah, I felt like I was at breaking point. 4 month regression was hitting hard, 6-7 get ups and feeds every night and I was getting no rest bite in the daytime and was a top member of the 30 minute nap club. Every nap was a 15 minute standing/walking rock, followed by the risky transfer. All this hard work for about 15 minutes of rest! One word, exhausting and it was seriously affecting my mental health.
I signed up to Hannah after the free sleep course when finally i had faith. Faith that finally things could get better.
I remember the day after signing up, I second guessed everything. I convinced myself that my 16 week old was way too young for this course, others told me I should have waited until 6 month. Well how GLAD I was that I continued.
The first week wasn’t easy, but nothing every worth it is. But my baby boy took to it like a pro, showing that actually he didn’t need me as much as I thought to go to sleep. In a few short weeks we were down to 4 get ups, 2 feeds and he was settling for naps in his next to me with some light assistance from me.
Fast forward another few weeks and he’s up 2 times a night (sometimes ONCE for a feed) which is exactly where I want to be. In the daytime I’m now having to wake him up from naps and he can practically sleep anywhere!!
It was important to remember that no day or week is going to be the same, babies are babies and sleep is not linear. But with the technique and tips I’ve learnt from Hannah I feel like we can overcome most obstacles.

After doing Hannah's free sleep workshop I joined her sleep club. I could not recommend it more the level of support you get (even when she was on holiday) was incredible. No question was a silly question and I truly felt supported at every step even through regressions due to illness Hannah always had some reassurance and a plan forward. Thank you so much!
Sleep club
We have made so much progress with sleep after joining sleep club. We’ve gone from feeding to sleep and multiple wakes in the night and feeding back to sleep and no nap or feeding structure in the day to two wakes at night, no feeding to sleep and three naps in the day. It’s made such a huge difference to my mental health and resilience and feeling confident I’m doing the best for my baby too! Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend!!
Amazing course with great results!
Hannah has been amazing! She has helped us get our baby from only ever sleeping on us in the day and at night to day time napping and sleeping at night in his own cot without requiring us doing any settling.
We have been amazed by the progress we have achieved in such a short space of time which wouldn’t have been possible without the help and guidance from Hannah.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone struggling with their baby’s sleep and so glad we took the plunge and trusted Hannah to help us.
Life changing
Every single thing we have learned and done through Hannah has helped us so much it’s unbelievable! Within a few weeks time we’ve gone from feeding to sleep and endlessly rocking on a bouncy ball to baby falling asleep independently, resettling independently. I was so isolated, stuck in the house unable to do so much because he constantly screamed in the pram, screamed in the car, wouldn’t sleep anywhere other than on me. Now I go for 1.5hr walks daily, he sleeps in the pram, I have to try and keep him from falling asleep in the car sometimes believe it or not! Separating feed and sleep is another thing all together! I was extremely nervous about changing feeding habits and getting on a bit more of a ‘schedule’, he was feeding endlessly and probably never having full feeds so he was always grumpy and fussy, it was absolutely exhausting. A week into the course he just became a different baby all together! Changing his routine turned him into a much more settled happy baby! He took a bottle! I’ve exhausted every method, tried every bottle on the market but after 3 days of trying with Hannah’s bottle course tips he took it! So can’t thank Hannah enough for how much this approach has helped us already!
Transformative for all of us!
Hannah has helped transform more than just sleep for us, she’s also supported the start of our weaning journey, advised on illness/teething/general baby health and helped our little boy go from 10-15 night wakes and feeding most times to 2/3 wakes with one feed. I was majorly sleep deprived and it was taking its toll on a lot, after dealing with night wakes at least hourly, we’d resorted to co sleeping and my husband in the spare room, I went to bed when my little boy did and lost any independent time for myself and quality time with my husband and I honestly felt like a walking zombie and whilst he’s always been a happy little chappy, I knew the continuous waking wasn't going to be help our little man continue to thrive, I just wanted to build healthy sleep habits for all of us which absolutely did not include unnecessary crying or any big upsets for him. So I turned to Hannah’s free course just over a month ago, following that I signed up to Sleep Club and now Parenting Club - it was the best thing I’ve ever done for all of us. I’ve got a sleeping, thriving little boy in his own cot and own room who takes seconds to put to bed on a night. Thank you Hannah!

Success story
Success story! I started the course 2.5weeks ago, where Evie was waking every 45mins during the night (roughly 14 times which was a killer) would only feed to sleep and wasn’t eating much during the day.
Fast forward and we’ve got a baby who is sleeping through the night with only 1 wake & feed. Self settles when being put down for naps, bedtime and any wakes during the night. I can walk out the room with no tears. She has 3 meals a day which she is so much more interested in! 🙌 she’s also gained weight 😍
We’ve still got module 5 to complete but I honestly cannot thank you enough. I’m sat here crying writing this as I never thought I’d be at this stage with her!

My toddler eats almost anything thanks to Hannah!
I used Hannah’s weaning advice after being adamant from the beginning that I wanted my daughter to be a ‘good eater’. My now toddler will eat almost anything! It all makes sense and I’m so glad that I found Hannah in the early stages. I would definitely recommend to anyone reaching the weaning stage.
