The type of product is very good, but something bad happened with the delivery by the driver. It was a Saturday, and I think he wanted to finish his work quickly. He behaved in an unprofessional manner. He called me and said, “Here, open the door.” I told him I was on my way, but he went and turned off his phone. I sent to the company that he should send it to me. At least an hour ago, the company responded quickly and apologized to the point of offering to return my money. This was good behavior from the company. On Monday, they sent the mattress and the problem was resolved by sending the receipt information ahead of time. Thank you. I am completely satisfied with the behavior of a person. This does not mean that we should blame the company

Quick, diligent and good quality products
The delivery was super quick and flexible. We ordered in the afternoon a mattress and the day after in the morning we had it at home. The courier service they use allows you to change the delivery with several options and the same day you can follow the delivery so you can know the exact moment when it will arrive.
The customer service is very diligent. Part of my order did not arrive in the first package but the customer service promptly explained me everything. I am very happy with the products too. We notice the difference after the first night.
